The much-anticipated return of Oasis to Scotland is a day away as Liam, Noel and the rest of the band will be performing at Murrayfield on Friday night as part of their reunion tour.
This marks the first performance by the Britpop icons in Scotland since 2009, shortly before the notorious fallout between the Gallagher brothers. Their last gig in Scotland was also held at the Edinburgh stadium 16 years ago.
As the eagerly-awaited first show of Oasis draws near, Murrayfield is gearing up to host tens of thousands of music enthusiasts.
A recent study estimated that concert-goers will consume nearly 80,000 bucket hats' worth of beer over the course of the three concerts. The price of a pint has now been confirmed as signs disclosing drinks prices have been put up.
An image from inside the stadium has given us a glimpse of the bar prices for various beverages, including draught beers and cider, a selection of spirits, wine, three types of cocktails, and several soft drinks, reports the Daily Record.
For those making a beeline for the bar for a beer, your draught options are Heineken and Amstel. A pint of Heineken will set you back £7.85, while Amstel is priced at £7.50.

Both are available for £4.30 for a half-pint. Cider aficionados can enjoy Inch's cider from the taps at £4.30 for a half-pint and £7.50 for a full pint, matching the price of Amstel.
There are also pre-packaged alcohol options, with a Beavertown Neck Oil costing £7.50, the same price as an Old Mout Cider, berries and cherries flavour.
A gluten-free lager will set you back £7, while a Heineken 0% is available for those abstaining from alcohol at £6.
For spirit enthusiasts, mixers on offer include Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Schweppes Soda, Schweppes Ginger Ale, and Schweppes Tonic.
A 25ml serving of Neft Vodka, Volcan Tequila, or Eminente Rum comes with a price tag of £11.50, while a 50ml double measure will cost you £15.
If you prefer Gordon's Pink Gin, Bombay Sapphire gin, Jack Daniel's, or Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, it's £10.50 for a single measure and £14 for a double.
The cocktail menu features a spicy margarita, a passionfruit martini, and a strawberry daiquiri, each priced at £10. The wine selection includes La Vielle Ferme in white, red, or rosé varieties, each bottle costing £12.50.

Snacks available throughout the stadium include various sweets and crisps, all priced at £2.50. There are also numerous vendors around the venue offering more substantial food options.
And if you're peckish before arriving at Murrayfield, we've compiled a list of the best food options along the tramline from the city centre to the stadium.

Liam Gallagher continues to slam Edinburgh Council as Oasis take over Dublin

Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info Despite Oasis leaving the capital last week, it seems we are still on the Gallagher's minds, well more specifically, Edinburgh Council officials are. Liam let loose on officials after they had singled out the band's fans as "drunk", "fat" and "old" in secret safety briefings and he has continued on his tirade in Dublin. Bosses claimed that most of the 200,000 music-lovers attending the reunion shows across the three days were 'rowdy' 'middle-aged men' who 'take up more room' and will drink to 'medium to high intoxication," the Record reports. During each night of Oasis' epic three-day spectacular at Murrayfield in the capital, Liam slammed council chiefs over the remarks. Now, the Oasis frontman has bashed the council once again but this time during their shows at Croke Park in Dublin over the weekend. Join Edinburgh Live's Whatsapp Community here and get the latest news sentstraight to your messages. Liam called out the council by shouting, "Edinburgh City Council", before cutting himself off and pointing to the his head and then the crowd. His brother, Noel Gallagher, chimed in, however, adding: "Four billion f***ing pound they've had." The comments were in relation to Liam's comments on Tuesday August 12, Oasis final performance at Murrayfield, where he said: "£3billion we've brought into this city over the past five days. And that's between you and us. Three billion f****** quid. "You won't see f*** all, because they'll rob it and spread it among their posh ugly mates. "Still waiting for our apology, bring it on down, you c****". This comes after his remarks on Friday August 8 where the singer demanded an apology in a sweary rant at Murrayfield - calling council officials "f****** s****". Then, during the following day's show, he said that Edinburgh Council had "the cheek" to make comments about his fans. Last week, Council Leader Jane Meagher responded to the Gallagher brother's put-downs. She said: 'I think Liam Gallagher had every right to be annoyed by what he read – I would be too. Fans who successfully snapped up tickets for the Oasis 25 dates back in September 2024 had waited 332 days to see the band's first Scottish dates in 16 years since the Gallagher brothers began a well-publicised and long running feud that split the band.

