Tottenham flop, 31, who cost club £8m has contract ripped up by Romanian club as career hits new low
Tottenham flop Clinton Njie has hit a new career low - with a Romanian club ripping up his contract.
The Cameroon striker joined Spurs from Lyon for £8.3million in 2015.

However, he failed to start a single Premier League game, and remained goalless in 14 senior appearances.
Njie went on to play for Marseille, Dynamo Moscow and Turkish club Sivasspor before moving to Rapid Bucharest last September.
He signed a deal until 2026, with the Romanians announcing him in a bizarre video alongside former US president Bill Clinton.
But Njie made just a dozen appearances, scoring twice, and has not played for the capital city side since February 2.
They have now parted company with the 31-year-old, who has won 42 Cameroon caps.
Rapid issued a terse statement on social media.
They announced: "FC Rapid and Cameroonian striker Clinton Njie reached an amicable agreement for the termination of the collaboration.
"Thank you, Clinton! Good luck in your career."
Njie said: "I thank everyone at Rapid for this period, colleagues, staff and supporters.
"It was an intense experience, in a club with a special history and atmosphere.
"I wish the boys the best of luck next season, and I hope Rapid gets where it deserves to be."
Rapid finished sixth in Romania 's Liga 1. They last won the national title in 2003.
To add to Njie's woes, a French court has ordered him to pay a car rental firm £56,000.
The trial at Aix-en-Provence heard the footballer leased a Bentley worth £275,000 in 2017, but stopped making payments when he left for Dynamo Moscow two years later.

Man Utd transfer news LIVE: Huge Bryan Mbeumo second bid MADE, Nkunku ‘TALKS opened', Rashford exit latest
Wreck it Ralf Former Manchester United interim manager Ralf Rangnick has slammed the club's lack of leadership and questioned their transfer policy. Rangnick was vocal in his criticism of United during his stint in charge and called for sweeping changes to be made, particularly in recruitment. The Austria manager has emphasised that argument once again, recommending Man Utd move away from a transfer model of signing experienced players like Casemiro, and towards young players. If I were the owner or sporting director of a club, I would only try to sign and invest in young players. Because no matter how you look at it, it only makes sense. Does it make sense to spend £30, 40, 50 million on a 28 or 30-year-old signing? Not really. Let's calculate it. You sign a 28 or 30-year-old with a five-year contract. You spend £50m more on the transfer fee, an average of £15m per year multiplied by five. That's £65m plus the £50m transfer fee equals £115m, plus the agents' fees. The whole operation costs you around £130m. Ralf RangnickSport

Italian Lisci takes Osasuna helm
June 23 (Reuters) - Osasuna have appointed Alessio Lisci as their new head coach, the LaLiga club announced on Monday. The club announced Lisci as their new head coach on a two-year contract, luring him away from Segunda Division side Mirandes where he had engineered an against-the-odds run to the promotion play-off finals. The appointment ends weeks of speculation about Vicente Moreno's successor. Moreno announced he would be leaving the club last month after being in charge for a year. Lisci inherits a side that have firmly established themselves in Spain's top tier, with Osasuna narrowly missing out on European qualification after securing a respectable ninth place finish this season.
