Kaizer Chiefs: NINE Amakhosi stars heading out!
Kaizer Chiefs are going to trimming their squad in the next transfer window.
Kaizer Chiefs have lined up several top Bafana Bafana stars, Sundowns stars as well as these PSL rival players and Orlando Pirates' targets.
So, while thos serves as good news for Amakhosi fans, it is not good news for the current crop of players. This means that several players will be offloaded – some on loan and some permanently.
FULL LIST OF CHIEFS STARS HEADING OUT
Fiacre Ntwari
Aden McCarthy (Loan)
Zitha Kwinika
Happy Mashiane
George Matlou
Edson Castillo
Mduduzi Mdantsane
Ranga Chivaviro
Ntwari is linked with a likely exit, as reported on The South African. Moreover, his possible replacement/s have already been identified with these THREE goalkeepers on Chiefs' radar.
Meanwhile, McCarthy recently made his Amakhosi debut in the PSL. However, he does not form a part of Nasreddine Nabi's immediete plans. So, the club is keen to give him experience and some much needed playing time. So, he will likely leave on loan in the next transfer window.
In defence, Inacio Miguel and Rushwin Dortley have established themselves as the first choice centre back pairing under Nabi. With Given Msimango, Bradley Cross and Edmilson Dove stepping into the heart of defence when needed. Therefore, Zitha Kwinika and McCarthy are unlikely to play at Chiefs in the future, as reported on KickOff.
Furthermore, the same publication stated that Mashiane, Castillo and Matlou are all likely heading out of Naturena. Moreover, Mdantsane, who is currently on loan to with PSL rivals Richards Bay, is set to be released at the end of the season.
Moreover, midfielder Potsane has been transfer listed by Chiefs.
Finally, striker Chivaviro is set to make way for one or two red hot attacking targets.

Rugby World Cup 1995 I The Rainbow Nation's time to shine and not even Jonah Lomu could stop it
Victorous captain Francois Pienaar of teh 1995 Springboks led the country to our first Rugby World Cup by famously beating the All Blacks at Ellis Park On June 24. Photo: AFP Image: AFP When Sean Fitzpatrick woke up on the morning of the 1995 World Cup final, he parted the curtains of his hotel room in Sandton, Johannesburg, and his heart sank. Outside was a small army of South African fans, brandishing placards along the lines of 'This is our day, you are going to lose.' On the way to the match at Ellis Park, there was the chilling sight of fans with 'voodoo dolls' of the tournament's star performer, the blockbusting All Black wing Jonah Lomu. The dolls had ropes around their necks. Of course, these fans were extremists but that kind of behaviour summed up the passion that swept across South Africa. Rugby World Cup 1995 | In retrospective Image: Independent Media Fitzpatrick said in his autobiography that he understood that New Zealand were up against way more that the Springbok rugby team. This was a country that had emerged from sporting isolation only two years before and had just ventured into democratic elections, a seismic shift for the African continent and one of the most significant developments of the 20th Century. Fitzpatrick said that when he saw Nelson Mandela wearing Francois Pienaar's No 6 jersey, his heart sank still further. 'It felt like we were being set up,' Fitzpatrick said. 'The stars lined up for South Africa and we felt that that something bigger than rugby was happening in the country.' The Kiwis were, nevertheless, the strong favourites for the final. While the Boks had doggedly fought their way through their pool games, and the quarter and semi-finals, the All Blacks had obliterated all in front of them. Lomu was the juggernaut symbol of their team but they were way bigger and better than one man. Coached by Laurie Mains, the Kiwis had been building towards this Word Cup since losing their crown to Australia in 1991. They had won the inaugural World Cup in 1987, in New Zealand. They had strong form going into the '95 World Cup, momentum and a galaxy of stars. They had put almost 150 points past Japan in a pool game and smashed tournament favourites England in their semi-final. Few thought the Boks had a chance but the atmosphere in Ellis Park that day leveled the playing field. Before kick-off, helicopters circled the ground, displaying the flags of the 16 competing nations, but that was just a warm up. A jumbo jet was on its way and when it roared over the ground, Fitzpatrick's dread sank into his boots.

Kaizer Chiefs eye intriguing deal for star in Serbia
Kaizer Chiefs have sent their scouting network to Serbia in the hunt for new talent in the striking department. 25-year-old Angolan star Laurindo Dilson Aurelio, aka Depu, is on loan at Serbian side Vojvodina from Portugal's Gil Vicente. The striker has also played club football in Angola with Petro de Luanda. 25-year-old Angolan striker Laurindo Dilson Aurelio has zero goals and one assist in 24 league games in Serbia last season. Not the most mind-blowing record. He did, however, excel for Angola in a recent Cosafa Cup match against Bafana. Four new youngsters in the squad As you'll know by now, Chiefs are heading to the land of Dennis Bergkamp, Virgil van Dijk and Wesley Sneijder for their European pre-season tour adventure. The Glamour Boys jet out on 03 July and conclude the tour on 19 July. It should be a fun fortnight! George Matlou, somewhat surprisingly, will be on the flight. 'Mayele will only come to South Africa for a holiday and Amapiano' At the start of 2024-2025, Mdu Shabalala was a critical component in the Chiefs side, operating from the number 10 role. His output was healthy, too. However, that has dwindled dramatically. In 27 league appearances last season, he only got four goals and an assist. Click for the story Is Depu worth chasing?
