Liam and Noel Gallagher get 'strict health warning' for Oasis reunion tour
Oasis brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher have reportedly been given some major health warnings for their reunion tour.
The Britpop legends have a Masterplan to make sure they're in tip top form for the Oasis Live '25 stadium jaunt, and it could involve cutting back on Cigarettes & Alcohol.
Promoters are said to be not keen to risk any setbacks given the money at stake, so the Gallaghers have gone through tests and examinations to get insurance set up.
As reported by the Mirror, the level of scrutiny has been compared to 'an astronaut going into space'.
They've both apparently been given some personalised advice, as well as offers for treatments they made need.
It's said Noel and Liam have also been reminded not to 'over indulge' while they're on the road.
An insider quipped: 'It's going to be a lot different to the 90s – most rock and roll fun is banned!'
The band will be prepared, with Noel previously saying he's been sober since 1998.
Two decades later, Liam admitted being sober wasn't easy for him over the years, but he didn't 'really do much of the other stuff'.
However, he recently revealed he's been getting up around 4am and tucking into a bowl of porridge for breakfast.
And on X, he recently revealed he's done with drink for the time being, and he's got his own routine to keep his voice on form.
'I'm good. Not interested in booze at the moment. I've had enough,' he tweeted. 'When I'm singing, there's no smoking and I don't drink dairy on the day.'

As the tour approaches, fans are wondering what songs the duo will be including in the setlist, having not performed together in nearly 15 years.
Sources had claimed they axed their single Hello – the opening track from 1995's (What's the Story) Morning Glory? – from their set list due to its association with disgraced pop star Gary Glitter.
The tune includes lyrics from Gary's 1973 hit Hello, I'm Back Again, with the melody of his original song playing subtly underneath.
But Liam has since denied the rumours, writing on X in response to a fan asking if they would omit the famous song: 'We'll be playing HELLO trust me.'
After rising to fame in 1994, Oasis were responsible for some of the UK music scene's most definitive tunes, from Wonderwall to Don't Look Back In Anger. More Trending
Oasis broke up in 2009, with Noel abruptly quitting just before they were scheduled to perform at a Paris festival.
Despite their reunion announcement taking the world by storm, rumours have emerged that the pair will still be keeping their distance behind the scenes.
According to The Sun, the brothers are holding separate concert after-parties in their own private green rooms, far away from each other.

Kate Middleton's 'real fuss' over Prince William after spotting poignant 'change'
Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info Throughout the Princess of Wales' cancer journey, he has been her steadfast support, prioritising her and their three children above all else. With Father's Day upon us, it's certain that Kate, along with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, will want to make it an exceptionally special day for Prince William. This time last year, the Wales family were still coming to terms with Kate's cancer diagnosis and her subsequent chemotherapy treatment as she geared up for her first significant public appearance since her shocking health news at Trooping the Colour. However, things seem much brighter now, with the princess in remission from cancer and gradually increasing her Royal duties, and both William and Kate appearing as proud parents watching their children participate in VE Day commemorations last month. READ MORE - Sam Fender joined on stage by music icon and special guest no one expected READ MORE - Brooklyn Beckham in telling Father's Day move as 'family feud' continues It's a stark contrast to the previous year when Kate was admitted to hospital for major abdominal surgery, and William immediately cleared his schedule to be there not just for his wife, but also for their three children. During a trip to South Africa, he later revealed that it had been a 'brutal' year for the family and one of the toughest of his life as he also grappled with his father, the King's cancer diagnosis. But 12 months on, the Wales family are in a very different place, and former BBC Royal correspondent Jennie Bond tells the Mirror that this Father's Day will be one where Kate will particularly want to express her gratitude to her husband for all he does as a father. She detailed: "I'm sure Catherine will want to make a real fuss of William after the year and a half they've been through. The truth is, though, that they'll probably both be rather knackered because the Trooping the Colour is the day before! So they'll probably be spending Father's Day at home in Windsor - or very possibly with Catherine's family in Berkshire.", reports the Mirror. "Last year Catherine posted a beautiful Father's Day picture of William and the children with their backs to the camera, on a Norfolk beach, staring out to sea. "It was a touching portrait of a dad with protective arms around his children and I'm sure it represented how grateful the princess was for the rock-solid support and love that William has given her throughout their marriage - but particularly through the emotional turmoil of cancer treatment." When discussing the upbringing of their children, it's evident that nothing is more significant to William and Kate than family. Family nearly always takes precedence, as was clearly demonstrated this Easter when the couple chose to forgo the traditional Easter Sunday