Newly-married Jack P. Shepherd gives an insight into honeymoon with wife Hanni Treweek as he pokes fun at trip

Newly-married Jack P. Shepherd gave an insight into his honeymoon with his wife Hanni Treweek on Monday as he poked fun at their trip.
The actor, 37, and his partner Hanni, 35, tied the knot at Manchester Cathedral on Saturday, just over one year after he popped the question while on safari in Africa.
The couple are enjoying some time together at a mystery location, with Jack sharing snippets on his Instagram Story.
Uploading a clip of Hanni looking out to sea, he said: 'Little choppy today. A few broken plates.
She added: A little bit too much chop!'
Referencing the Goonies, Jack then joked: 'One-Eyed Willy's cave - where all the gold's kept. That's my room up there. Where I'm staying.'
Jack, who has played the iconic David Platt on Coronation Street since 2000, shared a passionate kiss with Hanni as white confetti fell on them after their wedding ceremony at the weekend.
The soapstar cut a dapper figure in a white suit as he arrived in a red mustang with his mother and his son Reuben, who he shares with his ex Lauren Shippey.
Hanni arrived shortly after, and looked gorgeous in an elegant white gown, with lace detail and a long trail.
Fellow Corrie star Lucy Fallon was amongst the guests as well as Tina O'Brien, who plays his sister Sarah, and his on-screen wife Julia Goulding.
Other Corrie stars in attendance included Samia Longchambon, Colson Smith, Ben Price, Alan Halsall and Jayne Danson.
Jack previously revealed he took part in the show in order to pay for the wedding.
A source told The Sun the pair are going all out to make sure it is their 'dream day'.
'Jack and Hanni are having their big white wedding at Manchester Cathedral on Saturday,' a source said.
They added: 'They have gone all out to make sure it's their dream day and there has been no expensed spared.'
'It's a very grand setting getting wed at the cathedral, and it will be packed with guests, including many of Jack's Corrie co-stars.'
Jack and Hanni have been dating since 2017, after meeting on the soap when she worked in the press office.
She later became a storyliner on the ITV show, before quitting to work as a fashion influencer.
Despite being colleagues, their romance actually began when Jack impressed Hanni at a mutual friend's wedding.
Speaking to OK! Magazine in 2020, Jack recalled: 'Then our mutual friends got married and we were both guests at the wedding.
'We got chatting, I made Hanni laugh, we had a couple of drinks and we flirted. That was it.'
The duo then later bumped into each other once again in a Sainsbury's, which led to an exchange of texts and a blossoming romance.
He told The Daily Star: 'I texted her afterwards and said 'that was awkward' and she told me she thought she looked a mess and then we started texting from there.
'I actually thought she looked fit – I just saw the girl I fancy wearing Lycra! We quickly went on our first date and we just clicked.'

Helen Flanagan opens up on mum guilt as she admits to 'not being a team' with Scott Sinclair

The former Coronation Street star shared a candid post about her relationship with each of her three kids who she shares with former Celtic star Scott Sinclair. Helen Flanagan has opened up about her tough 'mum guilt' as she candidly discussed 'not being a team' with her ex Scott Sinclair, who she co-parents her three kids with. The former Corrie star shares children Matilda, nine, Delilah, six and Charlie, four, with the former Celtic star, who she was previously engaged to but split from in July 2022. ‌ Helen has always been very open and honest about the struggles she has faced with being a single parent. In an emotional new Instagram post, the 34-year-old reflected on some of her favourite memories with her kids from this year so far as she posted a series of sweet videos and snaps with her little ones. ‌ She captioned the heartfelt post: "Looked back at some of my favourite times with the kids this year. Found motherhood hard recently, I've felt overwhelmed and stressed the majority of the time and I want to get back to when I'm present and I'm really in it and I'm really enjoying it. ‌ "I always wanted to be a mum. I get mum guilt with Matilda as I feel like I'm always preoccupied with her brother, I can't give her the energy that I want to give her and I feel like she always sees me at my worst. "I also feel like she needs calm which I can never be. Delilah, I feel like I'm getting it right with her and I feel like our bond is tight, so that's something not to beat myself up about. Charlie, I could pull my hair out sometimes, I feel like I've got the male version of me. ‌ "Co parenting is hard and not being a team together and not being able to talk about your anxieties and worries for the kids. I suppose you can only do your best and be kind to yourself but I wanted these on my grid for me as they make my soul happy." Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! After candidly opening up about how she has individual mothering struggles with each child, fans rushed to the comments to offer their support and reassurance. ‌ One wrote: "You've got three gorgeous, happy kids there so you're definitely doing something right! Don't be so hard on yourself, being a parent is tough but you've got this. One step at a time." A second commented: "Juggling three kids is a super power I'm sure. U got this strong momma." A third replied, referring to Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, which Helen suffers from. PMDD is a severe form of premenstrual syndrome characterised by intense emotional and physical symptoms that significantly disrupt daily life. The fan said: "You're a fab mummy to your little beauties and your kids always look so happy. I have PMDD too and it's awful. Can really make you feel so anxious but honestly, you're doing great." ‌ Another mother, who found Helen's post relatable, wrote: "So relatable to read this has made me feel so much better as it's exactly how I feel on my own with my babies , like my eldest doesn't always get the best of me , constantly trying to spilt yourself, your time , your energy, leaving nothing for yourself and still feeling guilty." Helen and Scott were together for 13 years before they split in the summer of 2022. ‌ The actress, who has been very open about her mental health in the past, was diagnosed with psychosis last year. Helen suffered an episode on New Year's 2024 during a trip to Bali with the kids after she took a bad reaction to her ADHD medication. Reflecting on that time in her life earlier this year, Helen devastatingly shared how she thought her kids would have been better off without her. Helen has had another rough couple of months after splitting with her ex-boyfriend Robbie Talbot in May. The pair dated for around a year before they called it quits. Meanwhile, Scott has since moved on with his new partner Lauren Davies, who he has been dating since 2024.

