Why was 2 versions of Houseful 5 submitted to CBFC?
Pinkvilla had exclusively revealed that the producers have submitted two different versions of the upcoming magnum opus franchise to CBFC. The reliable sources have told us, ' Housefull 5 is a one-of-its-kind comic thriller, and to keep the mystery of this entertainer intact, the producer has submitted two different versions of the film to the Central Board of Film Certification. Interestingly, both the versions have been watched by the members of the board, and the film has been certified U/A,' revealed a source close to the development.
Although the exact intent to submit 2 versions of the comedy caper is unknown, but sources confirm that Sajid, who has written the story and screenplay, is planning to do something new that would take the audience and industry by surprise.

Punjabi film Saunkan Saunkanay 2 held well on Monday, collecting approximately Rs. 1.35 crore at the Indian box office. This represents a 43 per cent drop from its opening day on Friday, which had the advantage of a partial holiday. Adjusted for the holiday factor, the real drop is closer to 35 per cent, indicating a healthy hold. The film has amassed Rs. 9.35 crore in India over its four-day run so far. Overseas, it has grossed another Rs. 7.40 crore (USD 875K), bringing its worldwide total to Rs. 16.75 crore The Box Office Collections of Saunkan Saunkanay 2 at the Indian Box Office are as follows: Saunkan Saunkanay 2 is on track to gross over Rs. 12 crore in its first week in India.
