A female employee has died after being stabbed several times by a thief inside a gadget store in Cabuyao, Laguna. According to Jhomer Apresto's Wednesday report on 'Saksi,' the 27-year-old victim was stabbed by a man, who stole 30 cellphones worth P90,000 and P21,000 cash from the store. According to the police, the victim sustained stab wounds on her neck, shoulder, and abdomen. Despite sustaining injuries, the victim was able to inform her manager about the incident. The police said the store was about to open when the suspect entered. The police also did not provide the CCTV footage to the media. They identified the person of interest who was surveying the area before the incident. He was caught in another CCTV footage, carrying an eco bag while onboard a tricycle. The bag may have contained the stolen items. The police recovered the tricycle, which was owned by the suspect's brother.
