Christine Lampard, 46, looks amazing in bikini alongside Frank on family holiday
Loose Women presenter Christine Lampard soaked up the sun in a stunning navy bikini set as she and former footballer husband Frank Lampard enjoyed a relaxing getaway in Lake Como
Christine Lampard looked amazing as she enjoyed a lavish family holiday in Lake Como. The Loose Women star, 46, showed off her fabulous figure as she relaxed at the hotspot alongside former footballer husband Frank Lampard.
The duo were seen chilling by the pool on Monday as Christine opted for a navy halterneck bikini to soak up the rays. The attire was paired with low-rise briefs as she also wore chunky black sunglasses. The presenter tied her hair back in a bun for the outing.
Christine was later seen sporting a floral sarong as she paddled through the shallow water. Frank, meanwhile, wore light blue swimming shorts as the duo sipped fresh Aperol spritzes by the poolside. After the cool-off was complete, Christine changed her light sarong, which she tidily folded, into a navy skirt matching her halterneck top.
Last month, Christine, who shares two kids with the former Chelsea man - Patricia, 6, and Freddie - admitted it's sometimes tough to have their blended family.
Frank also has teenagers Luna, 19, and Isla, 17, from a previous relationship with Spanish model Elen Rivas. Christine recently admitted the family set up quickly felt normal, but admitted it wasn't always so straight forward.
The duo initially hooked up in October 2009 and got married in 2015. They are approaching their 10th wedding anniversary this year, and Christine told the Sun: "It's hard for all parties, that's the truth. It can be difficult when there is emotion involved.
'You have to navigate everyone's feelings and not just think about yourself in order to try to make it a happy ship. What I would say is you can absolutely get there. Some people have awful times, but then it's brilliant."
And she also admitted it was key that she "never stepped out on any boundaries" as she confirmed the importance of prioritising the kids. And Frank was also in a positive mindset about their link up.
Explaining the secret to their happy marriage, the ex-England man told the Mirror: 'What keeps me and Christine going is we're there to support each other and we make each other laugh. We have a similar sense of humour.
"Christine's quite sharp and we're normally thinking the same thing, so the same situations make us laugh - I think laughing together is important for a happy marriage."
The duo also share a fondness of football and say that is a big factor in their relationship. While Frank's accolades are clear, winning 106 England caps, Christine co-hosts the Not Just Football podcast.
In it, she discusses the sport and other subjects with TV presenters Hayley McQueen and Kelly Cates. Frank went on: "I do have a pretty good work-life balance at Coventry, but at the same time I sometimes have to be away from home and Christine takes the brunt of the parenting. We enjoy being parents together but it's important to have time together, too."

During their chat, Louise was asked to describe Sam' s ideal girlfriend and she said: "I'd love for you to try dating someone that has a normal job, that's outside of the media space. I think that could be exciting. "You definitely need somebody that slightly puts you in your place, so who's gonna talk back to you, and not let you get away with everything." Louise added: "If you're going to go down the fame route, can you just find someone that I would get along with. I'm thinking young British actress." She suggested a good match for Sam would be Harry Potter star Emma Watson. A clip of the podcast has now been shared on the official Instagram account for Staying Relevant. Commenting on the footage, one follower was quick to mention Sam's ex Zara, who he split with in December last year. She wrote: "I don't think Louise really ever liked Zara… don't blame her." "If the person you're in front of doesn't agree with you on that, then that is really tricky." Zara is now dating One Direction star Louis Tomlinson. Last month it was confirmed Sam is seeing Love Island star Samie Elishi but that they are "taking it slow". A source said: "They're still very much together, but are taking it slow. Coronation Street mysteries as character goes missing – and two others hide an earth-shattering secret
CORONATION Street's latest episode has exposed two big mysteries - and one has a deadly secret. Following on from the LSD-fuelled house party at Aadi's, a number of mysteries have began to unravel across Weatherfield. 6 6 6 On-screen, fans already know that Lauren Bolton accidentally consumed some of the drugs which caused her to see hallucinate and see visions of her dead abuser, Joel Deering. However, as far as the police and the other residents are concerned, no one can put their finger on just how Lauren got into the state she was in and who it could have been that spiked here. Elsewhere, TWO more mysteries were kept a secret from viewers. Following Monday's episode, it was clear that something was amiss with Nina Lucas, played by Mollie Gallagher, and Summer Spellman (Harriett Bibby) when they returned from their drug-fulled outing screaming in terror and vowing to each other to keep quiet about something. Throughout today's episode, viewers watched as Summer and Nina traced their steps which led them to an alleyway. Without giving anything away, they tried to reassure themselves that they were "in the clear" as there was nothing there. As the episode continued, they kept quiet from their other pals about whatever happened involving them. But as the guilt continued to rack Nina, she told Summer that she thought they needed to inform the police of what they'd done. Summer said to her: "Look, we went back - there was no one there. "There has been nothing on the