Alia Hassan presents Honey & butter whole wheat bread dough recipe

Quick & easy bread recipe with whole wheat flour..i also add white flour for Easley stretching the dough.
This recipe is healthy & it's rich with multi grains.
It's soo delicious, You can eat it alone with out any filling..
You don't need any special equipment for this recipe, you can use a stand mixer or you can simply use mixing bowl & a wooden spoon & then kneed the dough with your hands.
Ingredients:
1 cup of whole milk warm
1 cup of warm water
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
1 tea spoon of sugar
1/2 cup of honey
2 cups of bread white flour
4 cups of whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon of salt
6 tablespoon of butter in room temperature.
1 tablespoon of olive oil
For grains i used:
2 tablespoons of flaxseed
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds
Directions:
In a stand mixer add warm milk & water, yeast & sugar ..mix all together& Leave it a side for 10 minutes to rise.
Add butter, honey, Olive oil & mix them one more time before adding your flour mix..
Gradually add flour, salt & let the mixer do it's work .. kneed the dough for about 10 to 13 minutes on high speed.
Finally add grains, mix & let the dough to broof for about 1 hour.
After 1 hour the dough should be doubled in size.
You can easily shape your dough the way you like..
I made one big loaf of bread & shaped the rest of it into a medium size buns..
Let the dough to rest & rise one more time before baking for about 45 minutes..
Preheat your oven to 220c (425f) 15 minutes before baking.
Brush your dough with egg wash & add more seeds on top..
Bake your dough for about 25 to 30 minutes or until it takes a beautiful golden brown color.
Let your bread to cool down in room temperature on awire rack, serve it & enjoy

There are some rules of etiquette everybody must adhere to during Eid outings and gatherings: • You should always schedule a visit before paying a visit to someone, as each person has their own circumstances that must be taken into account. • After a wedding, couples often visit family homes, you should discuss with the head of the household the kind of gift you should bring and whether it is preferable to bring fruit or a dessert. • If invited to dinner or supper, you should provide a helping hand by setting the table before and after the meal to ensure the hostess isn't overburdened. • If the family gathering will include children and teenagers and you are an uncle or paternal uncle, prepare a generous amount of money, even if it's a small amount. This will make the children very happy. Ensure the amounts of the cash gifting are equal so that no one feels left out. • To ensure the hostess isn't overburdened, leave the house as you entered it, clean and tidy. • Engage in conversation with the present, and use this time as a break from technology and cell phones. Ed Sheeran Delivers Love Letter to India on New Song "Sapphire," His "Favorite" Track on Upcoming Album ‘Play'
Yara Sameh Ed Sheeran's love for India showcased on his new song 'Sapphire,' which dropped alongside an adventurous music video Thursday. On the effervescent dance track, the British pop star mixes percussion elements of traditional Indian music with his signature absurdly catchy melodies, singing about never wanting to stop dancing with a lover whose aura shimmers just like the blue diamond for which the song is named. 'We are surrounded but I can only see/ The lights, your face, your eyes/ Exploding like fireworks in the sky,' Sheeran sings on the track. Adding flair to the recording are vocals and sitar provided by Indian artist Arijit Singh, who also appears with the four-time Grammy winner in the 'Sapphire' music video. Filmed across various locations in India during Sheeran's tour through the country earlier this year, the visual keeps the English musician in the center of the frame as he walks through bustling streets, explores beaches, visits tourist spots, hangs out with locals and sings with a team of youth soccer players. His companion in those sites is often Singh, with whom Sheeran sings in Punjabi, 'ਚਮ-ਚਮ ਚਮਕੇ ਸਿਤਾਰੇ ਵਰਗੀ' — which translates to 'They sparkle just like stars,' according to YouTube's captions. ''Sapphire' was the first song I finished for Play that made me know where the album was heading,' wrote the 'A Team' singer in a statement, referring to his September-slated LP. 'It's why I finished the recording process in Goa surrounded by some of the best musicians in India.' 'The final jigsaw piece for me was getting Arijit on the record,' he added. 'Me and him have done a full Punjabi version of the song that will come out in the next few weeks, which has a lot more of him on it. This is the album version of the song, and my favorite song on the album. Hope you guys love it.' 'Sapphire' follows previous Play singles 'Azizam' and 'Old Phone,' the latter of which dropped at the beginning of May. Arriving September 12, the new album will serve as the first in Sheeran's next series of LPs, marking a departure from his yearslong mathematics-themed saga. 'Play was an album that was made as a direct response to the darkest period of my life,' he recently wrote on Instagram. 'Coming out of all of that I just wanted to create joy and technicolor, and explore cultures in the countries I was touring. It's a real rollercoaster of emotions from start to finish, it encapsulates everything that I love about music, and the fun in it, but also where I am in life as a human, a partner, a father.'
