SHOCKING footage has captured the moment a rowdy passenger was arrested by cops after a flight was diverted to a popular UK airport.
The Jet2 flight, which took off from Leeds Bradford at 6.41pm last night, was heading for the Spanish hotspot of Alicante when it had to make a dramatic U-turn just 100 miles in.

The plane was flying above Leicester when a 'disruptive incident' erupted onboard involving a foul-mouthed passenger.
Stunned travellers were left fuming as the flight - carrying up to 188 passengers - was delayed by around four hours after the Boeing 737 was forced to return back to Leeds Airport.
Footage from onboard shows a 30-year-old man dressed in an orange T-shirt and jeans, smirking and taunting fellow passengers in the aisle.
He is then seen shouting: 'Put your phone down and fight one on one.'
One passenger had jumped out of their seat, while others could be heard trying to calm the situation, warning the man he'd get kicked off.
The yob responded by sticking out his tongue and pounding his chest before going on a foul-mouthed rant.
Another traveller tried to reason with fellow holidaymakers: 'Don't rise to it. Let him get chucked off.'
Moments later, cheers erupted as uniformed cops stormed the plane at Leeds Bradford.
Laughter and jeers rang out as passengers spotted officers boarding, with one saying: 'Look behind ya, lad! Look behind ya, big boy! You w****r!'
The troublemaker's cocky grin was wiped clean as he spotted police heading his way.
He briefly squared up to another man onboard before passengers began yelling: 'Arrest him now!'
Shock moment 'drunk' pilot who 'reeked of booze' is escorted by cops from cockpit moments before takeoff
The whole plane broke into applause as he was finally hauled off, with one person shouting: 'In a bit, lad!'
Footage from outside the aircraft shows him being spoken to by three officers on the tarmac, with one appearing to search him.
Cops confirmed to The Sun that the man was charged with entering an aircraft while drunk.
He was bailed to appear before Leeds magistrates on Monday, 8 September.
The passenger has also received a six-month flying ban, Jet2 confirmed.
The plane was forced to stay on the ground until it eventually took off again at around 11pm, more than four hours after its scheduled departure time.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson told The Sun: "A 30-year-old man from Doncaster has been charged with entering an aircraft while drunk.
"He has been bailed to appear before Leeds magistrates on Monday, 8 September."
A Jet2 spokesperson said: "We can confirm that a disruptive passenger has received a six-month flying ban with us, following their appalling behaviour which led to flight LS491 from Leeds Bradford to Alicante having to return to Leeds Bradford so that police could offload them.
"As a family friendly airline, we take a zero-tolerance approach to disruptive passenger behaviour."

Brit, 22, hurt in Ibiza ‘balconing' fall as tourist left with head injury at hotel at centre of Kian Harratt brawl drama

Numerous Brits have lost their lives to falls in the same town this summer HORROR PLUNGE Brit, 22, hurt in Ibiza 'balconing' fall as tourist left with head injury at hotel at centre of Kian Harratt brawl drama A BRIT tourist, 22, has suffered serious chest and head injuries after plunging from the third floor of his hotel in the Ibiza party spot San Antonio. It is the latest in a string of freak accidents to hit the resort town this summer, which have left at least three Brits dead. 3 The Brit plummeted from the third floor of Marco Polo hotel in San Antonio Credit: Solarpix 3 The fall happened at the same hotel where EFL star Kian Harratt lobbed a chair at someone in a poolside brawl in June 3 Oldham Athletic striker Kian Harratt was filmed throwing a chair at the Marco Polo hotel The horror accident happened around 8pm yesterday at the Marco Polo hotel in San Antonio. This was the same hotel which hit headlines in June when it was the backdrop for a poolside brawl involving English footballer Kian Harratt. The plunge casualty, who has not been named, was taken to Can Misses Hospital, according to police. The Civil Guard has launched an investigation into the circumstances. A spokesman said today: "A 22-year-old British tourist was rushed to hospital after falling from the third floor of a hotel in San Antonio. "He was conscious when he was taken away." A video of a poolside brawl at the hotel went viral in June, and Oldham Athletic forward Kian Harratt was been identified launching a chair into a woman. Brit holidaymaker Kyle Crawford told The Sun Oldham Athletic forward Kian Harratt and three of his pals were "being horrible" to a group of women before the clash on June 21. And two videos captured the brawl, including one which appears to show the striker - wearing black shorts and with his distinctive goatee - lob chair at one of them. Harrat later spoke out online to say he felt "very apologetic" and "terrible" that he hit the woman. But he blamed other tourists for starting the brawl and alleges a man approached his friend first and went on to "punch him". The striker then claims a chair was thrown at him which prompted him to pick it up and threw it back. But sunseeker Kyle, who was also on holiday with a group of mates in Ibiza, Spain, contested the footballer's version of events. He told The Sun: "There was four lads, we didn't know who they were, being horrible to some women." A second source caught up in the brawl told us: "It was Kian Harratt. He was bothering these girls." Kyle said Harratt and his friends were "throwing little rugby balls" at the female tourists inside the pool, one of which being the woman that was struck by a chair later on. "They were just in the pool splashing them and throwing balls at them - being proper immature," he explained. Kyle said he and his mate stepped in to stand up for the women. More to follow...
