In a candid conversation with Soha Ali Khan on Hautterfly's YouTube channel, Nargis confessed, 'I do fasting twice a year, no food at all, just water for nine days. It's very difficult.' She added, 'But once I'm done, I'm telling you, you look snatched. I mean, the jawline is out, the face is glowing. But I wouldn't recommend it.'
While the transformations looks quite impressive, but Nargis was quick to reveal that wellness isn't about taking extreme measures, emphasising more on holistic approach. 'Everybody wants a quick fix, but there's no quick fix. It's always a combination of things,' she said.
Nargis credits good sleep, hydration and a balanced diet for her sustained glow and overall health. 'I sleep like eight hours a night. I also try to hydrate. Then also, my food choices.
