Sophie Turner supports ex-husband Joe Jonas' divorce-inspired album: ‘Go go Joe'

'Go go @joejonas,' Sophie wrote on her Instagram story on May 24. She attached a cover picture of the album and a Spotify streaming link of the same. The album has some standout tracks, including the one titled 'Work It Out' that dropped in July last year, months before the couple announced their split. Another track, titled 'Hey Beautiful' with Louane and Tiny Habits, features heartfelt lyrics like, 'Just in case a day comes, I'm not next to you / I went and cut a deal with all the stars / And, when you wish upon them, you can call it proof / I'll be with you wherever you are.' The song is dedicated to his kids, Willa (4) and Delphine (2).
The second-oldest Jonas brother released his first solo album, Fastlife, in 2011, following which he largely focused on group-related activities. Speaking about his new album to PEOPLE, Joe Jonas revealed he hadn't planned to make a new album. He and his brothers (the Jonas Brothers) were originally writing songs together for their group. But one particular song felt really personal to Joe. 'I just felt so drawn to this one song, and I asked the guys for approval. I was like, 'Hey, can I please take this one and maybe just explore where this could go for myself?' It felt very personal,' he said.

For the new album, Joe teamed up with songwriters Justin Trainor, Alexander 23, and Lush and in just about two weeks, they made the whole album. Joe said he was so excited that he wanted to drop the album last year only. 'I was eager to get it out for a while there. I think last year at some point, I called my manager, I was like, 'Can I just leak the album or put it out?' I was like, 'I'm tired of waiting,' he recalled. But he's glad he waited. If he hadn't, his newest single, 'Heart by Heart,' wouldn't have made it into the album.
For Joe Jonas, this album is very personal. Speaking to Billboard in August 2024, the singer described the feeling as 'scary but freeing' to open up about such an emotional period in his life. At the time, the rumours of trouble in paradise had already made it to the headlines, however, the singer clarified that he's not trying to attack anyone in the songs or air dirty laundry. 'I was going through a lot of life changes, finding out who I was as a person and father and friend, and living under the microscope of what the music industry can be. And I think, at such a crazy time in my life, I looked to music as an outlet,' he said.
Joe Jonas, in a recent interview with Facebook's TalkShopLive, opened up about how tough it was to start dating again. He called it 'scary and intimidating,' revealing that he did start dating someone again, and during a conversation, that person jokingly told him, 'It's only love.' And it clicked. That line actually inspired the song 'Only Love' on the new album. Meanwhile, Sophie Turner also talked about how the split affected her. In a previous interview with a magazine, the actor said she is restricted from revealing much about the personal details but called it 'the worst few days of my life.' Sophie had reportedly started dating British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson after the divorce, but that relationship ended too.

Why Andy Samberg is being roasted after Seth Meyers' dog Frisbee's death, ‘May her ghost haunt him forever'
Seth Meyers is mourning the death of his beloved dog Frisbee, who was famously disliked by Andy Samberg. The Saturday Night Live alum announced his family's Italian Greyhound's death via an Instagram post. Why Andy Samberg is being roasted after Seth Meyers' dog Frisbee's death (sethmeyers/Instagram, photo by Chris DELMAS / AFP) 'RIP to Frisbee, our OG IG who I was happy to go grey with. She was at her best curled in your lap and patient when we dressed her up like a pilgrim. Thanks for 14 amazing years, girl,' Meyers wrote, sharing several photos of Frisbee. Coincidentally, Frisbee died a day after Samberg's 47th birthday. Samberg had often expressed his playful dislike for the Meyers' dog, which has now led to social media users roasting him. 'That dog sucks' Samberg appeared on Amy Poehler's Good Hang podcast in July, where Meyers asked Poehler to prank Samberg by telling him that Frisbee died. Samberg said after Poehler broke the 'news,' to him, 'Don't even play, 'cause I'll be so happy.' He added, 'I will never back off that. That dog sucks, dude. And I know this is a good vibes cast, so I don't even want to bring that energy, but that dog is like a rat carcass.' Read More | Seth Meyers' Netflix stand-up special allows viewers to skip Donald Trump jokes Months before Meyers pranked Sandberg, Meyers opened up about Samberg's dislike for the dog during a Q&A session with his Late Night audience. 'He's hated my dog since she was little and now she's 14 years old,' Meyers said. 'Here's a true thing he did: I sent our Christmas card — Frisbee's in it every year — he scratched out her face like a serial killer and mailed it back.' Frisbee did not like Samberg either, Meyers said, so the feeling was mutual. Meyers reposted People's coverage of Frisbee's death and Samberg's disdain, writing on X, "She also disliked him, FWIW." 'May her ghost haunt Andy Samberg forever,' Samberg is now being roasted in the comment section of Meyers' Instagram post announcing Frisbee's death. 'May her ghost haunt Andy Samberg forever,' one user wrote, while another said, 'Does anyone have an alibi for samberg?!' 'So very sorry. May her memory be a blessing to all those who loved her. And may it haunt Andy Samberg all the days of his life. Frisbee,' wrote a user. One said, 'Very sorry for your loss, I hope she haunts Andy samberg for years to come'. 'Frisbee getting the last laugh by dying for Andy's birthday is diabolical,' one user said, while another wrote, 'Out loud went 'Nooo' and then 'oh Andy must be so happy'.' One user wrote, 'I'm sorry for you and your family. I can't believe she died near Samberg's birthday. We need his reaction. Maybe you should have him pick out your next dog.'

The pair first sparked headlines in July when they were photographed vacationing together on a yacht in Mallorca, Spain. Curtis, an author and life coach specializing in hypnotherapy, was even spotted giving Aniston a shoulder massage during the trip. Aniston had also included one of his books, Shift Quantum Manifestation Guide: A Workbook for Coding a New Consciousness, in a May Instagram post. Fans later noticed Curtis had left a flirty comment on her social media in April, hinting at their budding relationship. Here's how Jennifer Aniston met Jim Curtis A source shared that Aniston and Curtis were introduced by mutual friends. 'They were introduced by a friend and started out as friends. Jen had read his book and was familiar with his work. She's really into self-help and wellness. They are dating, but it's still casual,' the insider revealed. The source added that Aniston is in a positive phase of her life. 'She's been happy on her own, but she's also open to sharing her life with someone. As long as it feels right. Jen's in a very good place right now - grounded, fulfilled and very happy.' Courteney Cox and Johnny McDaid join the double date Courteney Cox and Johnny McDaid, who have been together since 2013, joined the couple for the Malibu outing. This wasn't the first time Aniston and Curtis have enjoyed a double date.
