'Beating Rapid would be one of Utd's biggest-ever results'

Former Dundee United manager Robbie Neilson says it will be "really difficult," but a win over Rapid Vienna tonight would rank as one of the biggest results in the club's history. The 45-year-old is hopeful a packed Tannadice can spur Jim Goodwin's side - who drew 2-2 in Vienna - to overcome the Austrians and reach the Conference League play-off round."It would be a really, really difficult game for them to be honest with you," said Neilson on the BBC's Scottish Football Podcast."I didn't see a lot of the game over there in Austria, but just when you look at the stats for it, they had very little possession and their xG was really low."It's a tough one but up at Tannadice, it is a sellout, so the atmosphere will be very, very good."If they can get a result, it will be one of the biggest ones they've had in their history."

Shedeur Sanders' mom steals spotlight again in latest NFL appearance... days after being slammed for 'embarrassing' behavior

Just days after stealing the headlines at her son Shedeur's NFL debut for the Cleveland Browns, Pilar Sanders has returned to the sport - this time for her other son Shilo. The brothers have both landed in the NFL after playing college ball together at Colorado - coached by their father Deion - last season. And it appears their mom will be very busy this season as she travels across the country to take in both of their fledgling careers - with plenty of social media posts to boot. After she was slammed by some for her 'embarrassing' sideline behavior at Shedeur's game last weekend, she returned to the spotlight in a custom dress with Shilo's face on for his Tampa Bay Buccaneers debut. Posting on social media, she wrote: 'First NFL Game and Yep @shilosanders brangs that BOOM Everytime! #proudmom #tampabaybuccaneers #shilosanders #28' In a series of videos and photos, the 50-year-old - who is separated from the NFL stars' father Deion - showed off her red outfit and vlogged her experience at the game. Last week, she was ripped by Browns fans after traveling to watch Shedeur - fourth-choice quarterback - make his own first appearance in the pro game. She watched on from the sidelines on the day and, after the game, shared a video of herself celebrating the occasion. The caption read: 'Aaaaaand you know itttt!!! Momma's always present!' Some fans, however, were not impressed by Pilar's actions and swiftly made their feelings known by responding in the comments to her Instagram post. One fan wrote: 'I would be embarrassed if my 60-year-old mom conducted herself like that'. For clarity, Pilar Sanders is 50. 'She acted like a kid,' another said. Meanwhile one user brutally commented: 'She is so annoying'. One fan, however, did leave a lengthy comment. They said: 'But as a mother pulling up to my son's games, I would conduct myself differently. This is young woman behavior. You are so fine. Pilar received some heat online for her behavior at Shedeur's game last weekend Shedeur is fourth-choice quarterback at Cleveland and is battling to make the final roster 'You dont have to be posting pic licking your teeth and wiggling. Im not hating at all, but her sons are so respectful and respected by many in the world, that she should just carry herself showing more class'. Fans were left stunned by Sanders balling out on his debut in the NFL, with one even calling it 'history-making', and another claiming he has 'proven his doubters wrong'. Shilo also enjoyed a productive debut, and has turned himself into a fans' favorite in Tampa Bay in a very short space of time. It is as yet unclear whether he will make the final roster ahead of the season, but he is being tipped to be picked up elsewhere should he fall short in Tampa Bay.

Hibs through to Conference League play-off after night of high drama at Easter Road

Hibs are through to the Conference League play offs after a night of high drama at Easter Road that included goalkeeping mistakes, a red card and a contender for goal of the season if not the decade. Hibs went into the game with a two-goal lead thanks to Martin Boyle's double in Serbia last week, but pre-match David Gray insisted that it was only half time. He made four changes to the starting XI that drew with Kilmarnock last Sunday, three expected and one enforced, midfielder Jamie McGrath who missed out due to injury. Elie Youan, Junior Hoilett and Grant Hanley made way for Boyle, Jack Iredale and Kieron Bowie. Hibs almost made the perfect start when Boyle beats his man down the right side and crossed to the unmarked Chris Cadden, but he hurried his effort which went straight at Partizan goalkeeper Marko Milosevic. Then in the 16th minute Milan Vukotic silenced the noisy Easter Road crowd with a long range effort. Hibs keeper Jordan Smith got his hand to the strike but was unable to stop it entering the net. Rocky Bushiri almost equalised but headed Dylan Levitt's cross wide from close range. Campbell looked to have been bundled over in the build up but no penalty was awarded despite the protests. Then just before the break Jovan Milosevic doubled the visitor's advantage but Smith should have done better. His tame shot squirmed underneath Smith's body and rolled over the line. In added time Partizan claimed for a penalty when Mario Jurcevic's cross appeared to strike Warren O'Hora's arm but after a VAR check it was not given and Nikola Simic was booked for his protestations. But with the supporters subdued after losing their advantage Bowie scored a goal that will be talked about for a long time by the Hibs fans. The Scotland striker held off a defender and hit a first time lob from all of 35 yards which arced over Milosevic and in off the post. Easter Road erupted and moments later Partizan went down to 10 men for the second week running when Simic was shown a second yellow fora bad challenge on Bowie. Alasana Manneh replaced Dylan Levitt as Gray tried to hold on to the aggregate lead and there were some groans when five added minutes were added. Despite the numerical disadvantage the visitors piled on the pressure and Smith made amends for his earlier mistakes with a string of fine saves. But with seconds remaining Andrej Kostić slammed the ball home from close range sparking mayhem from the Partizan bench. Hoilett and Youan came on for the start of extra time and it was the Canadian midfielder that set up the winning goal. His through ball found Josh Mulligan who burst into the Partizan box. His shot was saved but the ball fell to Chris Cadden and the full-back made no mistake from close range. His brother Nicky almost wrapped things up after the restart but his header was saved and he kneed the rebound wide of the posts. With the fans roaring them on Hibs managed the game out to a memorable victory and the players lapped up the adulation with a rendition of Sunshine on Leith. After the final whistle Gray told BBC Scotland: 'Delighted for the players. A really unbelievable performance. I really underplayed the magnitude of the first leg to the players, knowing it was half-time in the tie. 'For large spells of the first half the shape was really good, we had the better chances and then there's obviously a couple of mistakes from [Jordan Smith]. 'The character was certainly tested. Half-time came at a good time – I was able to calm them down and then it's all about character. 'It was horrendous for me to watch at times and ultimately it's a brilliant result over two legs. I'm delighted for Jordan Smith for his second-half performance. He made big saves at big times. 'All in all, delighted to get through.' Hibs progress to a Conference Laegue play-off against Legia Warsaw, who lost 5-3 on aggregate to AEK Larnaca in Europa League qualifying tie. Before then, Gray's side travel to Livingston on Sunday for their second-round Scottish League Cup tie. How Arne Slot created another monster at Liverpool: Why he completely revamped the squad this summer, what he has demanded from his players and the injury 'luck' that's actually something entirely different

Straight after Arne Slot 's first season at Feyenoord, 16 players left the club. Some for pastures which they viewed as greener grass, some because the club knew their place in the food chain and needed to sell their best assets, some turfed out by Slot simply because they were not good enough.
