Kerry Katona and Katie Price make huge 'baby pact' to show they're not 'too old'

Best pals and mums of five, Kerry Katona and Katie Price, are reportedly hoping to become pregnant together after sharing their desire to have a sixth child
Mums of five, Kerry Katona and Katie Price, have made a "pact" to become pregnant together, according to reports. The best pals have both expressed their desire for another child, with Kerry telling her followers: "I know I'm 44, but I think I want another baby".
Katie, 46, who was pregnant with Kerry in 2007 with their respective daughters, Princess and Heidi, has also said she would like to become a mum again and now it looks like the women are determined to welcome a sixth child into the world, which they allegedly believe "would make a great reality show".

Speaking about their family plans, a source told Closer magazine: "Both Katie and Kerry have said they want another child so they've made a pact to be pregnant together, saying it would make a great reality show. Both want to show they are not getting old and see babies as the ultimate age-defying statement."
Kerry, who has been single since November when she split with personal trainer, Ryan Mahony, told her followers she was willing to have another baby on her own if necessary.
Taking to Instagram, she said: "I know I'm 44, but I want another baby. Don't have a fella - but done it all before. Why change now?"
In response to her post, many of Kerry's fans told her she should now focus on herself and think carefully about making such a huge decision as one replied: "NO you don't" while another added: "You're blessed with the children you have. Plus they're all growing up and you're glowing up."
Also uncertain whether the former face of Iceland has really thought about the practicalities of having a another baby, the source said: "Pals think Kerry is in love with the idea of having another baby, not the practicality of actually becoming a mum. They think she should wait for a grandchild.
"But Kerry says before anything else she's a mother, it's her greatest achievement by far and she could give a child so much more stability now."

Katie, meanwhile, has been very vocal about having another baby and has explored both IVF and egg donation as a result.
Speaking to Paul C Brunson on his We Need To Talk podcast, the mum-of-five revealed that she bought donor eggs last year before meeting current boyfriend JJ Slater 32.
Opening up about her plans, Katie revealed she was optimistic about the future despite being unsuccessful with IVF, sharing: "I had IVF and it failed because basically my eggs are too old.

"I gave it a go even though the doctors said you've got a 1 percent chance of that working, but I just said I might be that 1%. I'm doing it! I went through all of it and it didn't work.
"So I have got donor eggs, I got them last year. You don't see the picture but they go on how I look, like the dark hair, the green eyes, Spanish... because I've got like Italian/Spanish in me."
Saying she was happy to have a baby on her own before she met JJ, she also said she'd found a black sperm donor in the US, revealing: "And then because I'm not afraid to have a baby on my own, before I met JJ I was quite happy. I found a sperm donor from America, from black origin."

Rod Stewart, 80, cancels second concert over health 3 weeks before Glastonbury

Sir Rod Stewart has cancelled another Las Vegas gig on doctors orders, after he announced his first postponement on Monday. The Maggie May rocker, 80, took to Instagram with a heartbroken emoji, and apologised for the news, explaining he was recovering from the flu. 'I'm awfully sorry to have to cancel my show on June 5th at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace,' he said. 'My doctor ordered a bit more rest while I recover from the flu. Thanks for your love and understanding.' On Monday June 2, Sir Rod explained he wasn't 'feeling well' so was postponing his gig that evening until June 10. This news will be worrying to some UK fans, who are looking forward to seeing Sir Rod light up Glastonbury Festival's Pyramid Stage for the coveted legends slot on Sunday, June 29. Alongside legends slot performer Sir Rod, headliners include The 1975, Neil Young and Olivia Rodrigo. Sir Rod has divulged a few details of what Glastonbury goers – as well as viewers on the BBC – can expect from his set, including an on stage reunion with his former Faces bandmate, Rolling Stones star Ronnie Wood. While Sir Rod said he was 'proud' to be returning to the Pyramid Stage 22 years after he headlined the festival, the Do Ya Think I'm Sexy? hitmaker did reveal that the gig will cost him '£300,000'. 'It's going to cost me a fortune to do it – £300,000,' the Maggie May singer told Alan Brazil on talkSPORT Breakfast. 'I've got to bring all my band back from America, of course, Glastonbury don't pay for that.' He then added that the cost didn't bother him as the slot was an 'honour': 'But I don't care if it cost me $1million, I would have done it. This is a great honour. It really is the greatest honour.' Posting on social media, following the announcement, Sir Rod said: 'After all these years, I'm proud and ready and more than able to take the stage again to pleasure and titillate my friends at Glastonbury in June. I'll see you there!' Officially launching in 1998 with Tony Bennett's performance the coveted legends slot, taking place every year on the Sunday afternoon of Glastonbury, is considered as prestigious as a headline slot. This comes after the full Glastonbury line-up with timings dropped yesterday. While lots of ticketholders searched for clashes, they were also stumped by a mystery band on the bill called Patchwork – a fake name by Glastonbury organisers to signal a secret set from a famed artist or band. More Trending While US sisters Haim are heavily rumoured, it's also thought Patchwork could in fact be Pulp, as they drop a new album this week. According to pal and collaborator Jools Holland, Sir Rod will be bringing his model railways to the Worthy Farm festival. 'He can't bring the whole set because it's enormous. But whenever he's on tour, he'll have a station building which he will take with him to a hotel,' Jools told The Daily Mirror. Before adding: 'He could create his own little railway that goes around Glastonbury – a little ride-on thing that went up to the Healing Fields, around the jazz tent and back to the Pyramid Stage.' Diver Tom Daley loves dancing at Omeara and drinking champagne at Bob Bob Ricard

