Ekin was close to investing in Surrey, and even looked around some properties with ex CURTIS PRITCHARD, but did a last minute U-turn to stay more local to her family.
A source said: 'Ekin's worked really hard since winning Love Island with ad campaigns and a steady stream of telly.
'She has snapped up this home in cash and chose somewhere more modest so she could be closer to her parents, who she spends a lot of time with.
'She's looking forward to getting stuck in and fixing it up to her perfect style. She's really proud of everything she's achieved and ready to lay down roots.'
Since appearing on Love Island: All Stars in January, Ekin has split with Curtis, but has been focused on her career and working non-stop, with a focus on acting.
She better not get too comfortable in the UK as Hollywood beckons…
The reality star recently went on a rant about dating after splitting from Curtis.
Ekin-Su told followers that her "blood was boiling" and that she is struggling with the standard of dating in 2025.
In a TikTok video, she sat down to address her grievances with men's attitudes toward dating.
She said: "It is absolutely frustrating me, it is infuriating me, it is making my blood boil.
Furious Ekin-Su says 'my blood is boiling' as she discusses dating
"I am hearing stories all the time from friends, I don't even know, people I do know, people on the street, random conversations that dating is really hard.
"I'm hearing that they're getting ghosted, I'm hearing that guy is seeing multiple women or doesn't know what he wants, and I'm just like - wow, what is going on?
"I would say let's go back 10 years ago. I don't think it was this bad.
"I don't know what's going on with relationships, I don't know what's going on with people's intentions, but people seem to be getting bored very easily."

Love Island winner hits out as he returns to normal job after reality TV fame
Love Island winner Nathan Massey has hit out at the government over his taxes as he says, 'We are all really getting our pants pulled down and all I can do is laugh' Nathan Massey, winner of the second series of Love Island, has hit out at the government and revealed that he has returned to his normal job following his fame. The 33-year-old star met his now wife Cara De La Hoyde, on the ITV show, and the couple quickly shot to fame. They have since welcomed two children together, seven-year-old Freddie and five-year-old Delilah, and work as social media influencers, however, Nathan also works as a carpenter. In a recent Instagram rant, Nathan revealed that he has now returned to his previous job as a carpenter when his work online is slow, however, despite his efforts to make more money, he is being taxed a 'worrying' amount. It comes after Princess Andre says she's 'independent' from parents as she breaks silence after Katie Price row. After a visit from his accountant, Nathan shared his frustrations with his followers, where he said 'all I can do is laugh'. The father of two captioned the post: Rant alert …. We are all really getting our pants pulled down and all I can do is laugh … worrying times'. The reality star went on to say: "It's just hit me how much tax that we are paying. Like, don't get me wrong, we do okay, we're not multi-millionaires by any stretch of the imagination, I wish I were, but we're not, we do OK. "I'm back on the tools, I work on the tools when I can, when we're not doing our bits on social media, etc, and it's just hit me how much we are getting taxed, and the VAT and everything we've got to pay is worrying." Nathan added: "Genuinely, how is anyone in this day and age supposed to get ahead of the game? It's like, catch up, catch up, catch up. You know, it's really a dark timing in in our history. I think it's wowed me, I'm not gonna lie." Fans were quick to comment on the post and praise Nathan for being so relatable. One person wrote: 'Glad someone's talking out about this!', while another added: 'Couldn't agree more this country has lost its way and what pressure it brings on families … my grandad would be turning in his grave to know what is going on in the Uk right now ..' A third wrote: 'I feel your pain, absolute joke for the working class', while another said: 'It's utterly ridiculous, isn't it! I'm pretty sure after the amount of tax, corporation tax and vat we pay, people that don't work are better off, our whole system is backwards'. Cara and Nathan appeared on the show in 2016, 10 whole seasons ago and Cara recently told The Mirror that it has changed so much since her day. She said: 'It's changed so much. I don't think I could handle it today - it's more ruthless and scary now.'

