Rhian Sugden shows off the results of her breast reduction surgery in a plunging top after going from a 32HH to a 32E cup size
The glamour model, 38, went under the knife last month and went from a 32HH to a 32E cup size.
Giving and update to Instagram, she revealed how she has already improve her swimming due to her much more 'streamlined' figure.
Posing for a selfie in a yellow cami, Rhian said she had 'never felt happier' and was feeling much more confident.
She wrote: 'Just a little after-and-before of the newly reduced (and very much perked-up) girls
'6 weeks post-op now and I'm back swimming. I swam a mile and somehow did it 9 minutes quicker?! Coincidence? I think not. It's got to be because I'm streamlined.'
She added: 'Genuinely never felt happier. To all the people who said I'd be miserable, ruining my life or that my career would be over… sending you a bit of extra love today. I hope you're doing well x'
Last week, the mother-of-one revealed how much of a difference the surgery had made.
In a video taken pre-surgery, she went braless in a white T-shirt as she outlined the shape of her breasts.
The video then cut to her wearing the same top post-surgery as she outlined her smaller breasts following her surgery.
She captioned the post: 'Breast Reduction and uplift… Before + After. Couldn't be happier! Look at the difference.'
Alongside the snap, she penned: 'New Girls ❤️ I say new, they're still the same ones just lifted.
'For people genuinely interested in what surgery I had, it was an uplift and reduction. No implants. One of the best things I've done for me.'
Despite Rhian being happier than ever with her new figure, she revealed she had been inundated with messages from trolls criticising her decision.
In an Instagram Story that has since expired, she hit back at her critics as she revealed she had no concern with scarring and that she couldn't understand why anyone felt the need to comment on her decision.
She added in a cheeky quip that the comments were coming from men who were 'never going to touch or be near her breasts', so it didn't concern her.
Rhian previously revealed she feels 'sexier than ever' after losing 4lbs following her breast reduction surgery in a fresh update to fans on Saturday.
Showing off the results of her surgery for the first time, she posed in a pale blue bra and penned: 'From a 32HH to a 32E - five whole cup sizes down and about a stone of boob-weight gone.
'I can't even explain how free I feel. No more back pain and better posture already. I feel like I could levitate. I feel lighter, comfier and I'm actually excited to wear tops that aren't 98% scaffolding.
'Massive love to Dr Hussain at Pall Mall the absolute GOAT of breast surgery. Not only is he a surgical genius and kind as hell but he made me feel totally safe from start to finish.

Katie Price's ex Alex Reid is 'spearheading a campaign' to take her down
Katie Price's ex-husband of one year Alex Reid is speaking out against the former glamour model in an incredibly dramatic fashion days after Peter Andre did the same. The mum-of-five, 47, started dating Alex hot off the heels from her split with Mysterious Girl hitmaker Peter, and they tied the knot in a Las Vegas ceremony in 2010. However, after just a year of marriage Alex and Katie called it quits. After Peter posted a shock statement on social media days ago accusing Katie of peddling lies for 16 years, Alex is taking a similar step and has announced he is 'spearheading a campaign' against her. 'Over the years you've seen countless stories by Katie Price directed at me, Peter Andre, Kieran Hayler, and others,' he said in a video posted on social media this evening. 'I am spearheading a campaign to expose the truth. This isn't about gossip, it's about evidence. It isn't about rumour, it's about reality. 'After years of silence the time has finally come to reveal all. This is bigger than one person. It's about honesty, accountability, and supporting those that have been silenced. 'The time for speculation is over. The truth will now be seen and heard.' This comes after a report yesterday that Katie is planning on releasing a three-part personal documentary to coincide with the 30-year anniversary of her becoming one of The Sun's page 3 models. A source told The Mirror that Alex and Kieran Hayler – who was with Katie from 2013 to March 2021 – are teaming up with lawyers to block her from featuring them on the show. A source told The Mirror: 'They feel like they have been backed into a corner and have no choice. 'They just want her to stop trashing them, and can't believe she is being given a platform.' Another source, close to Kieran, said that 'enough is enough' and the men are just looking to move on with their lives but 'can't trust anything' that Katie says. A spokesman for Kieran added: 'We are keeping all our options open. I can confirm Alex Reid is on the same page.' The outlet reported that they have been in contact via an intermediary over the documentary, which is being made by Louis Theroux's production company Mindhouse. It's due to be aired by Sky but lawyers for the pair are said to be urging the broadcaster to reconsider. Last week Kieran – who is dad to Katie's youngest kids Bunny, 11, and Jett, 12 – issued a public apology to Princess after she admitted: 'I wish I could have had a happier childhood.' Meanwhile, days ago Peter spoke out on Instagram with a cutting statement about his ex-wife Katie, who he met on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here in 2004. 