Nissan launches Magnite KURO Special Edition: Check price features & upgrades here
Nissan Motor India on Wednesday launched the New Nissan Magnite KURO Special Edition, a premium, black-themed variant of its popular compact SUV. The car has been priced at Rs 8.30 Lakhs (ex-showroom) and features suave interior black theme and Japanese-inspired design cues.
The New Nissan Magnite KURO Special Edition is available for bookings for Rs 11,000. Customers can reserve their vehicle through authorised Nissan Motor India dealerships or by visiting the official Nissan Motor India website: www.nissan.in, the carmaker said in a release.

The New Niisan Magnite KURO Special Edition is being offered with both turbo-petrol and naturally aspirated petrol powertrain option. It features a distinct and exclusive 'KURO' badge under the Magnite branding on the left fende. The car comes equip with a Piano Black front grille, Resin Black front and rear skid plates, Gloss Black roof rails, R16 diamond cut alloy wheels, and black door handle.
Further, the compact SUV comes with Signature Black LED headlamps with Lightsaber Turn Indicator as standard for better visibility and commanding road presence and has a premium and dark-themed interior with midnight themed dashboard, Piano Black finished gear shift garnish, Piano Black finished steering insert, sun visors and door trims. Upgrades include Sable Black wireless charger as standard and a stealth dash cam as an accessory. Further strengthening its appeal, the New Nissan Magnite, launched in 2024, has been awarded a 5-star Overall Passenger Safety rating from Global NCAP. It also achieved a 5-star rating in the most credible GNCAP tests.
The car his been built on the enhanced CMF-A+ platform boasts of over 40 standard safety features including six airbags, improved body structure incorporating 67% high tensile strength steel.

IAF Heritage Museum loses altitude as visitor inflow dips
Chandigarh: The initial burst of enthusiasm about the Indian Air Force Heritage Museum in the Tricity seems to be waning. The dedicated Air Force heritage centre launched by Union defence minister Rajnath Singh with much fanfare in May, 2023, has suffered a significant dip in footfall since its inception. Its expansion plan has also remained restricted to paper for over one year. "Initially, Indian Air Force and Chandigarh administration were in talks to expand the IAF Heritage Museum to start its second phase. Preparation of an MoU was discussed and both parties prepared points for the same. However, there has been no progress for more than one year," sources in the Chandigarh administration revealed. Despite the tourist centre boasting of modern paraphernalia like virtual and augmented reality, holograms, simulators, and electromechanical enclosures, the flow of visitors has gone down. Sources in the administration said that visitors from the Tricity thronged the IAF Heritage Museum initially but the inflow started thinning down. Now, most of the visitors are people from outside the Tricity. As per records of the Chandigarh administration, 58,273 people visited the Air Force Museum in the eight months from its inception on May 8, 2023 to December, 2023. According to records, Chandigarh administration earned significant revenue from the IAF Heritage Museum. From its launch in May 2023 to the end of July 2025, the authority earned over Rs 1.1 crore, including both entry fee of visitors as well as immersive experiences. Connectivity drives demand, property prices along Dwarka Expressway double in 4 yrs
Gurgaon: Property prices along the Dwarka Expressway almost doubled over the past four years, making it one of NCR's most rapidly growing regions, an assessment shows. A PropEquity study reported that launch prices along the Dwarka Expressway climbed from Rs 9,434 per sqft in 2020 to Rs 18,668 per sqft in 2024. Analysts believe real estate costs are likely to climb another 15-20% in the next two years, especially since the corridor is now fully functional. The expressway's 18km portion in the city was inaugurated last year and the 10km Delhi section was launched on Sunday. Among the reasons for this increase in demand and property prices along the Dwarka Expressway is its connectivity with Delhi, including IGI Airport. Launch of the 76km Urban Extension Road-II — which runs from NH-44 (Alipur) to NH-8 via Mundka, Najafgarh and Dwarka with spurs to Sonipat and Bahadurgarh — has given the region another connectivity boost. Pradeep Aggarwal, founder & chairman of another real estate firm Signature Global (India) Ltd., said property prices along the expressway have nearly doubled over the last five years. Surinder Singh, director of GLS Group, which offers parcels and logistics services, said: "These high-speed roads are economic corridors. With Gurgaon–IGI connectivity down to 20 minutes and Delhi–Mumbai Expressway directly linked, this belt will attract corporates, retail majors and service industries, creating a multiplier effect for real estate." Homeowners said the increase in property prices validates their investments. Amit Sharma, who owns a flat in Sector 109 said: "I invested five years ago when the expressway was stuck. With the road finally open, daily commuting has improved drastically — and property values will rise further." "Rising land and construction costs mean ticket sizes are going up, pushing homeownership further away from the middle-class buyer. Unless developers balance premium launches with mid-income housing, the affordability gap will widen," Mohan said.
