Princess Eugenie is mourning the loss of her 'special friend,' actor Michelle Trachtenberg.
The royal posted a moving tribute to the late actor on her Instagram Story this week. Trachtenberg, 39, was confirmed dead on Wednesday after her mother discovered her in her New York City apartment.
'Goodbye special friend. You are so loved and missed,' Eugenie, 34, wrote, alongside a black and white photo of the two. 'Thank you for so many memories of laughter and fun. You were so thoughtful and generous and soooo funny.'
'My favourite was listening to you order food, always done with precision so you got exactly what we all wanted,' Eugenie recalled. 'I'm thinking of you up there friend, of your spirit that was so bright and your joy you brought so many.'
Eugenie and Trachtenberg were pictured together in 2013 when the two sat courtside at a New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden.
Eugenie lived in New York from 2013 to 2015 while working for auction house Paddle8.
Eugenie also popped up on Trachtenberg's Instagram a few times over the years.
In 2016, the 'Buffy' actor posted a photo of herself and Eugenie with a meaningful caption about the two's friendship.
'There are few people in life that you meet that you know are true and real,' Trachtenberg wrote. 'This lady happens to be one of them. Friends really do mean a lot.'
A few years later, the 'Harriet the Spy' star paid tribute to her close friend once again and wrote a 'dedication to an amazing person' and 'wonderful human' who she met in New York.
'Eugenie has been one of the most dearest, kindest, most genuine friends I have ever had in my life,' Trachtenberg said.
Police previously told HuffPost that 'criminality is not suspected' in the actor's death.
Law enforcement sources told ABC News that the 'Gossip Girl' star had recently undergone a liver transplant and she may have faced complications after the operation.
The outlet added that Trachtenberg's cause of death will remain undetermined, as her family objected to an autopsy due to religious reasons.

Actor Scott Wolf's wife seemingly detained by cops live on Instagram amid split

The estranged wife of actor Scott Wolf was seemingly detained by law enforcement during an Instagram livestream, during which she can be heard scolding officers and alleging she was abused. The clip, which appeared on Kelley Wolf's social media profile early Friday, starts out with a black screen with only audio, and it remains that way until nearly the end, when she can be standing alongside a pair of police officers. It comes just three days after she revealed that she and her 'Party of Five' star husband were headed for divorce after 21 years. 'Oh my God. Don't,' a voice, seemingly Kelley's, can be heard saying in the clip. 'Oh my God, this is not happening.' The mother of the three goes on tell responding officers she'd leave with them on her own, but her offer is still followed by what sounds like handcuffs clicking closed. 'This is shameful, gentlemen,' she tells them. 'Look at this, look at this woman, this is shameful. Be ashamed, be ashamed of yourselves, gentlemen.' One of the officers then informs Kelley that she's 'not going to jail,' but rather to get 'some help.' He notes that she had 'made some comments to your dad and comments to people that are concerning,' and that they 'want to make sure you're okay.' 'I didn't mean to,' Kelley said, asking the police if she should turn off her camera. 'I think Scott Wolf is abusing me, and now you are abusing me more.' Shortly after posting the video, Kelley shared an image to her Instagram feed covered in chunks of text, including one that reads: 'This is horrible. I have been taken against my will. Please check on my kids.' Another said: 'Also… I am happy!! Happier than I have ever been.' She also noted that she'd been 'compliant, calm and respectful' adding that she hoped 'this is all sorted very quickly. 'In the meantime, be kind to each other,' she concluded. 'This is one of the darkest things I've ever experienced.' Kelley also chose Instagram as the platform to announce her split from Wolf, with whom she shares sons Jackson and Miller as well as daughter Lucy, on Tuesday. She called it 'the most difficult decision of her life.' Wolf meanwhile told TMZ he plans to keep focused on his children amid the divorce proceedings.