'For sixteen years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating. That ends today,' Peter said. He continued: 'The latest comments about my children's welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight. 'For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood. 'In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement. I have never made this public before, out of respect for my children. More Trending 'In 2011 and 2015, publicly documented court cases, found my ex-wife had made false claims. She was ordered to pay substantial damages and legal costs, and to apologise, to me and my management. The same falsehoods are being repeated today. 'Unfortunately, there are many more lies and baseless accusations I have yet to address. Those will now be dealt with in the coming months.' In a statement to Metro, Katie's representative said in response: 'Kate is in a much better and clear headspace and is at peace with the situation, this was in the past and she doesn't feel the need to bring up tit for tat comments, but more importantly she's dealing with this the right way and it's now in her lawyers hands. 'Kate will no longer be gaslighted and bullied as she once was…' Got a story? The last series of the show, which was won by Toni and Cach, was inundated with complaints throughout - making it the most offensive in four years. 4 4 In just one week of the show Ofcom received 9,000 complaints about alleged bullying behaviour towards Shakira. It was the second most complained about Love Island week in history - the first was season seven when Faye Winter kicked off after Casa Amor with total of 29,101 in just one week. Despite viewer's concern, the regulator will not be taking any further action. A spokesperson said."We carefully assessed the complaints we received about this series of Love Island. "We recognise that emotionally charged or confrontational scenes can upset some viewers. "But, in our view, negative behaviour in the villa was not shown in a positive light, and contestants were seen supporting or apologising to each other. "We also took into account that the format of this reality show is well-established, and viewers would expect to see highs and lows as relationships and friendships are tested." Ofcom received 14,167 complaints about the ITV reality series, including 24 about spin-off show Love Island: Unseen Bits, with the highest number of complaints coming on July 24, which saw 3,549 complaints relating to alleged bullying behaviour towards contestant Shakira Khan. Other complaints related to further alleged bullying of Khan, as well as fellow contestants Toni Laites, Yasmin Pettet, Meg Moore and Helena Ford, concern over contestants' mental health throughout the series, and Dejon Noel-Williams's behaviour towards M eg. Further complaints were made about the show's producers bringing contestant Megan Forte Clarke back onto the programme after she was dumped from the villa, and alleged race and gender based discrimination. Love Island's 12th series ran from June 9 to August 4 and Toni Laites and Cach Mercer took home the £50k, while Khan and Harry Cooksley finished as runners-up. Molly Mae Hague vows to keep posting about parenting despite backlash as she insists she 'regrets nothing' - but Tommy Fury admits he doesn't feel the same way
Molly Mae Hague has insisted she will keep posting about motherhood to help others despite suffering fierce backlash from trolls online. However just as his partner vowed to keep sharing her life on social media, Tommy Fury admitted he is not the type of person to open his life up to the world. The influencer, 26, regularly shares vlogs sharing her experience with parenting their daughter Bambi, two, but her more recent videos have caused a stir. She was recently forced to hit back at followers who claimed her sister Zoe, 28, was 'more of a dad' to Bambi after spotting the boxer missing from her many vlogs. Speaking in a new YouTube video after a few weeks off, Molly Mae said: 'No matter what went on online after my last couple of videos, do I have a single regret for speaking about how I feel in my motherhood journey over the past couple of weeks? 'Absolutely not. In my DMs, the messages that I receive when I open up about my feelings towards motherhood and how sometimes I'm feeling and I'm vulnerable about it, like it makes it so incredibly worth it. 'Because the messages I receive, I have mums actually saying to me, like, you don't understand how much I needed to hear what you said. I know it's what I need to do. Like. I'm not going to shy away ever from talking about how I'm really feeling in any situation' While Molly Mae is set on still opening up her life to the camera, Tommy said he is 'not the type of guy to have a YouTube channel', while discussing his upcoming fly on the wall documentary, Tommy: The Good. The Bad. The Fury. He said: 'I thought it was important for me to share the documentary because like I've said many times I'm not the type of guy who will sit down in front of a camera and have a YouTube channel where it's me doing Q&As and talking about my life like that. 