Oasis fans claim gig-goer 'ruined' experience for others with bizarre act

An Oasis fan has been branded 'hilarious' after she was caught on video singing along to the band at their reunion gig in Dublin this weekend in a high-pitched opera voice Oasis concluded their 14-show tour of the UK and Ireland as part of their Live '25 reunion tour over the weekend with two sold-out shows at Croke Park in Dublin. The Gallagher brothers, Liam and Noel, will next tour North America before returning to London's Wembley Stadium in September for another two gigs that were added after the original run due to overwhelming demand. ‌ Thousands of fans shelled out hundreds of euros to join the crowd at Croke Park, and while most undoubtedly had a blast, a select few concert-goers had their experience "ruined" - all because of another fan in the crowd. ‌ Oasis enthusiast Holly Walsh was attempting to film a video of the Gallagher brothers performing their hit track Cigarettes and Alcohol, but one fan in her seating area "ruined" the entire clip. ‌ Sharing the video on TikTok, Holly revealed that someone seated near her was singing along to the song in a high-pitched operatic voice, which could be heard loud and clear in the clip - and by all the fans around her. Some commenters were quick to make light of the situation, with some joking that the singing was Liam Gallagher's "real voice", and others suggesting that renowned singer and Britain's Got Talent runner-up Susan Boyle was in the crowd. Comparisons were also drawn to Mickey Mouse, Elmo, and even The Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins. Some viewers were in stitches, claiming they were "wetting themselves" at the hilarity of the clip. ‌ However, not everyone was amused by the singing, with many suggesting it would have "ruined" the gig for them if they'd been in Holly's position. Another chimed in: "I'm glad I wasn't stuck behind her." A third even attempted to claim responsibility for the peculiar singing voice, stating: "I was literally two rows in front of you and it possibly could have been me." In the lead up to the Oasis gigs in Dublin, fans had highlighted the "best part" of the reunion shows so far after a video of Liam and Noel embracing backstage went viral. The concerts mark the first time the brothers have performed together in 16 years, following Oasis' dramatic split in 2009. The sight of the brothers reuniting has sparked chatter about how "happy" their mother, Peggy Gallagher, must be.

The Rooneys get kitted out in Oasis merchandise as they enjoy band's reunion gig with their children

Coleen and Wayne Rooney were all smiles as they attended one of Oasis's reunion shows at Wembley Stadium with their three children. Dressed in a leopard print dress, Coleen, 39, wrapped her arms around her three youngest children as they watched the Gallagher brothers. Wayne, 39, was also kitted out as he donned a black zipper jacket. Cass, seven, the couple's youngest child, really got into the spirit of the show and wore a black Oasis T-shirt and bucket hat. Wayne and Coleen, who tied the knot in 2008, are also parents - Kai, 15, Klay, 12 and Kit, nine. Coleen captioned the snap: 'Oasis … Wembley…. Unbelievable.' Fans were quick to share in the family's happiness at seeing the hotly-anticipated reunion show, with some expressing jealously that they managed to get tickets. They wrote: 'Well done on getting tickets, like willy wonka gold ones [sic]'; 'Lovely family pic.'; 'amazing family, amazing concert.'; 'Rooneys supporting the Gallagher's [sic.]' Following the excitement of the concert, Coleen cut a casually stylish figure when she stepped out in Cheshire on Monday. For her visit to Maison 49 Designer fashion boutique, she wore a Le Maris grey t-shirt and a pair of black leggings. She kept it cool by wearing her hair back in a bun and with her choice of footwear - a pair of black open-toed sandals. For her visit to Maison 49 Designer fashion boutique, she wore a Le Maris grey t-shirt and a pair of black leggings Coleen's fame has grown in the past year following her appearance on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! She admitted that, for her, it wasn't 'love at first sight', but it was for her husband Wayne. Coleen said: 'It was for him, not for me. He fought to get me, yeah. 'I waited until I'd done my GCSEs and then I went on a date. I was pretty good at school.' Opening up further about her relationship, she admitted that she has been seeing her husband less due to his extensive work commitments, so the Oasis concert would have provided a welcome opportunity for family time.
