Amanda Holden has said presenting a dating show changed her own relationship with her husband as she admitted to making notes during filming.
Amanda, 54, is hosting a new dating show called 'Cheat: Unfinished Business' that follows a series of couples as they try to mend things in the sunshine.

Co-hosting alongside relationship expert Paul C Brunson, Amanda spent last summer filming the series.
Speaking about the experience as she promoted the show, she admitted that she had listened to what Paul had been saying to other couples, took notes, and applied those to her relationship.
Discussing the show and Paul's input with Closer UK she said: 'He gives out amazing advice that I literally made notes on throughout filming. I was really nice to my husband Chris across the summer when we were making the show!'

Amanda's positive comments about her relationship come weeks after she admitted she and husband Chris, whom she has been with since 2004, were leading 'separate lives'.

However, this isn't anything to do with any relationship difficulties, but more to do with the fact that their busy schedules means they rarely see each other.

She told Heart FM: "I've been married for over 20 years. Well, I met him in 2003, I can't work it out.
'Anyway, a long time, and our lives have been very separate for a long time because we're both very busy. Obviously, we're very happily married, but we do lots of things separately.
'I love my Peloton and running, he goes and plays squash. He's got a massive career as well. We're always separate, you know.'

Meanwhile, an insider told Closer that Amanda and Chris are working out how they can stay close despite the busy nature of their lives, reports BirminghamLive.

They told the publication: "Amanda realises that something's got to give but it's not quite that simple.

"She knows she needs to prioritise her husband – who knows how she would cope without him. They've talked about trying a getaway to spend real down time together – alone. The kids are old enough to hold the fort.
'Amanda knows she needs to consider this. Until now it's always been as a family so going on holiday alone would be alien to her. But it's a great place to start, even if it's a long weekend.'
Meanwhile, Amanda has joked what her biggest ick (slang for off-putting feature or habit) is about her husband is. She told Heart FM: 'My ick with Chris, although that does sound quite dramatic, is when Chris is dressed casually.

"My husband looks really nice when he goes out but his relaxed look, the thing I would burn without any hesitation, but I think it would pollute the air, is that he owns yellow Crocs.'
Amanda Holden is set to appear on Cheat on Netflix later this year.

Topshop reveals Liberty as UK wholesale partner

Since Topshop management confirmed plans to roll-out the newly revived brand through wholesale, onlookers have continued to speculate who exactly its UK partner will be. Now, just days after Topshop made its official relaunch in a runway show on Trafalgar Square, the mystery seems to have been solved. On its Instagram page, Topshop continued its cryptic manner of posting and teased premium department store Liberty as a potential retail partner. The news was then confirmed to Elle UK by Liberty's group buying and merchandising director, Lydia King, who referenced Topshop's prior cultural influence on London. King stated: 'To be a part of [Topshop's] return, when there's so much nostalgia about the location, and the brand, and the cultural moment, is really exciting.' The destination of Liberty's is notable given that the retailer's London flagship is just a stone's throw away from where Topshop's former Oxford Street store was once located. Fans of the brand are continuing to call for the store's own return via social media, citing nostalgia and cultural significance as emotional drivers. Liberty joins a growing list of European retailers in confirming plans to stock Topshop, with the likes of Ireland's McElhinneys, France's Printemps and Belgium's Zeb already among those on board. Any plans to reopen owned and operated stores by Topshop, however, have not yet been confirmed.