church service with the King and Queen Consort at Windsor, opting instead for cherished family time, all with the King's approval. The Duke and Duchess are also notably hands-on parents, personally managing the school run and chauffeuring their children to various extracurricular sports clubs and activities. During various Royal engagements, William and Kate frequently share stories about George's passion for football, Charlotte's enthusiasm for dancing, and Louis' drumming lessons. Jennie thinks Kate particularly values William's distinct approach to parenting, which diverges from traditional Royal norms. She noted: "Both he and Harry learned from their mother that parents can be fun and funny, loving and tactile, hands-on and cuddly. Charles was some of these things too, but he was always extremely busy with his work. From the off, though, William has been very obviously hands-on - helping to strap newborn George into the car seat all those years ago (with some trepidation) and sharing all the fun and sleep deprivation of life with a tiny baby. "Diana once told me that the country was very lucky to have William. I think Catherine is very lucky to have him as well. I think they have put on a united front about their priorities at this stage of their lives: family comes first and sometimes duty has to be put on a bit of a back burner." William and Kate's harmonious family life at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, which they've carefully cultivated with their children, has the King's full approval. The King himself has had to cope with a cancer diagnosis and continues to receive weekly treatment for his condition. It is worth noting that the King's diagnosis has given him a fresh perspective, leading to him supporting William in putting family first and rearranging his priorities. The diagnosis followed a procedure the King underwent for an enlarged prostate earlier in 2024, with his recovery at the London Clinic coinciding with Kate's recuperation from serious surgery. It was during this time that sources claim the King would 'toddle' down to visit Kate, offering support as she convalesced. Post-Kate's cancer diagnosis, it's understood that the King shared a poignant, supportive lunch with her before she went public with her health news. Adding light-hearted moments to their bond, their shared humour shone through last year on the King's birthday when Kate's official Prince and Princess of Wales account posted a jovial picture of the King complete with sunglasses and a garland, celebrating the occasion. And Jennie commented: "In this, they have both had the full support of King Charles – and I think Catherine has very much appreciated this attitude from her father-in-law. Their shared cancer journey has also brought them closer together and I think there's genuine affection between them. "He refers to her as his beloved daughter-in-law and, in some ways, I think she is the daughter he always wanted. I remember Diana telling me about how much Charles had hoped their second child would be a girl." Father's Day arrives amidst continued estrangement between the King and his son, Prince Harry, as well as Kate's brother-in-law. Last month, Harry alleged that his father refuses to communicate with him due to an ongoing legal dispute concerning his security arrangements in the UK, yet he expressed a desire for 'reconciliation' with his family. These revelations emerged during a startling interview with the BBC following Harry's defeat in his Court of Appeal case. Jennie commented on the situation, suggesting that the chances of mending the Royal rift before Father's Day are slim: "This bombshell of an interview is unlikely to bring that invitation any closer. And that's because at the root of the rift is the question of trust." She added, "Harry's father and brother do not trust him to keep conversations private. And this loudspeaker of a diatribe against them is not going to make them change their minds." However, for Kate, Father's Day will also be a time to celebrate her non-royal relative, her father Michael Middleton. Michael, along with Kate's mother Carole, has been a constant presence, supporting Kate and her children through her health issues. The Middletons have reportedly been involved in the school run and entertaining their lively grandchildren when needed. The support provided by the Middletons to their eldest daughter is said to be epitomised by the 3 Rs - rescue, reassurance, and rock - and they are also hailed as the key figures in maintaining family unity. Kate's deep connection with her parents was brought to light when they were the sole non-royal figures featured in her profoundly personal video from the previous year, which marked the end of her chemotherapy treatment. In a brief but telling moment captured on camera, they were all seen sitting together around the kitchen table at William and Kate's Amner Hall home, engaging in a card game. Moreover, the children's fondness for their maternal grandparents was evident for all to witness during Kate's last year's Christmas carol service, where Prince Louis placed a note on a kindness tree to thank his 'Granny and Grandpa' for 'playing games with me'. Furthermore, Jennie noted: "Kate will want to show her love and gratitude not only to William but also to her father. Her parents have been the most incredible support through the trauma of her illness, providing solace and comfort and shoulders to cry on – as well as all the practical help of looking after the children and doing the school run." She also stated: "I think they will have much to celebrate on Father's Day this year, and the men in the family can sit back and enjoy being fussed over."

