Harry Just Responded to Claims He Left Andrew With a 'Bloody Nose' After 'Punches Were Thrown' Over Andrew's Backstabbing CommentAccording to the book, Andrew was 'rudderless' after he left the Royal Navy in 2001 and leaned on Maxwell to reinvent himself, including his wardrobe, and run his social calendar, while using the prince to secure lucrative business deals for herself. '[Andrew] appeared to be rediscovering his youth, hooked by the wealth and reach of new friends,' the book wrote. A friend was also quoted in the biography saying, ''He's spiralling out of control, he's even started dressing like a 25-year-old in jeans and blazer.''
Lownie credited the change in Andrew's demeanor to Maxwell. 'This lifestyle could be traced back to his closer relationship with Ghislaine,' Lownie wrote. 'She introduced him to many of the women with whom he had brief flings, but she also drew him further into Epstein's net.'
Lownie also claimed that Andrew and Maxwell had an affair in the early 2000s, which involved hangouts with celebrities like Naomi Campbell. 'In 2000, he resumed his on-off affair with Ghislaine,' Lownie wrote. 'In May they were spotted holding hands at a restaurant in Manhattan before flying to Miami, with model Naomi Campbell and Parisian art dealer Alexia Wallaert, on the Lolita Express, as Epstein's plane was known for flying so many young girls.'
In 2014, Virginia Giuffre alleged that she was sex trafficked to Andrew by convicted sex offenders, Epstein and Maxwell, when she was 17 years old. Andrew denied the allegations in an interview with BBC in 2019.

'Well, I met through his girlfriend back in 1999, who…and I'd known her since she was at university in the U.K., and it would be, to some extent, a stretch to say that, as it were, we were close friends. I mean, we were friends because of other people, and I had a lot of opportunity to go to the United States, but I didn't have much time with him,' he said. 'I suppose I saw him once or twice a year, perhaps maybe a maximum of three times a year and quite often if I was in the United States and doing things and if he wasn't there, he would say: 'Well, why don't you come and use my houses?' So I said: 'That's very kind, thank you very much indeed.''
He continued, 'It was his girlfriend that was the key element in this. He was the, as it were, plus one, to some extent, in that aspect.'
During the interview, Andrew confirmed that he once stayed at Maxwell's home in Belgravia, but didn't reveal whether they were romantically involved. 'I'm not in a position to know what she's trying to achieve, but I can tell you categorically I don't remember meeting her at all,' he said of Giuffre. 'I do not remember a photograph being taken and I've said consistently and frequently that we never had any sort of sexual contact whatever.'
When asked if he had sex with any woman trafficked by Epstein, Andrew responded, 'No and without putting too fine a point on it, if you're a man, it is a positive act to have sex with somebody. You have to have to take some sort of positive action and so therefore if you try to forget it's very difficult to try and forget a positive action and I do not remember anything.'
Epstein pleaded guilty and was convicted of procuring a child for prostitution and soliciting a prostitute in 2008. He served 13 months in custody before being released on an extensive work release. He was arrested again in 2019 on federal charges for the sex trafficking of minors in Florida and New York. He died in his jail cell on August 10, 2019. A medical examiner ruled his death a suicide by hanging.
Maxwell was arrested and charged in July 2020 with the crimes of enticement of minors and sex trafficking of underage girls. She was convicted of five out of the six counts against her, including one for sex trafficking of a minor, in December 2021. She's currently serving a 20-year sentence at a prison camp in Texas.

Sarah Ferguson Told Diana ‘He's Mine!' After the Princess' Date With Her Celebrity Crush: ‘Why Can't She Leave Him Alone?'
