Earlier last month, Lava announced that it would launch the Blaze Dragon and Blaze AMOLED 2 in July. However, the brand only unveiled the Blaze Dragon, and we were told that the launch of the Blaze AMOLED 2 was delayed. We still don't have the Blaze AMOLED 2's launch date, but Lava has announced it's "coming soon" and revealed its key specs, design, and colors. Lava Blaze Dragon 5G
The Lava Blaze AMOLED 2, as evident from its name, will pack an AMOLED display. It will be a 6.67" panel with a FullHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The screen will also have a centered punch-hole for a selfie camera whose resolution is yet to be officially confirmed.

The Blaze AMOLED 2 will come in two colors, and its back cover design is reminiscent of the Nexus 6P. The smartphone features two cameras on the rear, with the primary camera having a 50MP Sony sensor.
Lava said the Blaze AMOLED 2 follows the "Linea" design philosophy, inspired by the Latin word "Linear". It reflects the Indian handset maker's commitment to "precision, elegance and innovation in smartphone design."

Google Search will show you more content from your Preferred Sources

Vlad, 12 August 2025 Today Google is launching Preferred Sources in Search for everyone in the US and India. This basically lets you tell Google what your preferred sources for information are, and it will then show you more content from those sources in the Top stories part of Google Search. The rollout is expected to take a few days. To select your Preferred Sources, click on the icon to the right of "Top stories". You can then search for sources and select the ones you want. Then, refresh your results and you'll instantly get more from your favorite sites, and your preferences are saved for the future of course. You'll see content from your Preferred Sources both in Top stories and a dedicated "From your sources" section on the search results page. You will still see content from other sites - your Preferred Sources will just be featured more prominently and more often. You can of course change your source selections at any time, and you can select as many Preferred Sources as you like. Source

Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ review

Infinix continues to push its affordable Hot series forward with the latest addition - the Hot 60 Pro+. Designed to appeal to budget-conscious buyers without compromising on style or essentials, the new model refines the formula laid out by its predecessors while maintaining the spirit of the lineup - accessible smartphones that look and feel more premium than their price tag suggests. The Hot series has long been Infinix's answer to entry-level smartphone needs, and the Hot 60 Pro+ carries that mission confidently. Priced at $199, it sits comfortably in the lower end of the market, yet its presentation and spec sheet tell a more ambitious story. The phone is impressively thin and lightweight for its class, and the selection of vibrant colorways - some even with a shimmering finish - ensures it won't go unnoticed. Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ specs at a glance: Body: 164.0x75.8x6.0mm, 155g; Glass front (Gorilla Glass 7i), plastic back, plastic frame; IP65 dust tight and water resistant (low pressure water jets), Drop resistant up to 1.5m. 164.0x75.8x6.0mm, 155g; Glass front (Gorilla Glass 7i), plastic back, plastic frame; IP65 dust tight and water resistant (low pressure water jets), Drop resistant up to 1.5m. The Hot 60 Pro+ shares much of its hardware DNA with the Tecno Spark 40 Pro+, which is hardly surprising given that both Infinix and Tecno fall under the Transsion Holdings umbrella. This kind of cross-brand overlap is not unusual and often helps deliver solid value at a low price point. Let's take a closer look at what the Hot 60 Pro+ brings to the table. Unboxing The Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ comes in a thick cardboard two-piece box. It is colored in two shades of green and tends to stand out on a shelf. The packaging appears to be entirely made of cardboard, which is eco-friendly. Even so, there is a cradle for the actual phone on the inside, keeping it safe in transit. Infinix doesn't skimp when it comes to the accessory package. You get a 45W Infinix-branded USB Type-A fast charger in the box and a nice thick USB Type-A to Type-C cable to go along with it. The cable appears to be standard and not proprietary with extra pins, which is a nice little bonus since you don't necessarily have to worry about keeping it safe. Beyond that, there is also a transparent hard snap-on shell-style case in the box and a tempered glass screen protector, plus all of the accessories needed to properly install it on the phone.