Coronation Street star in tears as she addresses huge life change
Lucy Fallon, who first appeared as Bethany Platt on Coronation Street more than a decade ago, became emotional as she told her fans on social media about a major life change Lucy Fallon was left emotional as she addressed a major life change over the weekend. The Coronation Street actress, who has Sonny, two, and seven-month-old Nancy with footballer Ryan Ledsom, is currently on maternity leave from her role as Bethany Platt on ITV's flagship soap, but has kept fans up to date on her social media about the goings on in her life. In a video posted to TikTok, Lucy was on the verge of tears as she prepared to move house and she explained: "So the time has come, we have officially moved out of our house. We've packed everything up, everything's gone into storage, and we are waiting for our house to complete." "It's been a very stressful and crazy time" "It feels really weird to have moved out of this house because this is the home that Sonny and Nancy were brought back to after they were born. We have made some amazing memories here and it was actually really emotional seeing all of their stuff coming out of the room and thinking that we are never, ever gonna come back to this house again. I did have a small little cry but onwards and upwards, when one door closes, another one opens. Thank you, house, you have been amazing." It comes after Coronation Street and Mrs Brown's Boys actor dies after short illness. In the caption of the post, Lucy, 29, said: "saying goodbye to our house and ready to get the keys for our new house!!!!" and fans of the soap actress, who has starred as the daughter of Sarah Platt (Tina O'Brien) since 2015, were quick to show their support. One fan wrote: "May you all settle well into your home and create many wonderful memories," and embellished their comment with a heart emoji, whilst another said: "May you all settle well into your home and create many wonderful memories." A third fan begged Lucy to give her followers a tour of her new home once she is moved in and settled. Lucy and Ryan had previously experienced the heartbreak of a miscarriage in March 2022, making the arrival of their daughter even more special. Back in April last year, Lucy recalled having experienced a miscarriage when she first fell pregnant, before her pregnancy with Sonny. Later that year, Lucy announced that she was pregnant again and the couple welcomed their first child, Sonny, now two, in January 2023. She opened up about the miscarriage on an episode of ITV 's Drama Queens. The reality TV show follows several soap stars and gives viewers an insight into their lives off-screen. In a clip from an episode that aired last year, Lucy said: "In the first year that me and Ryan were together I fell pregnant for the first time." Lucy said that they were "really excited," before adding: "And we booked a scan and we ... I feel like I'm gonna get upset." It's believed that she takes a moment to compose herself and is subsequently seen stating in the video ahead of the next episode: "We went for the first scan and I didn't expect that anything would be wrong and [the nurse] told us that there was no heartbeat. That the baby had died." Lucy's most recent pregnancy announcement came just months after she revealed she wanted to extend her family, hinting that she and Ryan were ready to have a bigger family. During an episode of ITV's Drama Queens, Ryan stated that he wanted: "Maybe one more." While Lucy interrupted adding: "Two more." Ryan appeared to be determined as he said: "One for me, really." But Lucy was determined to get her point across as she fumed: "Two more. I have the uterus!" Their decision to discuss expanding their family came after Lucy reflected on the possibility of her Corrie character falling pregnant. She said to Ryan: "I read that next week I'm getting run over, and everyone thinks that I'm pregnant. Not me, but Bethany, but she's not pregnant." When asked if she thought being pregnant is something that Coronation Street bosses could bring to the show, she quipped: "God no! I've got one at home, I don't need one there! It's not what I need!" A month later, in September, Lucy confirmed she was having a little girl in an adorable gender reveal. Lucy took to Instagram to share footage of herself and Ryan discovering the sex of their unborn child. They were seen looking over her phone before displaying surprise with their facial expressions. She had her hands covering her face moments later and was subsequently seen wiping tears away from her eyes. The video went on to reveal the news to fans, with viewers shown a baby onesie that read "little sister" on the front.

"I know why I stayed - it was simple - because of all the wonderful people who work on Coronation Street." 4