news." Nina insisted that she "saw what I saw" as Summer tried to convince her it was hallucinations despite them both appearing to have imagined the same thing. Nina then added: "We need to tell the police!" Revealing the deadly secret she added: "We left someone to die." But just who is it that the pair are referring too? 6 6 At the same time as the fallout from the party, Maria was left worried after Gary Windass appeared to go missing. Although he had spent one night away from home with his mum following a row with Maria, he failed to return as planned. This caused concern for Maria as he failed to get in touch with her to tell her. Despite repeated calls, Gary didn't pick up leaving Maria worried. But where is Gary and could his disappearance be connected to Summer and Nina's shocking secret? Soap's most harrowing teen storylines We take a look at other harrowing teen soap storylines from soaps Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks. Belle Dingle's schizophrenia in Emmerdale - Belle's (Eden Taylor-Draper) traumatic journey in Emmerdale took a dark turn when, after accidentally killing her best friend Gemma at just 16, her mental health began to spiral. The storyline, which saw Belle struggling with her grief and guilt, showcased her battle with hearing Gemma's voice inside her head, leading to a dramatic decline in her well-being. Hannah Ashworth's anorexia in Hollyoaks - Viewers were horrified as they watched Hannah (Emma Rigby), a seemingly innocent teen, spiral into dangerous behavior, starving herself in an attempt to achieve what she thought was the ideal body. As Hannah's condition worsened, the storyline became more intense, culminating in her being hospitalised for two months as she fought for her life. Bethany Platt's grooming ordeal in Coronation Street - Vulnerable schoolgirl, played by Lucy Fallon, was at the centre of one of Corrie's darkest storylines to date when she fell under the spell of her older boyfriend and sexual predator. The controversial scenes saw Nathan groom and manipulate the 16-year-old before coercing her into sleeping with his friends, with one of them raping her. Whitney Dean's abuse from Tony in EastEnders - Since the age of 12, she had been in a twisted relationship with her stepmum Bianca's boyfriend, Tony King. I lost two stone on weight loss jabs but couldn't believe the other problem in my life they fixed after huge change kicked in overnight
A woman who lost two stone on weight loss jabs has revealed the other problem they fixed in her life. Wednesday's instalment of This Morning saw co-hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard discuss a range of topics. The pair welcomed guest Vivienne Joy, who racked up £250,000 of debt after spending on clothes, gambling and takeaways. She had struggled with different kinds of addiction throughout her life and admitted: 'The first addiction started with food, so I feel like it's finishing with food as well.' Vivienne opened up about how she was badly bullied at school and would eat for comfort, but then became addicted to dieting after she put on weight. The guest revealed her parents gambled by playing bingo and she joined them when she turned 18. Ordering from catalogues from age 16 also spiralled for Vivienne and later on in life, when the pandemic hit, her shopping addiction went even further. Eventually Vivienne built up £250,000 in debt, part of which was through building a house. However, it wasn't until she lost her job that Vivienne felt things got 'out of hand' and the 'debt started to pile on' as 'all of the addictions went off the chart'. Vivienne's life changed drastically when she decided to take a weight loss jab after being recommended it from a friend despite saying a 'big no' to it originally. 'My friend, who I trust dearly, started to take the jabs and I saw him on social media sharing his journey, getting really slim and looking really happy,' Vivienne explained. 'And then he posted to say - he has ADHD, and I have ADHD - that all of a sudden he has no ADHD, it's almost like someone switched everything off in his head, and I thought 'Oh wow, that sounds amazing'.' Vivienne decided to try the jab for a week and was amazing by the changes she experienced very early on. 'How quickly did you notice the noise stopped and you suddenly weren't spending all this money and you weren't shopping?' Ben asked. She said: '9pm on the Sat night, 22nd of feb, it'll be in my brain forever, took the jab, I woke up the next morning with no noise. 'I woke up the next morning like 'There's no noise in my head'.' Dr Zoe Williams explained how this might have happened for Vivienne. The resident TV doctor said: 'There is science that supports this and backs it up. It's important to understand a little bit about a chemical called dopamine. 'It's a chemical that's active in the brain and is responsible for our rewards system in the brain and also motivation and impulse.' She added how addictions 'hijack this dopamine pathway, so that reward that you get is what makes you want to do it again and again, it can be quite compulsive'. Dr Zoe revealed that the effect Vivienne had experienced has been recalled by others too. 'People do report this, they take a weight loss jab and on day one the noise goes away and that's because it interferes with this dopamine pathway,' she said. 'So what it does is, it reduces the pleasure that people get from whatever people are addicted to, so it reduces their desire for it.' However, not everyone seems to respond in the same way and Zoe explained: 'Which can be really positive, as it has been for Vivienne, for other people they say they don't get joy out of spending time with their grandchildren anymore, it reduces their sexual desire. 'It can reduce their desire for life generally and make them feel like they have lost joy so its not a positive thing for everyone.'
