He's long been known for his rock n'roll persona.
And in honour of his 28th birthday, Yungblud has shown that his wild image began to manifest itself from a young age with a hilarious throwback post.
The hitmaker took to Instagram to share a fun snap of himself during his childhood, as he enjoyed his birthday with a sunny getaway.
The image showed Yungblud, whose real name is Dominic Harrison, sporting a pirate headdress with a wild expression, along with the caption: 'It's not a phase.'
The musician had already marked his new age by celebrating making it through the so-called '27 Club,' in a birthday post on Instagram.
In one photo, the English rocker sported a Chrome Hearts camouflage trucker cap emblazoned with the words 'Chrome Hearts f**k Hollywood', as he appeared to relax on a boat out at sea.

In another snap posted to his Instagram Stories, the singer posed shirtless in just a pair of black swimming shorts, drink in hand, as he let his hair down on the beach.
Referencing the '27 Club' he captioned the birthday post: 'Made it through 27. thank f**k. here's to 28. love you all. i will forever.'
Since the Seventies, the untimely deaths of influential musicians at 27 has led to a popular belief in the so-called '27 Club' phenomenon.
Unfortunate members include Amy Winehouse, Jimi Hendrix, Kurt Cobain and Janis Joplin, who all died at the same young age.
The birthday snaps come after Yungblud shared a picture of the gift Ozzy Osbourne gave him before he died, hours after he gave a reading at the funeral at his home in Buckinghamshire.
The singer had a very strong relationship with Ozzy, whom he first met in 2022, and it appeared that their relationship grew into an almost father-son type bond.
Yungblud reportedly gave a touching reading at The Black Sabbath frontman's funeral last week, after his death aged 76 on July 22.
Following the emotional day, the 28-year-old took to Instagram to share a close-up snap of the cross necklace Ozzy gifted him in 2022, during the filming of his The Funeral music video.

Yungblud later returned the favour by gifting Ozzy a custom-made cross necklace before Black Sabbath's final show at Villa Park in Birmingham.
He wrote in the caption: 'goodnight oz. your light will forever shine. I love you,' with fans noting in the caption that Ozzy has 'passed the torch of darkness on' to Yungblud.
Yungblud previously revealed that the gift from Ozzy is the 'most precious thing' as he paid a 'truly heartbroken' tribute to the rocker.
The singer performed Changes at Black Sabbath's final concert and has vowed to play it in Ozzy's memory going forward.
Rock legend Ozzy was buried in the grounds of his own mansion in Buckinghamshire - as he had said he desired.
His widow, Sharon, 72, and their children were joined by heavy rock royalty at the event at the family's home near Gerrards Cross, where he was being laid to rest near a lake at the heart of the sprawling 250-acre estate.
Marilyn Manson led the stars arriving at Ozzy's private funeral as the heavy metal icon was laid to rest.
Following the funeral, Marilyn took to Instagram as he penned: 'Today we laid to rest a beloved friend. I am eternally grateful that you let me into your life Ozzy.
'Your inspiration and love will always be with me. Thank you Sharon and family for a reverent, beautiful ceremony. Your legacy lives on.'
Guests also included Manson's wife, Lindsay Usich and Ozzy's lead guitarist, Zakk Wylde.
And in true Ozzy fashion, stars arrived in gothic and heavy metal attire, with Rob Zombie donning skulls on a black scarf while Manson wore a long black jacket.
A huge floral tribute in the grounds of the mansion spells out an affectionate tribute to the heavy metal legend, with the words, 'OZZY F***ING OSBOURNE', on the banks of the Osbourne lake.

Parents-of-22 Sue and Noel Radford in family adoption drama which ends in hospital dash over worrying ‘stroke' fears

