The 44-year-old reality TV star was joined by her sister Khloe Kardashian and friends including La La Anthony and Stephanie Shepherd for the trip. In one striking image, Kim could be seen having her arm injected with a vibrant purple liquid while partially bandaged. The unusual scene sparked concerned reactions from her followers, with one asking, "What are you injecting into your arm? Looks like a smoothie." However, others praised how bold she is when it comes to trying out uncommon beauty treatments, posting comments like, "Omgggg gurllll youu goooo", and "Honestly mood skincare everything there." She also spoke about how her late sister was the person who named her, explaining: "Lucy picked my name for me when she was seven. When Mum was pregnant with one of my two brothers, Lucy said, 'I hope you have a girl, mummy, so that I can have a sister and I hope you call her Lydia.' "So three years after her death, when I was born, Mum made sure that wish was granted. I had the same princess dress Lucy had and loved. Her Wendy house is still in the middle of our garden. We have shared so much without ever meeting."

BREAKING: TOWIE star Ricky Rayment's heartbreak as he announces his sister has died
Former the Only Way is Essex cast member Ricky Rayment has announced that his older sister Lisa Kempley died, aged 56, last month. He shared the news with fans following a memorial service for the late makeup artist. Ricky, 34, shared the order of service and paid tribute to his sibling in a post on social media. He wrote: "RIP my beautiful sister. You got the send off you deserved. Love you forever." The order of service stated that Lisa died on July 25. Lisa's death had previously been announced on a business page for her on Instagram earlier this month.