Naga Munchetty's mum's response when she told her she wasn't having kids
Presenter, Naga Munchetty, who celebrated her 50th birthday in February, has opened up about her choice not to have children, which she admits did not go down well with her mum BBC Breakfast star, Naga Munchetty, admits her choice not to have children left her mum "devastated". The plucky presenter, who turned 50 in February, is one of the most recognisable faces on TV with a journalism career spanning more than 25 years. However, Naga chose not to have kids with her husband James Hagger, and says this initially caused a rift with her mother. Opening up about her personal decision after opting to be surgically sterilised in her forties after undergoing keyhole surgery to block her fallopian tubes in 2019, she said: "My mum was devastated, she is from a different generation." On why she opted not to have children while explaining that her mum was now more accepting of her choice, she told Hello! magazine: "It was a conscious (decision) and I am doing lots of other things and living a very fulfilling life. She doesn't think I've wasted an opportunity." Naga also said that parenthood was "exhausting" and a "commitment for life", as she told Saga magazine: 'We liked the life we had and we wanted to pursue that life. Parenthood is expensive, it's exhausting and a commitment for life. 'My mum will say, 'You're still my baby and I worry about you.' But I remember people saying, 'That's so wicked! How can you deny your parents grandchildren?' 'It was hard for Mum, but she understands now. She says, 'Naga, it would have been wonderful to have grandchildren, but equally, it's wonderful seeing what you're doing and who you've become.' Isn't that what we want for our children?" As well as her family life, Naga told Hello! about the crippling pain she suffered from adenomyosis, a gynaecological condition where the lining of the womb grows into the muscular wall of the womb. The BBC Breakfast presenter has now released a book, It's Probably Nothing, which examines the ways women's health concerns are often dismissed or downplayed in medical settings. Calling it "the evil twin of endometriosis", she said: "I was just exhausted. I thought all the other women in the world were coping and thriving, and that because I've dared to bring it up, I was (perceived as) weak." Naga said she had been suffering from the agonising womb condition, which was dismissed by doctors for 32 years. Appearing before the Women and Equalities Committee two years ago alongside Geordie Shore star, Vicky Pattison, the presenter said she only got answers about the agonising condition when she went private. Talking to Tory committee chairwoman Caroline Nokes, she said: "I started my period at 15. It would last for 11 or 12 days. Eight or nine of them were very heavy. I'd throw up on the first day, pass out once or twice during the cycle. I'd be wrapped around a toilet. I'd still go to school. I still went to work. Whenever I went to the doctor I was told it was normal." Explaining the impact the condition had on her private life, the presenter said it made "relationships difficult", but she'd thankfully had "understanding partners". She also said her adenomyosis, which is similar to endometriosis, has left her 'paranoid' about bleeding, forcing her to wear dark and loose clothing while on her period. She shared: "For work, I wouldn't sleep because I'd set an alarm at 2am to change the towel and super heavy tampon." Revealing her adenomyosis wasn't diagnosed until she was 47, Naga was asked by Ms Nokes: "So 32 years?", to which the Naga replied: "Yes".

