Latin superstar Maluma has publicly called out a mother in the audience at his latest concert.
The urban pop singer, 31, was performing in Mexico City at the weekend as part of his '+Pretty +Dirty' world tour, when he noticed a woman in the crowd holding a small baby.
Taking to his microphone, Maluma spoke directly to the woman who decided to bring her bub along, asking in Spanish, 'With all due respect, how old are they?'
He continued, 'A year old? Less? Do you think it's a good idea to bring a one-year-old baby to a concert where the decibels are this f**king high? Where is the sound this loud? That baby doesn't even know what it's doing here.'
Maluma, who welcomed his first child in March last year, issued a warning to the mother, urging her to 'be a bit more aware.'
'Next time, protect their ears or something. For real. It's heavy. It's your responsibility. You're waving them around like they're a toy,' he said.
'That baby doesn't want to be there, for real. I'm telling you with all love and respect, now that I'm a father … would never bring them to a concert. For the next time, be a bit more aware.'
Maluma, whose real name is Juan Luis Londoño Arias, has collaborated with the likes of The Weeknd, Madonna and Shakira since his mainstream breakthrough with his 2015 album Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy.
He made his feature film debut in the 2022 rom-com Marry Me, playing the love interest of Jennifer Lopez's character.
The star and his long-term girlfriend, Susana Gomez, welcomed daughter Paris last year.
Taking to Instagram at the time, Maluma described his new baby as the 'love of our lives'.
'On March 9th at 8:23 A.M. the love of our lives Paris Londoño Gomez was born,' he wrote in Spanish.
'Thank you all for your birthday messages and well wishes.
'Susana. Love: Thank you for fulfilling my biggest dream of being a Father, I will never forget that moment.'

British singer Lewis Capaldi says he was ghosted by Justin Bieber: ‘Text me back, please'

Lewis Capaldi has revealed that he was ghosted by a huge A-list singer, as he opened up on the shock snub. The Scottish singer opened up about a night out with pop sensation Justin Bieber at a star-studded bash, but says the Baby singer failed to message him back. Lewis, 28, said that he and Justin had exchanged numbers but after dropping him a message the following day, Lewis was left with no reply. Chatting to Chris Stark on Capital Breakfast, Before You Go singer Lewis revealed: 'It was amazing, there was famous people, Charli xcx was there, Justin Bieber was there. 'Justin Bieber comes over and said 'Hey man, what's going on?' And I said, 'You don't remember my name?' And he said, 'Of course I do, you're Lewis Capaldi.' 'Me and Bieber had this super night together, like really lovely evening together. We didn't spend the night together, but we hung out and I'm like, 'Me and the Biebs are gonna be best pals, this is huge.'' But things didn't turn out as planned for the singers, as Lewis continued: 'And he's like, 'Man, make sure I get your number tomorrow.'' 'I text him maybe the most sucking up his a*** text. I said, 'Just wanted to jump on, bro, last night was so special, great guy, so nice to hang out with you, such a dude.' 'He likes it and doesn't reply. So if you're out there Bieber, wherever you are, text me back, please. Bieber aired me.' Scots singer Lewis made his long-anticipated return to Glastonbury this summer, two years after he broke down on the very same stage. Capaldi, who had Tourette's, took a two-year hiatus from performing after his 2023 Glasto set saw him tear up and suffer repeated tics. But he made an emotional return as he swaggered onto the stage as a crowd of more than 100,000 people chanted his name. The Bathgate-born popstar told fans the past two years had been 'difficult' but admitted he had unfinished business to resolve. He said: 'Glastonbury, it's so good to be back. I'm not gonna say much up here today because if I do, I think I'll probably start crying. 'But I said it's just amazing to be here with you all, and I can't thank you all enough for coming out and coming and seeing me.' Making light of his 2023 performance, which he was forced to cut short, he said: 'Second time's a charm on this one, everybody. 'It's just a short set today, but I just wanted to come and finish what I couldn't finish the first time.' Festival-goers teared up and chanted 'Oh Lewis Capaldi' as he treated them to the surprise 35-minute set with hits like Before You Go and Hold Me While You Wait.