American Horror Story Season 13: Ryan Murphy Says He and Sarah Paulson Are ‘Cooking Up Something Cool'

At this point, American Horror Story fans will take any information they can get about the show's elusive Season 13 — so what better day for Ryan Murphy to throw us a few crumbs than Friday the 13th? In the comments section of a first look at Ryan Murphy Productions' American Love Story, shared to Instagram on Friday, a fan asked the producer, 'Ryan, are we getting AHS13 this year? Or not in 2025?' To that, Murphy simply replied, 'Sarah Paulson and I are cooking up something cool!' Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter back in October 2024, he teased that Season 13 was coming 'sooner than you think,' adding that he 'was talking to Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters about that the other day.' Paulson further fanned the flames of speculation during a subsequent Good Morning America interview. 'I would like to do it more than anything,' she said of Season 13. 'If I could be reunited with Evan Peters and Ryan Murphy, you can pretty much tell me what time I will be there, and I will be there.' That said, the fact that Murphy only mentioned Paulson in his latest comment gives us reason to think Peters may not be involved after all. The waiting continues. Paulson most recently appeared in Season 10, American Horror Story: Double Feature, playing both a drug addict named 'Tuberculosis Karen' in the first half, then real-life first lady Mamie Eisenhower in the second half. (The range!) Peters' latest Horror Story stint also came in Season 10; he played an eccentric writer named Austin Sommers. The show's most recent season — American Horror Story: Delicate, which starred Emma Roberts as a desperate actress caught in the clutches of a supernaturally evil publicist, played by Kim Kardashian — aired in two parts between September 2023 and April 2024. Snoop Dogg Says Goodbye To His Longtime Companion In Emotional Post

is saying goodbye to one of his closest companions. The 53-year-old rap legend revealed on Thursday that his cherished French Bulldog, Juelz, has passed away after spending nearly 11 years by his side. Snoop Dogg took to Instagram to share the heartbreaking news, posting a touching slideshow of photos and videos featuring the tiny pup over the years. "Miss my dogg @juelzbroadus," he captioned the tribute, which instantly had fans flooding the comments with condolences. Juelz wasn't just a pet. He was family. The adorable Frenchie was a birthday gift from fellow rapper and close friend back in 2014, when Snoop turned 43. Their bond quickly became unbreakable, with Juelz joining Snoop's pack of pets and becoming a perfect complement to his other French Bulldog, Frank. In a follow-up post, the "Drop It Like It's Hot" hitmaker gave thanks to Wiz, writing, "Rip @juelzbroadus [crying emoji] thank wiz for giving him to me [red rose emoji] [dove emoji]." Fans quickly flooded Snoop's post with messages of love and support, many of them sharing their own experiences with the deep pain of losing a beloved pet. "My guy, losing a dog is worse than losing a person… I said it," one of Snoop Dogg's followers wrote, summing up the emotional weight felt by many. Another added, "I have 3 Frenchies and I dread the day God wants them home. I'm so sorry for your loss." The heartbreak was especially real for fellow Frenchie owners, with one fan commenting, "As a Frenchie mum, my heart is breaking for you," while another shared, "Losing our fur kids is losing a family member." The outpouring of compassion was a testament to just how loved Juelz was, not only by Snoop's inner circle but by fans across the globe who had grown to adore the tiny pup over the years. Over the years, Juelz earned his own fanbase, even starring on his own Instagram account where Snoop shared countless snaps of the stylish pup's day-to-day antics. Though the posts slowed in recent years, the last one appearing in June 2021, Juelz remained a beloved member of the Broadus household. Juelz is by far the only animal Snoop has had. In addition to Juelz and Frank, Snoop Dogg also owned pit bulls Lil Snoop and Mamba, as well as Siamese cats named Miles Davis and Frank Sinatra. But Juelz may have been his most well-known furry friend, thanks to his public presence and personality. Fans may recall the scare back in January 2022 when Frank, Snoop's other Frenchie, went missing. The rapper launched a full-blown social media campaign to find him, posting flyers and asking for help. Thankfully, a kind couple in Los Angeles located Frank and helped reunite him with his family just days later. "I want to thank y'all for returning the dog back to us. We appreciate that. Frank made his way back home," Snoop said in an Instagram video at the time. "We appreciate all the love and support we got on Instagram to get the dog back. And to the lovely couple that brought the dog back, I've got some gifts for y'all for looking out." Snoop Dogg's love for animals has always been front and center, and it extends far beyond his own pets. In fact, the rap legend has proudly worn the title of Coach Snoop at Puppy Bowl XVIII, where he teamed up with longtime friend to co-host the beloved annual event. Snoop took the reins as coach of Team Fluff, while Martha led Team Ruff, with both stars championing adoptable pups from shelters across the country. Now, as Snoop Dogg grieves the loss of Juelz, he's once again leaning on his fans and followers for support, and honoring a dog who brought nearly a decade of love, laughs, and loyalty. Rest in peace, Juelz.
