Netflix has finally revealed when the long-awaited and fifth and final season of Stranger Things will debut.
The streamer announced the final season of the coming-of-age sci-fi hit will air in three parts late this year. The first will premiere Nov. 26, followed by part two on Christmas and the series finale on New Year's Eve.

The news was announced at Netflix's Tudum fan event at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles Saturday, with stars Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin and Noah Schnapp running through some look-back clips before revealing the dates for season five via a teaser (watch it below).
Back in January, Ross Duffer said about the final episodes, 'We spent a full year filming this season. By the end, we'd captured over 650 hours of footage. So, needless to say, this is our biggest and most ambitious season yet. It's like eight blockbuster movies. It's pretty insane.'
Matt Duffer added, 'At the same time, we think it's our most personal story. It was super intense and emotional to film — for us and for our actors. We've been making this show together for almost 10 years. There was a lot of crying. There was so much crying. The show means so much to all of us, and everyone put their hearts and souls into it. And we hope — and believe — that passion will translate to the screen.'
In November, Netflix announced the season five episode titles to tease the story arc of the season: 'The Crawl,' 'The Vanishing of [censored for now]' 'The Turnbow Trap,' 'Sorcerer,' 'Shock Jock,' 'Escape From Camazotz,' 'The Bridge' and 'The Rightside Up.'
The plan is also to have a bit of a time jump going into the final episodes. 'I'm sure we will do a time jump,' Ross told TVLine. 'Ideally, we'd have shot [seasons four and five] back to back, but there was just no feasible way to do that. So these are all discussions we're going to have with our writers when we start the room up.' Netflix has confirmed that the show would jump a little over a year to the fall of 1987, after season four took place in March 1986.
The creators have also previously teased upcoming projects in the Stranger Things universe.
'There are more Stranger Things stories to tell and in the works,' Matt said. 'It's a bit early at this point to talk about them, but we're deeply involved in every one — it's very important to us that anything with the Stranger Things name on it is of the highest quality and not repetitive — that it has a reason to exist and always blazes its own path. And also, it needs to basically just be … awesome. Or we need to think it's awesome. And there are a lot of what we think are awesome things in the pipeline.'
Stranger Things stars Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Priah Ferguson, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Maya Hawke, Joe Keery, David Harbour, Winona Ryder and Brett Gelman.

Netflix Stock Get Bullish Price Target From Jefferies

Jefferies raised its price target for Netflix stock to $1,400, which implies a 15% return from where shares closed Monday and is well above Visible Alpha's consensus price target. Netflix is expected to benefit from a lineup of strong releases, future price increases, and improving ad revenue, analysts said. They estimate Netflix may bring in as much as $10 billion in ad revenue through a lot for investors to tune into at Netflix, Jefferies said. Jefferies reiterated its 'buy' rating of Netflix (NFLX) stock Tuesday, saying a solid release lineup, additional price increases and ad revenue are likely to bolster shares. Analysts raised their price target to $1,400, about 15% above where shares closed Monday. Jefferies' target is well above the average analyst price target of $1,192 compiled by Visible Alpha that implies a roughly 2% loss. 'We continue to see a favorable catalyst path for NFLX over the short, medium, and long-term,' Jefferies said, adding: 'Over the next 5 yrs, we believe NFLX should sustain 20%+ EPS." Netflix will likely be able to retain customers in 2025 while cracking down on password sharing and collecting recently raised subscription fees, thanks to 'one of the best' release lineups in recent memory, Jefferies said. Anticipated releases include new episodes of Squid Game, Stranger Things and Wednesday, the research note said. Ad revenue is poised to grow in the coming year, and potentially create a '$10B opportunity through 2030,' Jefferies said. Netflix may also benefit from expanding live sports and entertainment offerings and future subscription fee increases, the note said. Shares were down less than 1% in recent trading but have gained nearly 37% so far this year. Patti LuPone Apologizes for Interview Comments About Kecia Lewis, Audra McDonald: 'I Am Devastated'

