Rosanna Davison and husband Wesley near the finish line on dream home renovation
Mum-of-three Rosanna has been sharing regular updates of the construction of her southside home, and this week she revealed that the family are finally on track to get settled into life in their new abode.
Perched atop a row of concrete blocks in the back garden of the house, a clearly overjoyed Rosanna updated her followers that they are nearing the end of the arduous home makeover process. Pic: Rosanna Davison/Instagram
Rosanna and Wes bought the house over eighteen months ago, after which embarked on a massive renovation project, to transform the house into their dream home to raise their three adorable tots.
And Rosanna's only daughter Sophia, is preparing to move into her first little girls only room ,which boasts a beautiful bay window and her very own en suite style dressing room. Rosanna Davison with her husband Wesley Quirke. Pic: Rosanna Davison/Instagram
Taking to her Instagram page in dress down garb of leggings, aviator shades and a casual blue track top, Rosanna said she and husband Wesley Quirke are on course to complete the major refurbishment works on the house.
An avid lover of the great outdoors, Rosanna showcased the stunning landscaped gardens which boasts a number of mature oak trees, shrubbery and plants, should she choose to explore nearer to home on the extensive grounds on her doorstep. Pic: Rosanna Davison/Instagram
And for her three small children, Sophia and twin boys Oscar and Hugo, there is a dream kiddie play area complete tree house, swings and a host of outdoors paraphernalia to keep her little ones active and entertained.
Inside the house Rosanna's stylish touch can be seen throughout the sweep of the entire home, from the sleek Italian marble kitchen, to the fashionable crystal style light fittings to the manicured lawns. Pic: Rosanna Davison/Instagram
Speaking to Extra.ie earlier this year Rosanna said the family hoped to be moved in by July saying : 'We haven't moved house yet. But we're aiming to be in for the first week of July, ' she told us. 'We're hopefully on track. At the moment, it's been a really, really intense process.'
As the couple prepare for the next exciting chapter, Rosanna also told Extra that Wesley has been a total champ as he surrendered his mancave so his three children, Sophia, Hugo and Oscar, could have their very own playroom.
Nope, there's no mancave in this house,' laughed Rosanna, before adding: 'However, we have a shared office and a home cinema for Wesley to watch football matches with my dad.'
And even with her hectic schedule of work, children and studying for a Master's Degree, Rosanna says she has taken the lead on the new build. Pic: Rosanna Davison/Instagram
'I think what surprised me, though, about building our own house has just been how time-consuming it is. It's pretty much a full-time job for me at the moment. Pic: Rosanna Davison/Instagram
'Wesley is really busy running the business, so he can't be as hands-on as me. So after I drop the kids to school, nearly every day, I'm up at the house for a site meeting. I'm going to showrooms.'

Lilly-Ella Gerrard and her boyfriend Lee Byrne, the son of Kinahan gangster Liam Byrne, have welcomed the birth of their first child. The daughter of English football legend Steven Gerrard, Lilly announced she was expecting a baby with her long-time boyfriend Lee in January of this year. The former Liverpool footballer revealed earlier this month that he was 'really excited' about the arrival of his first grandchild. Taking to social media on Tuesday, the 21-year-old announced that the baby had safely arrived by posting a story of her boyfriend Lee holding a baby carrier. She accompanied the picture with the three-word caption of '2 becomes 3.' Photo: Lilly Gerrard/Instagram She also shared pics featuring a spread of candles, flowers, and balloons that welcomed their newborn. The couple have not disclosed the gender of their first born. The new mum recently shared a mirror selfie with Lee, captioning the post, which shows the pair in an embrace as the 21-year-old shows off her growing baby bump, 'My love'. In another picture, she gave her followers a glimpse of home life as Lee sat on a plush white sofa surrounded by her three toy poodle pups, Barnie, Blondie, and Bobby. The new parents have been dating for over two years and regularly spend time with Gerrard's family in Bahrain, where they are based. Car dealer Nadia Adan slams claims she is mystery woman on beach with Conor McGregor
The Ashford Motors car dealer rubbished the notion that she is the dark-haired woman pictured kissing the MMA star. Social media star and Ashford Motors owner Nadia Adan has hit back at claims she is the mystery woman seen kissing Conor McGregor in a series of recently published pictures. Over the weekend, The Sun released photos of McGregor appearing to kiss the unindentified woman on a beach in Florida. It was reported the UFC fighter 'cozied up' with the dark-haired woman after taking a jet ski ride. The father-of-four has been engaged to his partner Dee Devlin since 2020, with the pair having been a couple for the past 16 years. Nadia Adan posted on her Instagram story. Photo: Instagram In response to the pics going online, Nadia hit back at any suggestion that she is the unnamed woman seen alongside the 37-year-old. Writing on Instagram, she said: 'For everyone messaging me, this most definitely is not me, rumours travel and people believe them. 'This could potentially destroy someone, pls be kind, thanks Nadia x.' The second-hand car dealer then followed that up with another short video on her story, stating she had been getting 'abusive messages' over photos that she is not in. 'I woke up this morning to a plethora of calls and messages. I asked myself 'who did I piss off today?' – it definitely wasn't the EV owners.' 'Now come on, this not me in the picture. I have been getting abusing messages all day long; people telling I'm breaking up families.' The Wicklow woman previously revealed in 2022 that when McGregor punched a punter in a pub for refusing to drink his whiskey, it cost her tens of thousands in a lucrative motor deal. Nadia Adan (left) and Conor McGregor (right) Today's News in 90 Seconds - July 15th 2025 The Dubliner had sold his BMW i8 to the car dealer before an American fan bid €250,000 to get their hands on a vehicle previously owned by the MMA star. "I had it sold for stupid money and I had a big deposit – then, obviously, that incident happened in the pub and your man called me up and said 'look, I don't like what he did' or whatever, and added, 'I'm not doing the deal',' Nadia previously told the Sunday World. 'Unfortunately, Conor went and did what he did to the guy in the pub and your man reneged on the deal and I said 'ah look, it's fine'.' McGregor was fined €1,000 in November 2019 for assaulting Desmond Keogh at the Marble Arch pub in Dublin's Drimnagh the previous April. Nadia has become one of the best known second-hand car dealers in Ireland through her company Ashford Motors, which has more than 233,000 followers on TikTok and another 128,000 on Instagram. 'I started doing fun videos,' she previously told Evoke. 'I would be hunkered down close to a car and viewers would have to try to guess the model. 'I had a low-cut top on and it sounds ridiculous, but it worked. People just didn't know what to do with me. "They put me in a glamour model box, and that's fine, but I wasn't that. I'm a businesswoman, I'm educated, I can talk the talk, plus I have my boobs on show.' Nadia, who had worked previously as a stockbroker, came to Ireland as a young girl with her mother after they fled their home country of Somalia as refugees. Her mother took on five jobs to put Nadia through college, where she got a Masters in Trinity College. 'I had always been into my cars and the guys I were working with always drove nice cars. I bought a nice motor and I ended up selling it one day on my lunch break in Tesco car park and I made a few bob on it, and that's when I said to myself 'that was a bit of fun',' she recalls. 'I was always doing a buy and sell, just buying and selling stocks. Dealing in cars is very similar.' She officially started trading at her Rathnew showroom in Co Wicklow in March 2020. Previously she had sold cars from her family home in nearby Ashford.