'I'm a fighter and that's what I've always been and I feel like by doing this documentary people are going to see a side to me that they have never seen before, because I don't show that. 'They only known what they see on Instagram and seeing me fight but there's a whole other layer beyond that which people will see in the documentary, so that's why it felt like the right time.' Prior to their split, Tommy did appear in Molly Mae's vlogs and fans recently questioned why he is now missing from them now they have reconciled. Molly Mae admitted she and Tommy are 'still figuring things out' in their relationship. In her latest YouTube video Molly-Mae defended him and said: 'I've seen so many comments saying "Zoe is more the dad" I only vlog when I am not with Tommy, I am with Tommy literally 80% of the week and he is with Bambi majority of the week,' 'But I vlog when we are here and he is at his because it's just something that I am not ready to like open up with yet and like flinging the camera around like when we're a family'. Before adding: 'I just think like we're not there yet and still figuring out life and living situations. I'm not ready to vlog like we used to'. Molly-Mae later broke down in tears as she opened up about Bambi's tantrum and explained that everything was a 'huge problem' even convincing the toddler to wear shoes. Filming herself in the driving seat with Bambi in the back she said: 'I'm trying so so hard to stay positive but, I feel like I need to keep my camera running all day so you can see like every single thing,' '[Bambi] is a huge problem, [She] screams [I] can't even get like socks and shoes on'. Molly-Mae and Tommy split in August last year, later citing the boxer's struggle with alcohol as the reason for their break-up, but reconciled earlier this year. They have faced accusations their breakup was a 'publicity stunt' after they were filmed sharing a passionate kiss on New Year's Eve ahead of the launch of her three-part Prime Video series. Molly previously said her biggest 'frustration' was having their breakup questioned by skeptics when there was a lot more happening behind the scenes. Elsewhere in the new video Molly-Mae tearfully broke her silence following recent backlash from fans who once again branded the whinging millionaire influencer 'out of touch'. She has been accused of 'always moaning' in recent weeks after complaining she'd 'not done one fun thing all summer' despite jetting off to multiple destinations. She also faced criticism after complaining about a recent £86,000 motorhome holiday. Molly-Mae's sister has also come under fire for her 'tone deaf' posts of late after revealing she had fled Bali for Dubai after just 48 hours because it didn't live up to her expectations. In the clip Molly-Mae claimed that she 'didn't care' about the uproar but has been left 'scared' about discussing anything 'controversial' She said: 'I don't care who tells me I am out of touch with reality or all this stuff thats going on on T ikTok at the minute, I don't care i'm not going to not talk about it'. She later went on: 'I feel like I don't want to talk about anything controversial anymore because in the last video I said some things I probably could have worded better and even with all the motherhood things I am talking about at the minute, it's just a lot'. 'Debunking that whole thing about me feeling like I shouldn't talk about what is going on in the day because I am scared about what people will think and what they have to say about it'. She said: 'I've see so many comments saying "Zoe is more the dad" I only vlog when I am not with Tommy, I am with him literally 80% of the week and he is with Bambi majority of the week' 'But I vlog when we are here and he is at his because it's just something that I am not ready to like open up with yet and like flinging the camera around like when we're a family' The couple split in August last year, later citing the boxer's struggle with alcohol as the reason for their break-up, but reconciled earlier this year Last week fans blasted the TV personality for 'always moaning' after after she said she'd 'not done one fun thing all summer' despite jetting off to multiple destinations. She said in her vlog: 'I said to a friend the other day, that I'm going to make it to the end of summer having not done one fun thing.' She then spoke to her sister and said: 'Zoe, I haven't socialised once. I'm going to get to the end of this summer having not done one social fun thing. 'I haven't a life. That's not good is it. Summer will end and I've not done one fun social thing.' It left some fans open-mouthed as they called out how she failed to acknowledge the three holidays she's already been on this year. Some comments read: 'She's a millionaire, she can literally wake up tomorrow and do whatever the hell she wants', 'Wimbledon, lunches, Spain, Dubai, France, Centre Parcs... let's normalise that', 'This was so jarring because she can casually spend 6k in Dior on an outfit to log to Wimbledon then complains she has no time for herself', 'Why does she always want us to feel sorry for her?'