Coronation Street spoiler 'confirms' sad exit from ITV soap 19 years after debut

Coronation Street spoilers appear to confirm the exit storyline for one character, as they prepare to bow out of the ITV soap after being born on the show in 2009 It's the beginning of the end for one Coronation Street character it seems, as spoilers tease an exit is fast approaching. ‌ One character is set to bow out of the ITV soap this year, with the actor playing the role confirming this. But now new details appear to confirm the departure and that it will be soon. ‌ Corrie spoilers tease the moment Aadi Alahan's disastrous actions and crimes catch up with him next week. The son of Dev Alahan is struggling with recent events, knocking back the booze. ‌ His debt, the theft from his family in a staged robbery and the fact his drug-use led to Lauren Bolton's injuries after the house party all lead to him spiralling. Actor Adam Hussain confirmed not so long ago he was leaving the role, and with that we knew Aadi would depart at some point. Since then the character's life has begun to fall apart, with his relationship with Lauren built on lies, and his stepmother Bernie Winter covering up his deceit from the family, and trying to help him claw back the money he owes. Things reach a head next week, with spoilers revealing a turning point. ‌ Amid an incident at Dev and Bernie's wedding that sees Bernie rushed to hospital and in a bad way, Aadi hits the booze. At this point his relative Aunty Rani has arrived, and after offering funds towards the wedding she is keen to keep track of what's being spent. Aadi panics, knowing full well he's trying to get things on the cheap to make savings to get the money back. When everything kicks off with Bernie, it's left unknown what happens next - but the family are all called to the hospital. In the following episode, it all gets too much and he hits the bottle. He ends up falling and hitting his head after an incident with Theo Silverton, while it's clear Aadi is hitting rock bottom. ‌ As Lauren grows concerned for her new man, it becomes apparent he is avoiding her unable to handle the guilt. So when she heads off to find him and tracks him down, nothing can prepare her for what he's about to reveal. Aadi decides he can't lie anymore, and decides to tell Lauren all about the LSD and how it was his drink laced with the drug that she drank, leading to her being seriously injured. A picture shows Lauren looking horrified but how will she react to Aadi's lies? ‌ Soon enough Aadi decides the truth needs to be shared, and he braces himself to reveal all to dad Dev and his family too. Viewers will have to tune in to find out hoe he reacts to this, and what this means for Aadi ahead of his exit from the show. Might Aadi face trouble for what happened? Might he end up fleeing, or will he decide to move away and have a fresh start? All will be revealed soon. Aadi has been on the show since 2009, with Sunita welcoming him and his twin sister Asha on the show - and soon, after 19 years, the character will be heading off. Ozzy Osbourne's funeral procession to pass through Birmingham city centre

Ozzy Osbourne's funeral cortege is to pass through his home city of Birmingham on Wednesday. The hearse will travel along Broad Street to Black Sabbath Bridge and the Black Sabbath bench – the sites of thousands of messages, floral tributes and vigils following the metal star's death last week at the age of 76 – at 1pm BST. Lord Mayor Zafar Iqbal said: 'It was important to the city that we support a fitting, dignified tribute ahead of a private family funeral. We know how much this moment will mean to his fans.' The Osbourne family has paid for the event and all associated costs, and Osbourne's wife Sharon and children Kelly and Jack – possibly among his other children – will follow the procession before the private funeral later in the day, the details of which have not been made public. The local brass band Bostin Brass will soundtrack the procession, with members of Black Sabbath and the musician Yungblud thought to be taking roles. Fans at home will be able to watch the procession via an ongoing live stream of the Sabbath bench. Fans from across the world – including the Canadian R&B megastar Drake, who was passing through the city on tour – have travelled to Birmingham to pay their respects to Osbourne. Iqbal said that he had been moved by accompanying fans in a line to sign a book of condolences, and that Osbourne had put 'Birmingham on the map. He put Aston on the map.' In June, Osbourne and Black Sabbath were given the Freedom of the City ahead of their Back to the Beginning gig, a mammoth, all-star show paying tribute to Osbourne as he and Black Sabbath gave their final live performance. The event raised more than £1m for local charities fundraising for children's causes and treatment of Parkinson's, which Osbourne was diagnosed with in 2003. Evoking David Bowie's death just days after the release of his final album, Blackstar, in 2016, Osbourne died 17 days after the performance, at home in Buckinghamshire. Thousands of fans are expected to attend the event: Birmingham council has encouraged mourners to turn up early, and roads will close from 7am. A book of condolences will remain open at the Birmingham Museum and Art gallery, where the exhibition Ozzy Osbourne (1948-2025): Working Class Hero remains open. In 2011, Osbourne told the Times what he hoped for from his funeral. He didn't care about the music, he said. 'But I want to make sure it's a celebration, not a mope-fest.'
