Who is Rose Selway?
Rose Selway runs 12 aesthetics clinics, boasting a famous clientele including former Love Islanders Lucinda Strafford and Jessy Potts.
The 24-year-old beauty salon owner from Devon has passed the audition to join the cast of Love Island 2025.
With her background in the beauty industry, Rose would be somewhat of a breath of fresh air on the show — a change from the usual array of models and influencers.
Her entrepreneurial spirit and business experience could make her a formidable presence in the villa.
Rose's inclusion in the show could also indicate a growing interest in featuring contestants with real-world professional experience.
However, as of June 2, 2025, it has not been confirmed exactly if or when Rose will enter the Love Island villa.
She has opened up about her own plastic surgery, which includes a nose job and botox.
'It's my whole world'
Rose said of her company: "Aesthetics isn't just my job, it's my whole world.
"I absolutely love it and adore every single one of you I meet day in and day out.
"The confidence I bring you all makes me burst with joy."

The footballer, 30, is said to have been 'blindsided' by Sophie's, 29, signing to the show because of their 'unfinished business'. A friend reportedly told The Sun: 'Ouzy was really shocked and blindsided to see Sophie had signed up for Love Island. 'He was gutted because he feels like there is still unfinished business between the two of them. While they aren't dating anymore, he thinks she's an amazing girl and they ended on good terms. 'It's weird for anyone though knowing your ex is about to go on Love Island and could fall for someone else on TV.' MailOnline has contacted Ouzy for comment. The former couple made a join appearance at the Beauty Awards in 2023, where the spoke about their budding romance. He told the publication on the red carpet: 'It's going really well. She's inspirational. We've been dating for a few months.' Sophie chimed: 'He's really kind, that's my favourite thing about him.' The stunning British influencer almost lost her life in a horrifying fire-breathing accident. Sophie will fly to the picturesque Spanish island for Love Island's twelfth series following a brush with death when she was 22. Sophie had been working as a firebreather for 18-months before she suffered horrific burns to her face and chest during a freak accident in the United States. She was performing at a huge event in Chicago when the venue's air conditioning blew flames she was expelling from her mouth back into her face, leaving her with serious, life-threatening burns. Sophie has since turned to modelling and influencing and has even written a book about her experience. She also works with Katie Piper 's foundation, which supports people living with burns and scars. The new series will kick off on Monday 9th June, one week later than previous years. The last season of the ITV dating programme - which was the second All Stars version - ended in February, and saw Gabby Allen and Casey O'Gorman crowned champions, before their split earlier this month. Fans will be happy to know that it's not long before they will get their Love Island fix. A post shared on ITV's social media featured a snap unveiling the return date, along with the caption: 'Mark your calendar, you're invited to this year's hottest meeting... 'Agenda: Initial coupling, strategic navigation of red flags, and identification of potential long-term partnerships.' The first trailer for the new series was released on Monday, and showed host Maya Jama in a meeting with Love Island bosses, in the hope of making the show's 10th Anniversary series its most explosive yet. Maya - who starting hosting the show in 2023 - is seen in a boardroom called Love Island HQ and says: 'Right, this year Love Island needs something bigger, something bolder. I want ideas.' One person asks: 'Move it to the Isle of Wight?' Another asks: 'What if we turn it into musical?' leading Maya to sassily question the move with 'Why?' Another says in Japanese: 'Love Island, on ice?' to which Maya replies: 'Never!' Unhappy with all the suggestions, Maya pushes the paper off her desk and shouts: 'No!' She adds: 'This year I want more drama, more bombshells, more break-ups, more make-ups. I want more twists. I want more twists than ever.'