Pierce Brosnan's son pops up in rare red carpet appearance

Pierce Brosnan's son Dylan Brosnan is one tall lad. The 28-year-old towered over his famous dad in a sweet red carpet appearance Thursday. The father-son duo stepped out for a New York City screening of Pierce's forthcoming movie, The Thursday Murder Club, posing for pictures together at the Plaza Hotel before heading to the Paris Theater, per Page Six. For the outing, the 72-year-old actor, most famous for his portrayal of James Bond, looked dapper in a cream-coloured suit jacket, which he wore buttoned and atop a matching shirt. He completed his sleek ensemble with a black polka-dot tie, a black pocket square, black slacks and black dress shoes. Meanwhile, Dylan — a filmmaker who graduated from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts in May 2020 — opted for a more retro, loose-fitting Gray suit, which he wore unbuttoned and paired with a white collared shirt, black-and-white-striped tie and black dress shoes. He wore his brown shoulder-length hair combed back in a wispy 'do. The pair stood next to each other with one arm wrapped around the other and one hand in a pant pocket as the shutterbugs snapped away. Pierce shares Dylan and his 24-year-old brother, Paris Brosnan, with his wife, Keely Shaye Smith. The Golden Globe nominee was joined by both Dylan and Paris in his June film, The Unholy Trinity, which marked the siblings' big-screen debut. 'To be able to share that with them is a gift of time and memory,' Pierce told People at the time, describing the emotion as 'beautiful.' 'We always stayed together tight as a family unit during the days of James Bond, and now, of course, as they're older, here to be able to make movies with Dad,' he added, emphasising that he 'would jump into the trenches any day of the week with' his sons, as the trio travels 'well together.' Pierce shared his daughter, Charlotte Brosnan, and sons Christopher Brosnan, 52, and Sean Brosnan, 41, with his first wife, Cassandra Harris, who died of ovarian cancer in December 1991. She was 43. Charlotte died of the same disease in June 2013 at the age of 41.

Denzel Washington gives his brutally honest take on Oscars after Gladiator II snub

Denzel Washington doesn't care about those shiny gold trophies. The Fences actor, 70, recently explained why winning an Oscar isn't important to him in his career. 'I don't do it for Oscars. I don't care about that kind of stuff,' he said on Jake's Takes while promoting his new film, Highest 2 Lowest. 'I've been at this a long time, and there's time when I won and shouldn't have won and then didn't win and should've won,' Washington added, per the New York Post. 'Man gives the award. God gives the reward.' Despite being nominated nine times and taking home two wins at the award ceremony, Washington noted: 'I'm not that interested in Oscars.' 'People ask me, 'Where do I keep it?' Well, next to the other one. I'm not bragging! Just telling you how I feel about it,' he said. 'On my last day, [Oscars] aren't going to do me a bit of good.' Washington won Oscars in 1990 for Glory and in 2002 for Training Day. He was also nominated for his performances in Cry Freedom, Malcolm X, The Hurricane, Flight, Fences, Roman J. Israel, Esq. and The Tragedy of Macbeth. Earlier this year, Washington was snubbed by the Academy for his performance in Gladiator II. He was expected to get into the Best Supporting Actor race, especially after scoring nominations at the 2025 Golden Globes and 2025 Critics Choice Awards. When asked how he felt about the snub in February, Washington sarcastically told the New York Times: 'Are you kidding me? Awww. Oh, I'm so upset.' 'Listen, I've been around too long. I've got — I don't wanna say other fish to fry, but there's a reality at this age,' he added. 'The beginning of wisdom is understanding. I'm getting wiser, working on talking less and learning to understand more — and that's exciting.' Three months after the Oscars snub, Washington failed to get nominated for a Tony Award for his performance in Othello, which generated controversy for its high ticket costs. Last year, Washington made headlines for saying he plans to retire after his slew of upcoming acting projects, including Black Panther 3. 'I don't know how many more films I'm going to make. Probably not that many,' he said during an interview with Australia's Today show. 'I want to do things I haven't done,' Washington added.
