Mo Gilligan 'has secret child with model and expecting second with girlfriend'

Metro31-07-2025
Comedian and TV presenter Mo Gilligan is reported to have secretly fathered a child earlier this year following a short-term relationship with model Selina Christoforou.
In addition, he is now said to be expecting another baby with his current partner, wellness influencer Taia Tulher, who is due in just a matter of weeks.
According to The Sun, the Masked Singer judge, 37, had a brief romance with Christoforou in 2023, after the pair connected via social media. Their son, named Rudi, was born in January 2024.
While Gilligan has not publicly commented on the reports, sources claimed to the publication he sees the child 'semi-regularly.'
'Selina found out she was pregnant in May last year,' a source told The Sun. 'It was a surprise for them both… but she chose to have the baby, and she absolutely adores him.'
The comedian, who first gained attention through viral online comedy clips before landing primetime TV gigs, has reportedly been in a relationship with Tulher for nearly two years.
While the couple has not confirmed their relationship publicly, it's believed they now live together in London and are preparing for the arrival of their child in the coming weeks.
In a Mother's Day Instagram post in March, Tulher shared her pregnancy news with a poetic caption, though she did not name her partner. 'Today, I carry the love that made me… and the love I've only just begun to understand,' she wrote.
The comedian previously dated actress Sophie Wise for four years, before their relationship ended in late 2022. Around the same time, reports surfaced that he had joined celebrity dating app Raya.
Despite a few career setbacks in 2023 – including the end of The Lateish Show after four series and the cancellation of his BBC programme That's My Jam – Gilligan remains a familiar face on UK screens.
Alongside his role as a judge on The Masked Singer, he is a regular on Celebrity Gogglebox and has co-hosted The Big Narstie Show.
He has also been candid about his mental health challenges over the years.
In a recent episode of Jamie Laing's Great Company podcast, Gilligan discussed the emotional toll of sudden fame and financial success, revealing that therapy played a key role in helping him reconnect with himself. More Trending
'I lost myself… I got the big cheque, but I wasn't in the happiest place,' he said. 'I didn't cry in my twenties. I put up a wall. And when I got depressed, it all came out.'
In 2022, Gilligan used his BAFTA TV Awards acceptance speech to thank Channel 4 for giving him a platform during a difficult time in his life: 'When I got offered a show, my mental health wasn't in the best place,' he said. 'Channel 4 let me be myself and bring Black boy joy to the screens.'
Representatives for Gilligan have been contacted for comment.

There was a big fall out after Katie wasn't allowed to go to Princess' 18th birthday party, hosted by her ex, and her daughter's dad, Peter Andre. In part one of the fourth episode of The Princess Diaries, Princess was asked by her famous father who she wanted at her party - and it appeared to not include Katie. In a conversation at the family home, Peter asked his teenage daughter: "You do know your birthday's in, like, less than a week. "It's about what are we going to do for your birthday?" After some hesitation from Princess, the Mysterious Girl singer asked: "You don't want a big party?" She then replied: " It's not that I don't want a big party, but it's just, like… ..I'd rather ..have, like, a sit-down meal with you, like, just the family, like, in the household." This could be seen as a snub to mum Katie, as she isn't part of the "household". Princess turned 18 back in June, and at the time Katie claimed she wasn't invited because she had been banned from appearing in The Princess Diaries. Speaking on her The Katie Price Show podcast at the time, she said: "Everyone knows she's doing this documentary - and I'm not in it. Princess Andre takes TWO subtle swipes at mum Katie Price as she reveals what she will NEVER do to follow in her footsteps "Certain people don't think it's good for Princess to be seen with me. Certain people that used to look after me." Her sister Sophie chipped in: "You aren't on brand Katie. You are too risky Katie that's why." Katie then said: "It's pathetic. I'm her mother. "I'm just saying, Princess was like 'I'm having a party'. And I wasn't invited because it was for 'filming.'" 5 Katie previously talked about not being invited to Princess' party Credit: Getty Sophie added: "Oh of course it was! I wonder what restaurant did that for free." Continuing the rant, Katie said: "The fact is there's stuff my daughter is doing and I'm not allowed to be seen at any of it." The Sun revealed how the documentary has caused a huge rift between Princess and her famous mum. Katie previously vented about those working with her daughter after The Sun revealed her secret heartache about being cut out of her TV show. She even vowed not to watch her daughter's reality show, after feeling left out of such an important thing in Princess' life. Earlier this week, Katie shared a cryptic message saying "your mum is not your enemy". Sharing a quote on her Instagram stories, Katie urged that as a mum she is "not trying to control" but instead "trying to protect" The quote also acknowledged how she "may not be perfect" but is "the only woman in this world" who wants the best for her children.