I moved away two years ago, so I feel like I'm not the most in the know, but we used to go to Bob Bob Ricard a lot. It was one of the first places I took my husband to when he came over to the UK. And Duck and Waffle is always fun to go, as a little bit of a novelty. I also really like going to local places. There was a great restaurant called O Ver on Southwark Street, right around the corner from where I used to live. It's just a hole-in-the-wall Italian place, but it does really good food and has a super chill atmosphere. It was our local for a while.

Dan Snow 'overwhelmed' finding remains of girl, 12 - 'She was my daughter's age'

Dan Snow explores the ruins of Machu Picchu in a compelling new show for 5. But the father-of-three was struck when he discovered the mummified remains of a young girl. Scaling Machu Picchu, Dan Snow 's latest adventure is anything but ordinary. But he was rattled by his encounter with a 600-year-old Inca mummy. The historian and presenter, 46, fronts Machu Picchu: The Discovery with Dan Snow on Channel 5, diving deep into the secrets of the ancient Peruvian city lost to the jungle for centuries. ‌ 'It is the most splendid and overwhelming location for a historical site. Nothing can prepare you for arriving there,' he says, 'I'd never visited before and it was one of my bucket list places. I was so desperate to do it.' ‌ Alongside the stunning scenery came cultural revelations. 'The Incas were very different,' he says, 'To understand their belief systems, you have to turn everything you understand from the West on its head. They used to keep their Emperors mummified, bringing them out on special occasions. Death wasn't the end for them. That was difficult because it's so different.' He adds: "Seeing the way the landscape is kind of organised – like a great big Coliseum. Such beautiful mountains, river valleys and then stunning buildings. All built with these extraordinary, exquisite stonemasonry techniques of the Inca. It is truly like a lost city in the jungle. It's the thing you dream about when you're a little kid." But one of the most striking of the show moments came when Dan encountered the frozen remains of a 12-year-old-girl, sacrificed to the mountain gods. 'She was perfectly preserved in ice,' he says, 'I had to hold her for a minute. She was my daughter's age. It was one of the most overwhelming things.' ‌ Dan has been married to criminologist and philanthropist Lady Edwina Louise Grosvenor since November 2010. Edwina is the second daughter of the 6th Duke of Westminster, Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor. She and Dan lead a happy family life in the New Forest with their three children. Hidden from Spanish invaders and swallowed by rainforest, Machu Picchu remained untouched for centuries. 'It was just so inaccessible," says Dan. ‌ The Spanish never managed to get to it. Everything grows so fast that it was abandoned: The Spanish never found it, and before you know it the jungle had just taken over.' But reaching it wasn't easy. 'It was a really challenging place to film. Carrying all our equipment over these mountain paths,' he says, 'At one stage, we were swinging the camera, and I almost fell off into the valley below. It was exhausting.' The altitude only made things worse. 'People were having nosebleeds as we were trying to operate equipment,' Dan adds. 'Even in Cusco, one of the highest cities on Earth. It was one of the more challenging places I have had to operate for sure.' Now back from his visit, Dan's wanderlust is far from cured. 'I'd love to visit Easter Island," he says, 'There are Roman ruins in North Africa, even in China! The great happiness is that there's always opportunities.'