Patti LuPone is apologizing for the recent comments she made in a New Yorker profile about Audra McDonald and Kecia Lewis that's had the theater world buzzing. 'For as long as I have worked in the theatre, I have spoken my mind and never apologized. That is changing today. I am deeply sorry for the words I used during The New Yorker interview, particularly about Kecia Lewis, which were demeaning and disrespectful,' she wrote on Instagram on Saturday. 'I regret my flippant and emotional responses during this interview, which were inappropriate, and I am devastated that my behavior has offended others and has run counter to what we hold dear in this community. I hope to have the chance to speak to Audra and Kecia personally to offer my sincere apologies.' From middle school drama clubs to professional stages, theatre has always been about lifting each other up and welcoming those who feel they don't belong anywhere else,' LuPone continued. 'I made a mistake, I take full responsibility for it, and I am committed to making this right. Our entire theatre community deserves better.' The Hollywood Reporter has reached out to Lewis and McDonald's reps for comment. On Friday, Playbill reported that there was a letter that over 500 Broadway performers signed reprimanding LuPone's behavior. The letter, in part, read that her comments were a 'persistent failure to hold people accountable for violent, disrespectful, or harmful behavior — especially when they are powerful or well-known.' Tony winners Wendell Pierce, James Monroe Iglehart and Maleah Joi Moon signed it, as well as Courtney Love. Last fall, while LuPone was starring in The Roommate, she complained about the musical next door, Hell's Kitchen, which Lewis was in, being 'too loud.' After that, Lewis took to Instagram to say that LuPone was 'bullying,' 'racially microaggressive' and 'rooted in privilege.' In the New Yorker interview, LuPone responded by saying, 'Here's the problem. She calls herself a veteran? Let's find out how many Broadway shows Kecia Lewis has done, because she doesn't know what the fuck she's talking about,' she said. 'Don't call yourself a vet, bitch.' LuPone also said McDonald was 'not a friend' and that they had a rift years ago. However, on Thursday, McDonald appeared on CBS Mornings to promote Gypsy and her 11th Tony nomination and said she was surprised by LuPone's comments. 'If there's a rift between us, I don't know what it is. That's something you'd have to ask Patti about,' she said. 'I haven't seen her in about 11 years because I've been busy with life and stuff.' Vincenzo Season 2: Release date speculation, cast and plot details – Everything we know so far

By Aman Shukla Published on June 3, 2025, 19:51 IST 'Vincenzo,' the South Korean drama that captivated audiences with its unique blend of dark comedy, action, and romance, left fans eagerly awaiting a second season after its explosive finale in May 2021. Starring Song Joong-ki as the sharp-witted Korean-Italian mafia lawyer Vincenzo Cassano, the series combined thrilling plot twists, clever mind games, and heartfelt moments. As speculation grows, here's everything we know so far about Vincenzo Season 2. Vincenzo Season 2 Release Date Speculation As of June 3, 2025, neither Netflix nor tvN, the original South Korean network, has officially confirmed Vincenzo Season 2. The first season, which aired from February 20, 2021, to May 2, 2021, was a massive hit, ranking as the sixth highest-rated drama in tvN history and gaining global popularity on Netflix. Despite this, no renewal announcement has been made. If renewed in 2025, production—including scriptwriting, casting, and filming—could take 12–18 months, given the high-budget nature of the show (Season 1 reportedly cost $18 million). This points to a potential release in late 2026 or early 2027 on tvN and Netflix, though no official date exists. Vincenzo Season 2 Expected Cast While no official cast list exists for a second season, fans expect key players to return based on Season 1's survivors and the story's unresolved threads. Here's a speculative lineup: Song Joong-ki as Vincenzo Cassano / Park Joo-hyung : The titular Korean-Italian mafia consigliere and lawyer, central to the story, would likely return to pursue his gold or new battles. Jeon Yeo-been as Hong Cha-young : The fierce, eccentric lawyer and Vincenzo's love interest, left with 1.5 tons of gold in Season 1, is a fan-favorite for a comeback. Yoon Byung-hee as Nam Joo-sung : The loyal legal assistant at Jipuragi Law Firm, adding humor and support, is expected to return. Choi Young-joon as Cho Young-woon : A Geumga Plaza tenant and ally, likely to reappear. Choi Deok-moon as Tak Hong-shik, Kim Hyung-mook as Toto, and Lee Hang-na as Kwak Hee-soo: The quirky Geumga Plaza tenants, integral to the show's charm, are anticipated to return. Vincenzo Season 2 Potential Plot Season 1 ended with Vincenzo defeating Babel Group's leader, Jang Jun-woo (Ok Taec-yeon), and fleeing to Malta, leaving 1.5 tons of gold with Hong Cha-young. His final monologue hinted at ongoing evil in the world, setting the stage for new adventures. Here are potential plot directions: The Quest for Gold: Vincenzo might return to Korea to reclaim the gold from Hong Cha-young, sparking new conflicts or a reunion. Their chemistry could evolve into a deeper romance, perhaps exploring marriage or family. New Enemies, New Battles: A criminal cartel or corrupt system could emerge, challenging Vincenzo's skills as a lawyer and mafioso. His past in Italy might resurface, pulling him back to confront old rivals. Geumga Plaza's Role: The quirky tenants could rally again, blending comedy and loyalty as they aid Vincenzo against bigger threats. Aman Shukla is a post-graduate in mass communication .