Prince Harry sends 'bold message' to royals in personal Archie and Lilibet video
In tribute to Prince Harry on Father's Day, Meghan Markle shared a video of heartwarming family moments over the years - but there's a strong message hidden in the montage according to an expert Meghan Markle has shared never-before-seen footage of her children to mark Father's Day - and one expert believes it points to a new strategy for the Sussexes. The Duchess of Sussex shared an incredibly personal video montage of Prince Harry with their two young children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. The compilation featured various photos and videos of the Duke of Sussex with his kids over the years, marking a notable shift from the couple's previous stance of keeping their children's faces completely out of the public eye. The Duchess of Sussex took to Instagram shortly before midnight UK time to share the video, which was set to the song Have It All by Jason Mraz. Meghan added the caption: "The best. Happy Father's Day to our favorite guy", as heartwarming montage was played out of Harry with Archie, six, and Lilibet, four. Special intimate moments are shown including footage of Archie and Lilibet as babies, while other clips showed Harry running around outside with them, dancing in the kitchen, at the beach, and during various other family days out. The clip comes just days after Meghan shared another personal video of her twerking while in labour. Reacting to the new video, body language expert Judi James has revealed a striking contrast between Meghan's Father's Day post and Princess Kate's - and says there's a hidden message for Archie and Lilibet. "The basic display tone of this video, that is a narrative of clips of Harry being a father, is very different to the one the UK royals tend to use for their Father's Day poses," Judi told the Mirror. She explained: "With William and his children, Kate is very present, holding the camera. The children and often William tend to look into the camera to signal firstly inclusion of Kate but secondly their sense of having a public role too. "Meghan's films suggest she is admiring her husband from a distance here. The sense of strong love is present, but it's also a reflective presence as though she's wanting to show how Harry reacts naturally with their children, almost when 'nobody is watching'. It's the kind of event many mothers experience when they look out of the window to watch their husband playing with the children and reflect on how good a father they are." Judi continued: "This is a whole cinematic-looking narrative, too. Unlike the rather basic filming of her pregnancy twerking, this is glossy and idealistic, using lighting and filming techniques to make it look like movie class. It often feels like you're watching the opening credits of a show like Succession where they mock up historic-looking home movies to bring the family up to the present day. "There's the technicolour technique at the start and end, which is similar to the Enid Blyton style colouring they once used on their Xmas cards. There's soft focus for the babies, then a more Vogue-style lighting and filming as Harry walks with his kids as they get older." Sharing her thoughts on how the father-of-two is represented amid his ongoing public feud with his family, the expert shared: "Harry is shown being a tender, tactile and often playful dad who is very involved in teaching his children as they grow. And one theme which runs throughout the clip could be seen as a message to the royals as Harry's fight for protection and security for his children while visiting the UK rumbles on. "There is also a very strong message of freedom for the children and Harry here, too," Judi notes. "There is a lot of running and walking away from the camera to continue to reject a more public profile but it's the recurring theme of the bare feet too." Judi added: "With both Harry and his children walking in bare feet, the symbolic reference is to a free life but also to a wealthy one, as walking barefoot on public streets and parks tends to be a dangerous pastime. On your own estate, though, it's clearly just fine." The Father's Day post is part of a growing trend of Meghan sharing more intimate moments from their family life on social media. Just last week, she posted a video of the family's fun-filled day at Disneyland to celebrate Princess Lilibet's fourth birthday. It comes as Harry and Meghan recently gave their PR team the boot, making huge changes to how they run their internal communications. They have now hired Method Communications, who claim they are "disruptors" who "challenge the status quo".
