Advertisement Their warning stems from pedestrians walking on the motorway or vehicles stopping to drop off or pick up passengers - which is illegal and highly dangerous. Offenders who are caught doing this may be fined, with those arriving by car instructed to use designated collection points which are clearly marked off the motorway. To this end, drivers are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra time for their journeys to avoid congestion, while also following dedicated event signs - rather than relying on sat nav systems which may lead them onto unsuitable roads. For the event, extra police and National Highways traffic officers will be stationed near junction 11 of the M56 to manage traffic and ensure safety. Traffic from the north, south and east are urged to use junction 11 of the M56, while traffic from the west should use junction 12. Congestion hotspots include junctions 10, 11 and 12 of the M56 and the M56/M6 interchange at Lymm are expected to be particularly busy. Electronic motorway signs will be used to provide real-time updates on congestion and incidents. Creamfields, which runs from Thursday at 2 pm to Sunday at 11 pm, will have an expected 70,000 attendees. Helpfully, a dedicated festival bus will run from Leeds railway station to the site from Wednesday to Monday, with tickets available online. As with Creamfields, National Highways will have extra traffic officers on duty and electronic signs will provide updates on incidents and congestion.

Downward Daithi - Rose of Tralee hosts leave viewers in stitches with yoga demonstration

The hosts of the Rose of Tralee left audiences in stitches with their yoga antics earlier this week. Dáithí Ó Sé and Kathryn Thomas returned to host the annual pageant, with Laois Rose Katelyn Cummins taking home the title thanks to her expertise as an apprentice electrician and her jive. Despite Katelyn's win, one of the highlights of the show came on night one — when Carlow Rose Katie Ryan showing off her yoga instructor skills, naturally using Kathryn and Dáithí as volunteers. View this post on Instagram A post shared by RTÉ One (@rteone) Alongside her two dogs that she uses for help with dog yoga, Katie got Kathryn and Dáithí to partake in breathing exercises, and even got them into the downward dog position. Kathryn was a natural at the pose, but Dáithí could use a little more work — with Katie saying 'Kathryn, gorgeous. Dáithí, can we straighten those legs? What do you think?' It wasn't exactly a walk in the park for Kathryn either, however — who ended up apologising to the folks on the side of the stage when she did the three-legged dog, as she joked they may have seen more of her than they would've bargained. Naturally audiences at home thought the demonstration was brilliant. 'The two dogs were fantastic and the same can be said for the two labradors,' one joked, while another joked 'gone to the dogs.' Pic: Domnick Walsh While the demonstration was a fan favourite, Laois' rose Katelyn Cummins was the one to take home the crown — and while she has a very busy year ahead of her, she said that she's eager to get back to finish her apprenticeship. 'I think I'll go back to work,' Katelyn told Morning Ireland on Wednesday. 'I'm raring to go back, to be honest, I'm really excited to get back.' When asked about juggling her newfound responsibilities as Rose of Tralee and doing her apprenticeship and degree, nothing seemed impossible in her eyes — but she knows where her priorities lie. 'I suppose I'll be going with my apprenticeship the way I've been going for the past two years, and just kind of continue my duties as the Rose of Tralee on the side as well, but definitely my career will be a priority for me.'

Vogue Williams' Ireland decision leaves husband Spencer Matthews 'raging'

Vogue Williams has shared that her husband, Spencer Matthews, was left "raging" after he was denied a significant family honour. Vogue, originally from Portmarnock, is determined to maintain her Irish heritage within the family and frequently takes her three children, Theodore, Gigi, and Otto, back to Ireland. She confessed her desire for them to have friends in Ireland so they "enjoy spending time there" and wish to return in the future. They've even managed to secure a key item that will assist in Vogue's mission. On the other hand, Spencer, who was educated at Eton, considers himself an "honorary Irishman", as described by Richard Eden of the Mail. However, it appears he's been overlooked for this crucial family accolade, at least officially. Vogue told the Sun: "I like to take the kids home as much as I can - I want them to have friends in Ireland, so that they always want to go back, and they enjoy spending time there." Vogue is keen to take her three children back to the Emerald Isle as much as possible (Image: BAFTA via Getty Images) She added: "I want them to know Irish phrases if they can. They got the free Irish passports, so they've got to work for it a little bit. They wouldn't give Spenny one and he was raging." The couple, who wed in 2018, also own a second home in Vogue's homeland of Ireland. Alongside their luxurious London flat, they possess a property in Howth. Referring to the house as their "forever home", Vogue has previously spoken about the reported £2.3million property with RSVP. She characterised it as the family's "relaxing space", highlighting that their children "love it". Likewise, during this conversation, Vogue explained how she'd been raised in the locality and spoke of her desire for her youngsters to understand their "Irish roots". Her aspirations appear to be bearing fruit, as they have "made their own friends". This comes after reports that Vogue has temporarily sworn off alcohol following an awkward episode at YouTuber Jack Maynard's nuptials to heiress Lily Mackie, where she "got excited" over a margarita bar. Eton-educated Spencer reportedly views himself as an "honorary Irishman" (Image: Getty Images) She revealed: "I got excited because there was a margarita bar... and the next day, I woke up and I remembered the last bit of the night but I definitely didn't remember getting into the hotel room." Meanwhile, back in August, Vogue announced her intention to give up drinking for three months. However, she highlighted on the Never Live It Down podcast that she "rarely" drinks, though her husband has recommended that she refrain. She explained: "When I say I drink f*** all - like, I rarely drink. I don't even like the taste of it and he's telling me that I need to lay off the booze. I was like, Spenny, I barely drink - it's only because you're not drinking."
