If convicted, he faces seven to 10 years imprisonment, fines between RM50, 000 and RM100, 000, and a 10-year driving license suspension. Jasmin urged the public to avoid night time jogging on roads due to limited visibility and fast-moving traffic, recommending well-lit jogging tracks or safe areas instead to prevent such tragedies. * Follow us on our official WhatsApp channel and Telegram for breaking news alerts and key updates! * Do you have access to the Daily Express e-paper and online exclusive news?
