Lava Bold N1 Series Budget Android Phones Launched In India: Price, Specs

Lava continues to bring new budget Android phones to the market and the new ones are called the Bold N1 and N1 Pro. These are not 5G-powered and mostly cater to people who would like to upgrade from feature phones and get basic features like using the internet, 4G VoLTE calls and more. You get these with Android 14 and 14 Go versions, powered by a Unisoc chipset and offered with a 5,000mAh battery on both the models.
Lava Bold N1 price in India starts at Rs 5,999 while the Bold N1 Pro will be available for Rs 6,799 in the country. Lava Bold N1 and N1 Pro sale starts from June 4 and June 2, respectively.
Lava Bold N1 And N1 Pro Specifications
The Bold N1 sports a 6.75-inch HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate, while the N1 Pro features a 6.67-inch HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate. The N1 is powered by Unisoc processor, and the N1 Pro gets the Unisoc T606 chipset with 4GB RAM and another 4GB available via the virtual memory feature.
The N1 gets a 13MP dual rear camera system, whereas the N1 Pro comes with a 50MP triple camera setup. The other sensors are not detailed but you have an 8MP shooter on the front for selfies and video calls.
Lava is offering the cheaper version with Android 14 Go version, while the N1 Pro comes with the regular Android 14 version. It would have been nice to see the Pro model with Android 15 and more details about the OS cycle for these devices. Lava has packed the N1 series models with a 5,000mAh battery but the N1 supports 10W charging, while the N1 Pro can charge up to 18W speeds. The phones come with IP54 rating which is good to have in this price range.
