Avinash Tiwary Touches Parents' Feet At Airport, Fans Praise His Humility
In a video shared on Instagram, Avinash Tiwary was seen touching his parents' feet before leaving for the work trip. The gesture melted a million hearts.
Avinash Tiwary is all set to join hands with Imtiaz Ali in the Netflix series titled O Saathi Re. Recently, it was reported that Avinash and the team will be heading to Mussoorie to complete some portions of the project. The actor was recently spotted at the Mumbai airport, possibly on his way to the shoot. However, what caught everyone's attention was his sweet moment with his parents. In a video shared online, Avinash melted hearts as he was seen touching his parents' feet before leaving. The family also posed for pictures together and flashed their charming smiles for the camera.
Avinash looked stylish in a black T-shirt, a smart jacket, trousers and boots. After stepping out of the car, he was seen chatting with his father. He then touched his feet and gave him a warm hug. A moment later, he also touched his mother's feet to get her blessings. Before heading inside the airport, the Khakee actor happily posed for a family photo. Fans loved this sweet gesture and praised him for his respect towards his parents.
While Avinash Tiwary has impressed everyone with his work in Bollywood, acting was not on his wish list. Speaking with Bollywood Hungama, the actor explained, 'I have enjoyed films, but they were always a source of entertainment for me. It was never inspiring for me to be an actor. Education was a family thing, and I was told 'that was what you need to do, this (films) is all distraction,' and I had that kind of viewpoint about the film industry. While I was studying, one day I started asking questions to myself, 'What do I want to do?' Because I wanted to play cricket, but that was just a desire."
'People would say 'Do what you love,' but you also need to be good at it. So, I wasn't good at athletics, but I loved playing it. So when I questioned myself about what I wanted to do, I realised I wanted to act. I have never done it, but I felt close to it. I think it was a very stupid thing to have happened at that point in time," the actor added.
Other than Avinash Tiwary, O Saathi Re, directed by Arif Ali, also stars Aditi Rao Hydari and Arjun Rampal in lead roles.

Watch: American workers gets a tasty surprise from Indian homeowner

These everyday pieces of home quietly blend into new surroundings, creating moments of connection that transcend borders. A recent video from Minnesota is a perfect example—where an Indian woman's warm gesture of offering vada and chutney brought smiles to an unsuspecting group of American workers. The surprise came for a team of American construction workers from The Sealcoating Guys , an asphalt company, while they were busy working outside a home. Out walked the homeowner, an Indian woman dressed simply in her nightwear with a dupatta casually thrown over her shoulders—carrying two plates piled with freshly made vada and coconut chutney. One curious worker asked what the dish was. 'Vada,' she replied, pausing before adding with a smile, 'Like a donut—but not sweet. Spicy only.' The men dove in, savoring every bite. 'Fire,' one of them exclaimed in appreciation, clearly enjoying the crispy, spicy treat. The video, shared by the company on Instagram, quickly went viral—not just because of the food, but because of the gesture. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 5 Books Warren Buffett Wants You to Read In 2025 Blinkist: Warren Buffett's Reading List Undo The video has about 13.6 million views and thousands of comments. Milwaukee man watched creepy Netflix episode on first date, then killed teen the same way
A Wisconsin man was found guilty on Saturday of killing and dismembering the body of a 19-year-old student on their first date after the two watched a Netflix documentary with an eerily similar theme. 34-year-old Maxwell Anderson killed Sade Carleena Robinson, a criminal justice student, in April 2024 murder after the two met for dinner. They went out to a restaurant and bar before Anderson invited her back to his Milwaukee home. This was the last time she was seen alive. The next day, she did not show up to work at a local pizzeria and was reported missing. The police checked her home and found no trace of her. Police found a leg that matched her DNA, along with other body parts like a foot and human flesh scattered throughout the city. Prosecutors showed bloodied photos recovered from Anderson's phone to prove he was the killer. The images, initially deleted by Anderson, showed him holding one of Robinson's chopped-off breasts. Describing it as 'his trophy', juror Melissa Blascoe told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that the pictures will be in her mind "for quite some time.' The jury was also told that Anderson turned on a Netflix animated series named 'Love, Death & Robots" the night he brought Robinson home. One of the episodes in the series showed a dismembered corpse, which was discovered on the beach. Police also discovered a 'sex dungeon' in Anderson's home with "a sex sling, restraints and handcuffs." The photos found on the phone physically affected people in the courtroom, some of whom were shaking and crying, Blascoe added. Anderson is believed to have spent months planning the murder, even preparing a space lined with plastic sheeting. According to Associated Press, surveillance video shows Anderson driving Robinson's car to a county park near Lake Michigan. It is here that he cut her body into pieces, prosecutors argued, before setting her car on fire and taking a bus back to his apartment. The 15-member jury took 45 minutes to reach a guilty verdict. Anderson has been found guilty of first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, hiding a corpse and arson. No motive behind the killing has been revealed yet. Anderson faces a mandatory life sentence on August 15.
