Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa stated that the Janseva Kendra had been built for the common people.
'The previous Chief Ministers used to build 'Sheeshmahals' and did not allow people to enter their residence, but our Chief Minister has inaugurated the 'Janseva Kendra'. This Chief Minister's Janseva Kendra has been built to enable common people to visit the Chief Minister's residence...' Sirsa told ANI.
BJP MP Manoj Tiwari also thanked the CM for establishing the Janseva Sadan.

Earlier on July 3, CM Rekha Gupta alleged that the previous government had showed no interest in plantation drives or the national capital's environment and tree plantation was never a priority as she launched the Van Mahotsav 2025, a city-wide tree plantation drive under the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Delhi CM also criticised the previous Aam Aadmi Party-led government for not showing sufficient concern for the city's environment. (ANI)

NEW DELHI: In her maiden Independence Day speech, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday pledged to rejuvenate the Yamuna river, provide the country's best infrastructure in Delhi, and set up Atal canteens offering meals at Rs 5 to the needy. Describing Delhi as the heart of the country, and the Yamuna the 'soul', the CM noted that the BJP government was working for the city's rejuvenation through multiple interventions. New Delhi: The rain at the Chhatrasal Stadium was relentless all morning on Friday, where Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta gave her maiden Independence Day speech; however, she took it in her stride, and post her address, met schoolchildren in the downpour, even waving away an umbrella offered by her security staff. Drenched but smiling, Gupta clicked photographs with the children and shook hands with parade participants and security personnel. 'Everything is moving in the right direction with transparency and dedication. I have much more to share with you, but I can see the rain is getting heavier, and my young children are still seated bravely in it,' she said. The chief minister also asked the crowd to applaud themselves and the parade participants for not taking cover during the event despite the heavy rain. The ceremony unfolded under heavy showers that tested the endurance of participants and spectators. A few members of the marching contingents lost consciousness after the parade and had to be helped to the stands, while others stood their ground, drawing praise from the chief minister for their 'true act of patriotism'.