MILLIE Radford is left shaken when husband Harley Passmore is rushed to hospital with a suspected stroke in this week's episode of 22 Kids and Counting. The mum-of-three, who wed Harley in a £9k ceremony last year, reveals how they had been going through a stressful patch over whether or not he should adopt Ophelia. 9 9 Harley started dating Millie when she was pregnant with Ophelia, and has raised her as his own ever since, with the biological dad not on the scene. In the show, Harley is desperate to legally adopt the four-year-old girl, who he helps raise along his and Millie's kids, Chester, three, and Elodie, one. He says: 'Obviously Millie did have Ophelia when we first met. 'I have been in Ophelia's life since she was six months old. 'Obviously, she's not my biological daughter, but I do treat Ophelia like she's my own. 'I do want people to look at me and Ophelia like 'oh they're father and daughter.' 'Ophelia doesn't have the same name - Millie, does, Chester does, Elodie does. 'Felt like, well, we can't leave Ophelia there out, and when she gets a bit older, she'll start understanding, like, why is my name different to Chester and Elodie's and mummy's and daddy's?' But raising the idea of adopting Ophelia has caused friction with Millie. The 23-year-old says: 'I've been worried for Ophelia. Britain's biggest family gets even bigger as Millie Radford reveals 'surprise new addition' to her brood 'I'm worried just because we haven't told Ophelia that Harley isn't actually her biological dad. 'Ophelia is only four, and it's a lot to handle and cope with at such a young age.' Later in the show she adds that she also has another big concern about it. She explains: 'I think the worry was that it can turn a lot of hatred towards Harley from Ophelia when she finds out that Harley isn't actually her biological dad and she has another dad.' 9 HOSPITAL VISIT Disagreements come to a head when Millie and Harley have a blazing row, followed by him being rushed to hospital in an ambulance in the morning. A panicked Millie could be heard phoning mum-of-22 Sue Radford, saying: 'I'm in an ambulance with Harley. 'One half of his face has all gone lopsided. 'It looks like he's had a stroke. He's slurring his words. 'He's really panicking, I'm panicking.' 9 9 Sue and Noel bring the three kids to their 10-bedroom Morecambe house, while Millie keeps Harley company in the stroke ward in hospital, admitting she is in 'shock' from the 'scary' ordeal. She adds: 'I felt guilty straight away wondering if it was arguing that had caused it. 'If something happened to him how would I feel then? 'I've pretty much done my whole motherhood with Harley, I can't imagine him not there.' After a nail-biting night on the ward waiting for results, Harley is told he hasn't had a stroke, but has got Bell's Palsy. Bell's Palsy is a neurological disorder that causes paralysis or weakness on one side of the face. He says: 'They came in with my results, my MRI results were totally fine which means I didn't have a stroke.' ADOPTION DECISION Following Harley's stressful stint in hospital, a 'relieved' Millie decides to rethink Harley adopting her daughter. She says: 'When I thought Harley was having a stroke, it was really scary. 9 9 9 'He was worried as well, and I was worried because of the paralysis side of it. 'What if he would never have been able to cope with the three kids again after that, or handle his life before that? 'I'm filling in the forms for the process of Harley adopting Ophelia. 'It's made me change my mind, because if anything was to happen to Harley, I know that Ophelia would have loved Harley to be her dad, so that is what I'm going to make happen.' FAMILY CONCERNS However, after some research, the process proves to be trickier than they had first anticipated. This is despite the biological father's name not being on Ophelia's birth certificate as he 'wasn't interested' in being a dad. Speaking of their adoption hurdles, Harley says: 'It's a lot harder work than we thought it would'. Millie adds: 'If we went down the adoption route we'd have to get in touch with Ophelia's biological dad.' Harley shared: 'He could just say no, 'I don't want you to adopt her.'' Millie also confesses that if they got in touch with the dad, he may want to be in Ophelia's life now which would be 'a lot' for the young girl.' In the end, they decide to go down the route of Harley applying for step parental responsibility agreement, which means he would have the same rights in terms of decision making. Harley initially seems overjoyed, celebrating with Noel, Sue and the family on the beach with some drinks and some fish and chips. However, at the end, he hints that he is still keen to adopt Ophelia, and even texts the young girl's biological father behind Millie's back. He says: 'Even though I have the rights, I do want it on Ophelia's birth certificate to say I'm her father. 'I've just messaged Ophelia's biological father. 'I can't help the way that I feel, I've put four years into Ophelia's life.' The Radfords are Britain's biggest family and star in Channel 5's 22 Kids and Counting, which airs on Sunday night at 8pm. Millie is no longer with Ophelia's father, whose identity remains a secret, as they broke up not long after she got pregnant. The reality star opened up about her relationship with him and said: "He just wasn't happy to step up and be a dad so he's never been named." On February 20, 2022, she welcomed her second child, a son called Chester. Millie kept her pregnancy secret until her due date and in March 2022, she opened up about Chester's birth in a question time "catch up" on her Instagram stories. She also identified Chester's dad for the first time, revealing he was her secret boyfriend Harley Passmore. In May 2023, Millie revealed she was expecting another child with her partner. Her baby, a daughter named Elodie Jade, was born in September 2023. In April 2024, Millie excitedly told fans Harley had asked her to marry him during a trip to Disneyland in Florida.

