£3m star joins, Kuhn leaves, 21 y/o talent signs - Celtic's dream XI if the latest transfer rumours are true
The return of Scotland international Kieran Tierney was sealed last month, while ex-Celtic academy product Ross Doohan also arrived on a free transfer from Aberdeen. The arrival of £1.2million 'bargain' Benjamin Nygren from FC Nordsjælland saw the champions open up the cheque book for the first time this summer - though it is not expected to be the last time they dip into the pot. Youngster Callum Osmand has also arrived following the expiry of his contract at Fulham.
Elsewhere, links to Royal Antwerp winger Michel-Ange Balikwisha continue to rumble on, while Celtic continue to look for strikers as they aim to add to their striking options. Cameron Carter-Vickers was linked with a £20million move to Sunderland earlier in the window, though these rumours have died down, but Nicolas Kuhn looks set to depart Parkhead this month after reports claimed Celtic had agreed a fee of £16.5million with Italian side Como.
With so the rumours continuing to float around, Celtic's squad could have a completely new look when the season gets underway on August 3 against St Mirren.

Giuseppe Ambrosino moves Celtic transfer goalposts as Louis Munteanu mystery cleared up
Brendan Rodgers is still looking for more firepower ahead of next week's Champions League playoff first leg Celtic-linked Giuseppe Ambrosino has made a U-turn on his future at Napoli. The Italy Under-21 youth star is one of many strikers thought to be on the radar of Parkhead scouts. However, Celts aren't the only club keeping tabs on the youngster, who is out of contract next summer. Serie A rivals Cremonese have been leading the chase to prize Ambrosino away from the Scudetto winners. Cremonese were confident of securing a loan deal with an option to buy but Ambrosino has now moved the goalposts. The in-demand attacker spent last season with Frosinone in Serie B where he chipped in with five goals and four assists. Meanwhile another forward Celtic have been linked with has dropped out of CFR Cluj's Europa League squad. Romanian hitman Louis Munteanu netted 25 goals last term and was reportedly the subject of a Hoops bid in January. French sides Nice and Lille have also been monitoring the goal machine - who previously insisted that he's happy in Romania. However, it emerged tonight that the 23-year-old has not travelled to Portugal for Thursday's Europa League showdown with Braga. That prompted rumours that Munteanu could be edging towards an exit. But Cluj president Cristi Balaj quelled the speculation by revealing Munteanu had been ruled out through injury. He told DigiSport: "Louis Munteanu has a minor muscle problem. It's a contracture. When you have a contracture and you don't follow the treatment for a few days, you risk a muscle tear." NI's Hume signs contract extension with Sunderland
Trai Hume says he wants to "keep making memories" with Sunderland after signing a long-term contract extension with the Premier League Bundesliga side Wolfsburg had reportedly shown an interest in the Northern Ireland defender, but he has committed his future to the Black Cats until moved to the Stadium of Light from Irish Premiership club Linfield in January 2022 and played a role in the club's promotion to the Championship that 23-year-old full-back has become an integral part of the team, making 47 appearances with three goals last season as Sunderland secured a return to the Premier League with a 2-1 win over Sheffield United in May's play-off final at interest from other clubs, Hume - who has 19 caps and worn the captain's armband for Northern Ireland - was always keen to remain on Wearside."The club has shown faith in me with this new contract in the Premier League, which is where I want to be," said Hume, who has made 123 appearances for the Black Cats."I arrived at Sunderland in League One and I just wanted to play football - I wasn't thinking about promotions or the Premier League, but this is a massive club and that means there is always going to be opportunities.