'Like, when I found out Pete was doing Strictly, the first thing I did was ring him and see if he was okay. 'Because me and him are more 'stand in the corner, drink and have a laugh' than the 'centre of the dance floor' people.' She added: 'He was really nervous, and I think that's how I'll be. Stunning DAZN presenters refuse to bow to colleague's criticism with summer holiday photos

A group of DAZN football presenters who have come in for heavy criticism from a colleague for their choice of outfits while on air have refused to change their ways. Eleonora Incardona, 34, Giusy Meloni, 26, Diletta Leotta, 33 - who is the wife of former Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius - and Maria Luisa Jacobelli, 33, have become recognisable names around the world thanks to their football coverage. The group all work for the Italian arm of DAZN's football coverage but came in for criticism from fellow football presenter Valentina Maceri, 31, who presents Champions League coverage for Swiss broadcaster Blue. She said the quartet's outfits, which have generated traction online, demonstrated little professionalism and said they 'lack style and class', before Maceri launched a personal attack on Incardona. Maceri, 31, said: 'Incardona mainly presents the betting odds. And she does it very sexy. Sometimes vulgarly.' Now, the group have posted images of themselves on their summer holidays, as they enjoyed some time off before the 2025-26 football seasons begins. Incardona sported a striking figure in a yellow bikini while another snap showed her taking in a sunset in a pink Versace dress. Meanwhile, Leotta, the wife of former Reds shot-stopper Karius, turned on the style in a patterned floral bikini while enjoying some time away in Sicily Jacobelli uploaded a fiery shot of her climbing out of a swimming pool in a black bikini while on holiday in Monaco. Incardona sported a striking figure in a yellow bikini while another snap showed her taking in a sunset in a pink Versace dress. Meanwhile, Leotta, the wife of former Reds shot-stopper Karius, turned on the style in a patterned floral bikini while enjoying some time away in Sicily. Meloni also looked in holiday mode as she posed with a brown bra, floral clutch and light-blue ripped jeans in a picture uploaded to her Instagram page last weekend. Despite earning some detractors for her clothing choices in a professional environment, Incardona was unphased. Speaking to Global Networker, she said: 'Style is clearly part of your personal and professional identity. 'How does fashion empower you in high-stakes, male-dominated environments like sports broadcasting? Fashion is my language. 'It helps me express who I am and feel confident, even in male-dominated or high-pressure environments. 'I never give up my femininity — on the contrary, I use it as a strength. When you feel good in your skin, you're ready for anything.' Incardona's comments come after Munich-based fashion expert and stylist Sonja Grau delivered a blunt verdict on one of Incardona's recent outfits - a skimpy, figure-hugging black dress. Grau did not hold back, labelling the presenter's outfit a no-go for the professional sports stage. 'It doesn't make a serious impression,' Grau told Bild. 'This is perfectly acceptable in leisure time, depending on the situation - for example, at the beach or a lake. 'But Ms. Incardona was in the business world, and that's not professional in any way and has nothing to do with style. 'Bare midriffs and that low neckline don't belong in the office either. It's fine in her free time, but everyone has to decide for themselves what they want to score with.'
