Tragic way Kelley Mack's boyfriend helped Walking Dead star in brave final months

The Walking Dead star Kelley Mack, who played Addy in the popular zombie drama, has tragically passed away at the age of 33 after being diagnosed with a rare form of cancer
The Walking Dead star Kelley Mack credited her boyfriend with "always being by my side" before her tragic death aged 33.

The actress, who had a rare form of cancer, was best known for playing the role of Addy in the popular zombie drama.

The sad news of her death was announced in a post on her Instagram page, which read: "It is with indelible sadness that we are announcing the passing of our dear Kelley. Such a bright, fervent light has transitioned to the beyond, where we all eventually must go." It comes after reports that James Whale said 'I'm happy to go now' just hours before his death.

The statement continued: "Kelley passed peacefully on Saturday evening with her loving mother Kristen and steadfast aunt Karen present. Kelley has already come to many of her loved ones in the form of various butterflies. She will be missed by so many to depths that words cannot express."
Kelley previously announced that she had been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in September and was undergoing aggressive treatment as a result. Kelley played Addy in five episodes of The Walking Dead in 2018 but had also appeared in 9-1-1, Chicago Med and TV film Mr. Manhattan.

The actress was in a relationship with Logan Lanier, first going public in a social media post in November 2023.
While not much is known about Logan, Kelley revealed that the pair had moved in together just months before her tragic death. They celebrated the relationship milestone with a Halloween housewarming party a month later.

She wrote in a post" "In September, I moved into a new apartment with my boyfriend, Logan. For a month after that, I had persistent lower back pain and thought I slipped a disc. A few weeks later, I had neuropathic itching in my right quad.
"And then, the shooting pains in my legs and back began, which resulted in me having to sleep in a recliner for a month because laying down was too painful. On Thanksgiving Eve, I had emergency MRIs done at the hospital, which revealed an abnormal mass in my spinal cord."

"Fast forward to now – I have been diagnosed with #diffusemidlineglioma, an extremely rare type of #astrocytoma #cancer. Due to the biopsy surgery on my spinal cord, I have lost the use of my right leg and most of my left leg, so I now get around with a walker and a wheelchair," she further wrote.
"I am very grateful to have such a supportive and loving family and boyfriend, who have been with me every second of this process. It has been a very emotional and challenging time, truly testing my mental fortitude, faith, and physical strength."
Kelley later shared a video of her walking up a staircase with Logan's help. "I've been up and down these stairs now 2x in the past few days," she wrote on Instagram in March. "It's a big deal for me. (Life has also had its ups and downs lately am I right lol)," she said.
In March, the pair looked smitten on a date night to a golf simulator. Kelley captioned the snap: "My love, always by my side, practicing at an indoor golf simulator."

Sarah Ferguson makes subtle dig with hidden detail following explosive Prince Andrew claims

Sarah, Duchess of York took to Instagram to post a snap of her at a book signing event - hours after bombshell allegations of her wild spending and infidelity appeared in new biography Sarah Ferguson appeared to send a striking message following bombshell allegations of her wild spending and infidelity in an explosive new book. ‌ The Duchess of York took to Instagram to post a picture of herself at a book signing event for her romantic novel, Her Heart for a Compass - hours after claims in a new biography about her and her ex-husband, Prince Andrew's chaotic and controversial lifestyle, including how she had debts totaling hundreds of thousands of pounds paid off by the late Queen after living a life of "opulent excess" ‌ So far, she has not responded to the claims in the book called Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, by respected historian Andrew Lownie, which also includes that she was in pursuit of a famous cast of potential lovers over the years, including Tiger Woods and John F Kennedy Jnr. ‌ But in her latest snap posted to her Instagram account, she wore a pair of shoes at the event last month with a saying often attributed to the Royal Family and the late Queen. Her slipper-style navy shoes had 'Never Complain' and 'Never Explain' embroided on them. The mantra is well-known to be something that the Royal Family has adopted for decades - and something the late Queen appeared to have lived by during her 70-year reign. It is not the first time she has worn the shoes. She was also spotted wearing them in 2022 on a night out at a private members club in London. The caption accompanying the photo read: "Her Heart for a Compass was always meant to be a bridge between hearts, stories, and generations. Being able to sign copies and speak with these incredible creators brought me right back to why I wrote it in the first place. Thank you @amazoninfluencerprogram for the opportunity." The new biography on the Duke and Duchess of York is said to give a startling insight into their "hedonistic life, controversial friendships and secretive money-making endeavours". ‌ Said to be based on four years of research and hundreds of interviews, Lownie claims Ferguson's life as a member of the royal family was notable for being "marked by ambition and financial recklessness". The Duchess is alleged to have spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on royal staff, renting foreign villas and demanding security for her two daughters, Eugenie and Beatrice. ‌ Lownie also details further extravagant spending, including visits to New York, where she allegedly took one car to the airport "and another for her ten suitcases". The explosive book also claims that her ex-husband, Andrew, whom she still lives with at Royal Lodge in Windsor, 'slept with more than a dozen women' in the first year of his marriage to Fergie. ‌ It alleges Fergie wanted to be 'The One' but enjoyed several affairs of her own with 'reckless abandon'. However, the book claims that in spite of their differences and rollercoaster relationship, 'the two need each other'. Lownie quotes a friend as remarking: 'Andrew is nothing without a woman. 'He's sweet, but also rather clunky and gauche. He needs someone who can navigate his life for him.' Andrew is reported to now understand his 'initial neglect of his ex-wife', leading him to remain loyal to her, despite her behaviour. In turn, after Andrew's fall from grace over his association with paedophile Epstein, Sarah has proved to be his most loyal supporter. A spokesman for the Duke and Duchess of York was contacted for comment.

A new Banksy artwork has gone on display in London

One year ago today (August 7), a brand new Banksy mural appeared in Brick Lane – the third in a series of animal stencils across the city. Since then, it's been a pretty barren year for fans of the Bristolian artist in the capital, but one of London's most beloved museums is now here to save us from the Banksy-less times we've been living in. Covent Garden's London Transport Museum may not be the collaborator you expect from one of the nation's best known artists alive today, but it's the one we've got, and we're pretty excited about it. The work in question – a rat hanging onto the arm of a clock – was originally sprayed onto a signal box in Croydon back in 2019 as part of the artist's Gross Domestic Product pop-up shop. It featured in a video Banksy posted to Instagram back when that project, which was a commentary on rampant consumerism in today's world, was ongoing, and the design is also now sold on clocks, but there's only one place in the world where you can see the real deal. 🎨 Here's a map of all the Banksys you can still spot around London. The door which featured the painting was quickly removed to avoid anyone stealing or destroying it, but it has since found a new home in a different signal control cabinet, preserving the original artistic intention and look. And that box is now on display at the London Transport Museum in Covent Garden. This is the first Banksy for the museum. Elizabeth McKay, who is the CEO of the LTM, explained that 'whilst this artwork could not remain in its original location, it's fantastic to display it here in the Museum for visitors to enjoy it up close'. She added: 'Banksy's art is part of the city's story, loved by Londoners and visitors alike.' You don't need to add anything onto your ticket or pay extra to see the Banksy – just book a time slot and you're sorted. If you fancy having a peek, you can book a ticket to the London Transport Museum, which is valid for entry for a whole year, here.
