All the biggest gigs in Glasgow, Edinburgh and beyond this July
Even for those outside of the Central Belt, there's Dundee's Discovery Festival from July 25 to 27, with shows from headliners including Ocean Colour Scene, The Human League, and Tom Jones.
Then, up in Aberdeen there's Quayside Concerts headlined by Deacon Blue, Ministry of Sound Classical, Tide Lines, Calum Bowie and the Kaiser Chiefs, all to celebrate the 2025 Tall Ships Races.
There are many, many more individual gigs taking place around the country outside of these massive events. Bianca Censori looked uncharacteristically smiley as she stepped out for a family dinner with husband Kanye West yesterday. The Australian model, 30, has attracted media attention on multiple occasions since marrying the 48-year-old rapper in a private ceremony in 2022. Along with showcasing her pearly whites, however, Bianca also displayed her lean physique, opting to go braless in a tiny ensemble. She wore a super low-cut, baby blue cami top with spaghetti straps, teamed with a pair of tight-fitting micro shorts. Bianca also wore her raven locks in a natural, straight style in a hairdo that has seen her likened to Ye's ex-wife and mother of his children, Kim Kardashian, in the past. In contrast, during their outing, the Gold Digger hitmaker was, as usual, fully clothed, sporting a black tracksuit and a stern expression. It's believed the couple were grabbing a bite to eat after a screening of the hit new horror mystery flick Weapons, which stars Julia Garner and Josh Brolin. Bianca and Ye appeared content in one another's company during their day date, chatting while walking. And after photos of them surfaced online, people had plenty to say, with one Instagram commenter, @virgoskye, hoping Bianca's more vibrant appearance was a 'good sign', after fans previously expressed concern for the nature of her relationship with Ye. Other social media users were taken aback by Bianca's ever-so-slightly more reserved attire, noting it was the 'most clothes [they've] seen her in'. 'She is a beautiful girl truly!', @ said. While @mizzlindzy said, 'I'm convinced he's exploiting her', others defended Ye against such allegations, as @ash_belize penned: 'If they are happy. Who cares 🤷🏽♂️ let them live.' Fans have become accustomed to seeing rather a lot of Blanca in recent years, whether it be her totally nude Grammys dress, some skimpy lingerie, or exposing her body in a photoshoot for Ye's Insta. In the past, particularly after igniting rage with Bianca's sheer Grammys look, Ye has admitted to having 'dominion' over his wife. Having been accused of 'abusive' and 'controlling' behaviour earlier in the year, the artist took to X with a rant but also insisted that he would not make her wear something she felt uncomfortable in. The divisive rap star added at the time that 'anyone who called my wife's Grammy look a stunt is dumb and laaaame [sic]'. 'She been dressing naked for 2 years. Now all of a sudden it's a stunt. Every single b***h on the planet wish they had her bravery body platform and access to money and a husband that supported they personal expression,' he continued. Meanwhile, the spouses have long been fighting off rumours of divorce, having parted ways just months back. But, they seemingly patched up their issues and got back together. On his latest album, WW3, Ye hinted at a brief split in his lyrics of a track titled Bianca. He sang: 'My baby she ran away / But first she tried to get me committed / Not going to the hospital 'cause I am not sick I just do not get it. 'She's having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted / Until Bianca's back I stay up all night I'm not going to sleep / I really don't know where she's at.' Of course, it didn't take long for fans to begin digging into the words, but Ye and Bianca soon quashed speculation that they were heading for a legal separation, having posed together for photos on social media and on public outings. It now appears they are more united than ever—publicly, at least—with Bianca spotted stepping into the stepmother role with Ye's young kids North, 12, Saint, nine, Chicago, seven, and Psalm, six. Noughties rock legends announce two massive Scots shows on UK tour
HUGE noughties rock legends have announced two Scottish shows as part of their world tour. Employment went on to become one of the most successful debut albums from a UK band, hitting number two on the charts. It also went seven-times platinum thanks to belters like 'Oh My God', 'I Predict A Riot'. Twenty years after Employment hit the shelves the band went on tour back to celebrate the milestone. Advertisement But after a sensational run of shows this summer, they announced more dates for the anniversary tour next year. They will take to stages across Britain next year, including two north of the border. There first gig in Scotland will be in Dundee on February 17. The band will perform in the city's Livehouse for excited fans. Advertisement They will then head south for a show at Glasgow's Barrowland Ballroom will be the another stop on the tour. They are set to rock the iconic venue on Wednesday February 18 2026. Peter Andre forced to climb through window to rescue trapped son
Peter Andre was forced to come to the rescue when his eight-year-old son Theo got trapped in a public toilet cubicle during a family holiday in Cyprus Peter Andre turned into a real-life superhero when he saved his son Theo from being trapped in a toilet cubicle. The Mysterious Girl singer, 52, who shares eight-year-old Theo with wife Emily, along with daughters Amelia and Arabella, was forced to spring into action during their family holiday in Cyprus. Peter also has a son, Junior, and a daughter, Princess, from his previous marriage to Katie Price, with whom he is currently at odds. The drama unfolded while the family were enjoying a visit to Camel Park in Mazotos. Young Theo found himself locked inside a public loo, prompting his dad to take swift action. It comes after Princess Andre says she's 'independent' from parents as she breaks silence after Katie Price row. In true heroic fashion, Peter clambered up the side of the toilet block and managed to squeeze through an open window at the back. He shared the entire incident on Instagram, narrating the situation whilst sporting a pair of flip-flops. In the video, he explained: "Right guys, we have a bit of a situation here because these are the toilets. This is the door, it's completely locked from the inside and the outside, and someone can't get out." He then showed Theo, whose face was blurred for privacy, stuck inside the toilet wearing a T-shirt and shorts. The youngster exclaimed: "It's boiling in here!". Thankfully, Peter was able to get inside the toilet facility and rescue Theo by passing him through the gap. Addressing the crowd, he said: "Ladies and gentlemen there's always ways to get out of these situations, be careful." However, the pop star found himself in a bit of a pickle as he struggled to climb back out of the window. One of his children couldn't resist teasing him, shouting: "You're embarrassing us dad!" The Australian singer turned reality star wasn't stuck for long and freed himself from the predicament. He clearly found the humour in the situation, writing alongside the clip: "Saved the day and I'm still embarrassing." Supporters were quick to praise him, with one posting: "In all seriousness, well done superhero dad [clapping emoji]." Another added: "Good on you, Pete." It comes after Peter took to social media to address comments made by his former wife, Katie. In a statement shared on his Instagram, he said: "For sixteen years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating. That ends today. "The latest comments about my children's welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight. For well-documented reasons, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood." Peter went on to add: "Unfortunately, there are many more lies and baseless accusations I have yet to address. Those will now be dealt with in the coming months." Following Peter's post, a spokesperson for Katie told the Mirror: "Kate is in a much better and clear headspace and is at peace with the situation, this was in the past and she doesn't feel the need to bring up tit for tat comments, but more importantly she's dealing with this the right way and it's now in her lawyers hands. Kate will no longer be gaslight and bullied as she once was..."
