'What people forget is… people think it's wrong to put yourself first. But what is the harm? I needed to be happy before making anybody else happy. I was not happy. People said, 'What a selfish decision,' but I did what I felt was right. Today, I feel that decision has helped me be a better person,' Malaika explained.
She stressed that prioritizing her own well-being was not about abandoning responsibilities, but about becoming stronger for herself and her family.

Vijayawada: A 72-foot clay Ganesh idol will be the star attraction of this year's Vinayaka Chavithi celebrations. "We deliberately chose clay instead of Plaster of Paris because we want to inspire others. If we can show that a massive idol of this scale can be made with clay, smaller organisers will also follow the same path," said Rakesh, one of the organisers overseeing the arrangements.
