Emotional reason why Emmerdale's Cain was able to afford the embryo transfer
Shortly after, she went to the toilet and realised she had started bleeding. This was a worrying development, as it was a sign that the embryo recently transferred into her body for Sarah Sugden's (Katie Hill) surrogacy had potentially been lost.
Convinced that this was the case, Charity then had to discuss what to do next with Sarah. She still remained utterly desperate to become a mum, but neither of them had the cash to pay for another transfer.
This is where Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) came in. Eager to help Sarah, he handed her £2k to pay the hospital.
She was incredibly grateful, but Cain hadn't told Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) about the money – which was always going to create a problem.
Moira has been up to her eyeballs in stress ever since the slurry tank leak. The disaster has seen Butlers Farm get sent multiple fines, many of which Moira has only just about managed to pay off.
Because of the latest bill, Moira has been left contemplating her future as a farmer. The money that Cain was secretly hiding would've been a massive help – but he caused a drama by keeping it a secret from her.
Moira found this out in tonight's episode because Sarah innocently mentioned it to her. Cain claimed that he had taken out a loan, but Moira knew that wasn't true.
At Butlers, Cain confirmed that he had sold some items that once belonged to his mum Faith. It turns out her hip flask was solid silver, so it was worth quite a few quid.
Faith absolutely adored Sarah and Cain knew that if she was still alive, she would've done anything to help her with the surrogacy. Once he had told Moira this, she sighed. Of course she understood what Cain was thinking, she just wished he would've told her sooner.
The couple were back on the same page by this point and then headed to the pub. There, Sarah and Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant) revealed to their entire family that Charity is pregnant with their baby.
The problem though? She might not actually be.
A flashback scene revealed in tonight's episode allowed us to learn there is a very real possibility Charity is pregnant with Ross Barton's (Michael Parr) baby again.
After Charity kissed Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) last week, she was thrown out of the house, with Vanessa viewing the move as self destructive.
As she stumbled through the village, Charity came across Ross, who was feeling sorry for himself after Steph Miligan's (Georgia Jay) departure.

In the present day, Charity seemed adamant that Ross isn't connected to the baby at all but until a DNA test is conducted, there is no real way of knowing.
Will Ross go in search of definite answers?

And is there a chance Charity will lie to Sarah and Jacob, failing to tell them that the baby she is growing has come about as a result of even more betrayal?

EastEnders' Tony Discipline works up a sweat at new Fire Brigade job after quitting soap and split with Jacqueline Jossa
SOAP star Tony Discipline has traded EastEnders for a new life working in the fire service – and is currently deep in training. To most EastEnders fans, he will be known as Tyler Moon, the troubled son of David Essex's Eddie Moon and cousin to the legendary Alfie Moon (Shane Richie). 10 10 10 Appearing on the show from 2011 to 2013, Tyler proved to be a volatile character. As an amateur boxer he would take on bouts which his older brother Michael (Steve John Shepherd) would fix without his knowledge. This ultimately caused Tyler massive trouble as, after agreeing to an illegal fight, suffered a seizure from the amount of hits he took to the face. While his character was certainly a hard nut, 12 years on Tony is now using his own brute force for good, working with the London Fire Service. Spotted running through drills at his base, Tony was barely recognisable as he was spotted completing runs. It seems elements of Tyler stayed with him though, with Tony wearing a red t-shirt that reveals he's a member of the LFS Boxing Club. Speaking of his new job, Tony previously told The Sun: 'I love it. Every day is different and you feel you're helping your community. "It can be quite dangerous but you're trained to deal with those situations.' During his time on EastEnders, Tony sparked a relationship with Jacqueline Jossa, with the pair dating for 18 months before splitting in 2013, around the time that he left the soap. On screen, Tony's character Tyler found himself at one point in a love triangle with Jossa's character Lauren Branning and Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty). However, Tyler's feelings for Whitney became most prominent, with the pair becoming a will they/won't they couple during his entire time on the Square. 10 10 But after years of ups and downs, as well as becoming entangled in his family's increasingly sketchy businesses, Tyler decided he had enough and left in 2013 in a stolen sports car. He was last known to be going to work on a cruise ship alongside his brother Anthony. However, Tony has never ruled out a potential return. 'I loved my time there," he told us. "It was a great chapter in my life and if the opportunity ever came up, I would definitely be interested.' Since his EastEnders exit, Kent-born actor Tony has been busy grafting off-screen, also working as a bartender at his own bar, The Tipsy Trailer. While acting has taken a backseat in his life, he does continue to do some jobs – appearing in an episode of Doctors in 2024, and this year appearing in the movie, Dream Hacker. 10 10

Strictly hit by furious backlash after show struggled to get female celebs to sign up after abuse scandals
STRICTLY Come Dancing has been hit by furious backlash from fans after struggling to sign female celebrities following the abuse scandals. Last year professional dancers Giovanni Pernice and Graziano Di Prima made sensational exits from the show after facing serious allegations from former show partners. 4 4 The line-up for the new series of Strictly Come Dancing was revealed today - but eagle-eyed fans quickly noticed the lack of women. Writing on social media, one said: 'Seeing full line up they really struggled getting women to agree then, outnumber 6/9. 'Even for the money, not worth the ordeal the series has become or damage to mental wellbeing.' Another said: '9 men and only 6 women guessing they struggled to get female celebs to sign up again there's gonna be a lot of women pros on the bench.' And a third added: '9 men / 6 women again? What is going on?' The female stars taking part this year are Love Island winner Dani Dyer, former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison, EastEnders' Balvinder Sopal, model Ellie Goldstein, actress Alex Kingston and footballer Karen Carney. They're joined by rugby player Chris Robshaw, footballer Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, RuPaul's Drag Race star La Voix and YouTuber George Clarke. Finishing the line-up are Neighbours legend Stefan Dennis, Gladiator Harry Aikines Aryeetey, former Apprentice candidate Tom Skinner, Good Morning Britain's Ross King and actor Kristian Nairn. It's the second year running Strictly has reportedly struggled to attract female stars. One TV executive told the Mail: "Usually it is the women who are more keen. Not only is it an opportunity to get dressed up but appearing on Strictly is also much more fortuitous for females' careers than men's. "But word has got around that it isn't exactly a walk in the park, so getting them has a been a lot more challenging. "There have been many conversations about how this is dealt with but the immediate problem is this year's cast... There has been lots of swearing and frustration." 4