These days, the stories we hear about the royal family involve King Charles' feud with his youngest son, Prince Harry, or the state of Prince William and Kate Middleton's marriage. But decades ago, Princess Diana and Sarah Ferguson, then the Duchess of York, were the center of conversations for their marriages to then Prince Charles and Prince Andrew, respectively, and also because of the relationship between them. Now Andrew Lownie's new book, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, details, which serves a biography for both Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, details how Fergie was 'furious' after Princess Diana's meeting with Jon F. Kennedy Jr. The meeting was concocted by JFR Jr. as part of an elaborate plan to convince Diana to be part of his George magazine. Related: Here's what each royal inherited from Queen Elizabeth 'We had to draw all these cover ideas up, and he took the drawings over to the Carlyle Hotel [in New York City] to meet her,' George magazine creative director Matt Berman told People. Diana reportedly rejected the offer to appear in the magazine and wrote JFK Jr. a note that said, 'Thank you so much, but not right now.' Princess Diana died in 1997 after a collision in Paris. JFK Jr., meanwhile, passed away in 1999 due to a plane crash. 'She didn't see him as the rest of the world saw him,' Diana's private secretary, Patrick Jephson, said in the book JFK JR: An Intimate Oral Biography. 'As this big, famous, handsome guy. She saw him, I think, as rather vulnerable because he had grown up in public.' However, Sarah Ferguson, who was then Diana's sister on law, 'had the hots for him and Diana wanted to, I think, do one up on her.' 'It was never made public, so that made it quite fun, actually. Diana wanted it to be discreet because it had all the makings of a great gossip story, didn't it? The world's most eligible bachelor wasn't he at the time? And she had just gotten unmarried or was in the process of getting unmarried. It would've been a rather intriguing thing to dream about. She didn't want that, but she was curious to meet him.' Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York $10.00 Buy Now On Amazon Lownie's book goes deeper into Sarah Ferguson's 'crush.' Reportedly, she once arranged a meeting with JFK Jr., and though he at first accepted, he later cancelled because his girlfriend at the time, Daryl Hannah, wasn't pleased. ''That's not going to bother me!' ' Lownie quotes Fergie saying, 'But it bothered Hannah, and Kennedy cancelled, claiming a prior engagement. Staff were then ordered to spy on his apartment all night to check that he had told the truth.' According to the book, that wasn't the end of it. 'The duchess was not to be discouraged, especially after learning that Princess Diana had met Kennedy for 30 minutes at Christmas 1995 at a New York hotel. She was furious: 'He's mine! Why can't she just leave him alone?'' the author writes. Furthermore, the Duchess of York reportedly nicknamed JFK. Jr. 'Number Nine,' which was meant to indicate 'his place in the order of her lovers.' The author even says she spent hours searching for articles about JFK Jr., cutting out photos of him in a swimsuit, and that she would even have conversations with her friends about what part of her personality he would like. 'A close confidante revealed: 'She'll suddenly ask, 'Do you think Ken will mind that I don't like such and such a thing?' It's incredibly real to her, like a schoolgirl crush. She spends hours talking about him. The fact that she's never even met him doesn't seem to matter at all,'' Lownie wrote. The book lists some of Sarah Ferguson's other crushes, including Kevin Costner, Tiger Woods, and George Clooney. Sarah Ferguson Sends Clever Royal Message in Embroidered Loafers Amid Infidelity Allegations
The Duchess and her ex-husband are the subjects of a new bombshell Gist Sarah Ferguson stepped out in a pair of statement loafers embroidered with the words "Never complain, never explain." The phrase is the unofficial motto of the British royal family. Ferguson and her ex-husband Prince Andrew are the subjects of a new royal biography, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of Ferguson is sticking to her famous family's unofficial motto following new rumors of infidelity during her decade-long marriage to Prince Andrew. Stepping out at a book signing event for her 2021 novel, Her Heart for a Compass, the Duchess sported shoes that quite simply said it all: "Never complain, never explain." The velvet loafers have long been a part of Ferguson's wardrobe. She last wore them in 2022, per People. Royal biographer Penny Junor explained the significance of the embroidered message in a prior interview with the publication. "There has been a long tradition in the British royal family of riding criticism out and keeping your head down and taking the long view," she said. "Crises come and go, and people get criticized—often for five minutes by the media, who then move on." As for those infidelity rumors? The Duchess and her ex-husband are back in the spotlight thanks to historian Andrew Lownie's upcoming book, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, which drops on August 14. Excerpts published by The Daily Mail claim that the Prince slept with "dozens of women" and that his wife also had several affairs. "Friends say Andrew accepted his wife's infidelities and that his marriage was over," Lownie writes in the book, per The Daily Mail. "He would dine alone off a tray in his study while Sarah and one of her lovers ate together elsewhere in the house." Despite their 1996 divorce, the Duke and Duchess of York still live together at Windsor's historic Royal Lodge. King Charles has attempted to evict his brother following his fall from grace but has so far been unsuccessful. "What I think he feels is that if he moves out of Royal Lodge it's somehow publicly accepting guilt for which he has not been proved," royal expert Hugo Vickers told The Sun, referring to his alleged link with Jeffrey Epstein. The case was settled out of court back in 2022. Read the original article on InStyle