National Lottery funding blow for Edinburgh Filmhouse revamp
However the planned refurbishment will not be complete when the doors of the Filmhouse reopen for the first time in almost three years later this month. Read more: A new fourth screen cinema is not due to open until later in the summer, when the new-look Filmhouse is expected to host Edinburgh International Film Festival screenings. It is understood around £100,000 is still needed for other key elements of the project, to ensure the new-look Filmhouse is as accessible and energy efficient as possible. The bid to the National Lottery Heritage Fund was also intended to help for improvements to the façade of the former church building, which is part of Edinburgh's city centre culture quarter, along with the Usher Hall, and the Lyceum and Traverse theatres. The Filmhouse cinema in Edinburgh is due to reopen by the end of this month. (Image: Rod White) However it was turned down a bid for up to £250,000 in April – months after multi-million pound pledges were made over two other major cultural projects in the city. Up to £5 million has been pledged for plans to turn the former Royal High School on Calton Hill into a new National Centre for Music, while a further £4.5m has been pledged towards efforts to reopen the Leith Theatre building on a permanent basis for the first time in more than 40 years. New seating has been installed in the Filmhouse cinema ahead of its reopening. (Image: Alastair McCrum) The UK Government, the Scottish Government agency Screen Scotland and Edinburgh City Council have all supported the rescue bid for the Filmhouse, which had been running for more than 40 years until its operating company went into administration in October 2022. The Filmhouse and the Edinburgh International Film Festival, which were both run by the Centre for Moving Image, were forced to cease trading with immediate effect. The Filmhouse crowdfunder, which has raised more than £325,000 to date, has been backed by stars including the Jack Lowden, Brian Cox, Alan Cumming, Emma Thompson, Dougray Scott, Kate Dickie and Timothy Spall. The rescue of the cinema has been led by a group of former staff who led an unsuccessful bid to buy the building, but managed to persuade Caledonian Heritable, the Edinburgh-based bar and restaurant operator, to agree to negotiations over a potential lease agreement after it snapped up the building for £2.65m. Their new charity, Filmhouse (Edinburgh) Ltd, would go on to secure a 25-year lease, and £1.5m in crucial funding from the UK Government to pay for a refurbishment which was seen as critical to the future success of the reopened cinema. New seating has been installed in the Filmhouse's three long-running screenings rooms, which will have a lower capacity but with more leg room and more comfortable seats, the much-loved café-bar has been refurbished and expanded, and the cinema will have a revamped foyer. However the Filmhouse website states: 'We have the funds to reopen Filmhousem but the more we have the better it will be, so our crowdfunder remains open.' The crowdfunding page adds: 'The crowdfunder has been a huge success and has enabled Filmhouse to look forward to welcoming you back very soon. 'We are still fundraising to make sure we have enough to cover all the costs incurred as we ramp up the new Filmhouse organisation – and for key improvements such as accessibility and minimising environmental impact. 'Any funds we can raise here will make a real difference to the future of Filmhouse.' Former Filmhouse and film festival chief executive Ginnie Atkinson, one of the four former staff members behind the rescue bid, said: 'Of course we were disappointed not to receive anything from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, but we know that is a very competitive environment. "We do have the funding in place to create the fourth screen at the back of the Filmhouse. "However I would say that we still need to raise around £100,000 for the important work that we still want to do." Caroline Clark, National Lottery Heritage Fund director for Scotland, said: 'I can confirm that we did not award support to a recent project funding application relating to the Filmhouse. "We know this is very disappointing news. Unfortunately, we have a high level of competition for grants at every stage of the grant application process and we are unable to support all the applications we receive.'

I'm A Celebrity star 'signs up' for latest edition of Celebrity Bake Off
A former star of I'm A Me Out of Here has reportedly signed up for the latest edition of the Bake Off in a Stand Up To Cancer special The latest famous face to be signed up for the Great British Bake Off is said to have been confirmed. Former I'm A Celebrity star Babatunde Aleshe has reportedly agreed to another reality TV show following his stint in the jungle. The comedian, 38, starred on the ITV show Down Under in 2022, and is now said to be ready to test his culinary skills. It's claimed Babatunde will take part in the Stand Up To Cancer special of the hit Channel 4 show. "Babatunde is guaranteed to be hilarious and will no doubt have plenty of banter with Paul, Noel, Caroline and Alison," a source said. Speaking to the Sun, the TV insider continued: "'He's not known for his prowess in the kitchen so there's sure to be some panicky moments laced with the good humour he's known for. "His energy on the Gogglebox sofa has always been pure positivity and very infectious, and bosses are hoping he'll bring that to the tent." Other names reportedly signed up for the unique edition include JoJo Siwa. Hot on the heels of her Celebrity Big Brother appearance - where she met Chris Hughes - the Dance Moms star is claimed to be set for another UK reality TV show. The 22-year-old American singer boosted her profile on the opposite side of the Atlantic in April when she was a contestant on ITV's Celebrity Big Brother - she already had a huge stateside following. Now it has been reported that JoJo will be popping up on Channel 4 and testing out her culinary skills. A source claimed:"This is a bit of a coup for the Bake Off because Jojo is currently one of the most talked about young stars on TV right now. "She's barely had time to catch her breath, leaving CBB last month amid huge media attention and heading straight into another huge show this month. It's also a fantastic gig for her because although she already has a fanbase over here, the cookery contest also introduces her to a wider British audience," the source added to The Sun. "Plus she got plenty of experience of cooking in front of the cameras while she was on Celebrity Big Brother, though this time she won't have hunky Chris to distract her." JoJo and Chris' budding friendship stole the show in the Big Brother house. Speculation was rife they were more than just friends, with JoJo revealed to have dumped fiance Kath Ebbs at the wrap party. Snaps have since emerged of the singer kissing the 32-year-old former Love Island star while they were on holiday together in Mexico. They have continued to pair special mentions to each other on social media following their exit from the CBB house.