Female Warwickshire drag queen Mama Tasty had to fight way into industry

A female drag queen who is performing at Warwickshire Pride has said she felt she had to fight to be accepted in the scene as a woman because drag artists are more often Minchella-Storer - also known as Mama Tasty - said she was "shunned" by parts of the drag community when she first started out in 2022, but was now well-known in the industry. The performer described herself as a "different" act in the scene, which is dominated by people posing as the opposite gender. Ms Minchella-Storer said she hoped female performers would become increasingly accepted as more broke into the scene. "I have a very mixed feeling about how my career started," she said. "I felt the community was incredibly cliquey and shunned me - for want of a better word - so I had to create my own work."Actually, because I wasn't taken in and because I wasn't given any jobs, I went out and I made a name for myself." Mama Tasty, from Warwickshire, is now a well known name in drag circles in the Midlands. The "bold and vibrant" character will perform at Warwickshire Pride, at The Pump Room Garden in Leamington Spa on Saturday."For me, it's an art form - it's a form of expression," Ms Minchella-Storer said."Drag Queens - what is their blueprint? It is a woman - so people turn and say to me, you're a woman, you can't be a drag queen. "But, look at the blueprint, are you telling me I can't play a more extravagant female?"Ms Minchella-Storer - who is also a trained lorry driver - said she hoped that acts like herself would continue to push their way into the drag scene. "I think people like myself and other [female] queens need to keep fighting and I think other venues need to be much more open to it. "Open not only to booking other queens, but [female] performers, open to the whole shaboo of cabaret." Follow BBC Coventry & Warwickshire on BBC Sounds, Facebook, X and Instagram.

‘Quite a project': refurbishing the chains of Clifton Suspension Bridge

It is a bit like that awkward job of painting behind a radiator – but on a vast scale and while perched high above a river gorge atop gently swaying scaffolding. The challenging task of preserving and sprucing up Clifton Suspension Bridge's wrought-iron chains, which needs to be done every 25 years, is in full swing. 'It's certainly quite a project,' said Trish Johnson, the holder of the historic title of bridgemaster, who came up with the radiator comparison. 'But the bridge is such an iconic structure, such a symbol of Bristol, and we can't wait to see it sparkling again – it's going to look great.' The Guardian was given a rare chance this week to clamber up the scaffolding set up around the 4,200 chains; it is light and flexible and moves with the bridge's structure in the wind. From the road and footpath over the bridge, the view is great; from higher up, close to the towers, it is spectacular. You can see the hills of north Somerset, Bath and Wales, and almost peer into Bristol City FC's Ashton Gate stadium. The platform the Guardian reached was about 100 metres (330ft) above the river close to the tower on the west side of the bridge that bears the motto suspensa vix via fit – a suspended bridge built with difficulty. Isambard Kingdom Brunel's stucture may have been built with difficulty but it has stood the test of time and still has 99% of its original ironwork. 'It's not like Trigger's broom,' said Johnson, alluding to the road sweeper's brush – which had 17 new heads and 14 new handles – in the sitcom Only Fools and Horses. The bridge was opened in 1864 – but the links are even older as they were recycled from the engineer's original Hungerford footbridge in London when it was demolished. The refurbishment work on the grade I Clifton Suspension Bridge began in April last year and should be finished by next spring. It is being carried out by the engineering contractor Taziker, which has previously worked on Abraham Darby's Iron Bridge in Shropshire and Brunel's Royal Albert Bridge which links Devon and Cornwall. Taziker is also refurbishing Brunel's intricate ironwork on the roof of Bristol Temple Meads station. The flake-grey paint has to be applied painstakingly by hand because it is difficult to get the right thickness in the nooks and crannies with a spray. Specially made brushes designed for the Clifton chains have been created. As the River Avon is tidal, the salty air means the ironwork can corrode easily if it is not well-maintained. Three coats of even coverage are required. Another reason for not spraying is that drips and flecks must not find their way into the gorge, a site of special scientific interest. About 8,000 litres (1,760 gallons) of paint will be used and it will take 100,000 person-hours to complete the job. The project is costing £8m and is funded through the tolls collected by the Clifton Suspension Bridge Trust charity, which maintains the bridge. Natalie Craig, the learning officer at the bridge, said workers of eras gone by would be amazed at the effort, especially the health and safety measures in place now. 'Way back then, they would balance on the chains to go up,' she said. 'One of the things they would be asked when they went for a job is if they could walk up the chains. They wouldn't be able to comprehend all the measures we have today but they'd be proud of how it is being looked after. Everyone loves the bridge.'
