Daily Mail08-05-2025
Holly Hagan has revealed that she finds discussing her weight 'triggering' as she opened up to fans in a new Q&A on Instagram on Thursday.
The reality star, 32, admitted she is 'not at her lightest weight right now' as she gave her 4million followers an update on her life.
Holly also discussed why she quit glamour modelling after posing topless for a number of magazines back in 2012.
One fan asked the Geordie Shore star, 'You look so good but to put it into context what do you weigh, you look 8st.'
She replied in a video: 'I've never been eight stone in my entire life I don't think, I don't even think when I was a child that I was eight stone.
'So I don't tend to share my weight because I always find it quite triggering when other people share their weight and I'm like "oh what can I do to get down to that weight" and it still triggers me a bit in that way.
The reality star, 32, admitted she is 'not at her lightest weight right now' as she gave her 4million followers an update on her life
'Everybody is different, everybody's body composite is different and yeah I just refrain from sharing it.
'But I will tell you that the lightest weight that I've ever been in my adult life is nine stone three, and I am not at my lightest right now and I don't think I'll ever be back at my lightest ever again.'
Another fans asked Holly, what made her quit the glamour modelling industry as she revealed that she loved being on the front page of many men's magazines including Nuts.
She explained: 'They were the best years ever, I loved nothing more than doing a glamour shoot and I always felt so amazing.
'Even though I wasn't like one of the slimmest girls there and I always felt a bit self conscious, those pictures always made me feel so good about myself and I always felt so glamorous and so looked after.
'It was always such a positive experience. The only reason I stopped doing it was because the magazines ended, they died as they did with all magazines.
'I'd still be doing it now if I could, not that Jacob would be very happy with that, but I absolutely loved that whole experience.'
Elsewhere in the Q&A, Holly revealed she 'absolutely loves' wearing her hearing aids that she got from Boots.
She explained: 'They were the best years ever, I loved nothing more than doing a glamour shoot and I always felt so amazing. Even though I wasn't like one of the slimmest girls there and I always felt a bit self conscious, those pictures always made me feel so good'
She said: 'I love my hearing aids, absolutely love them. There is nothing I love more than this little piece of kit.
'So these are the Phonac something, they're absolutely brilliant and I got them from Boots and my god are they amazing.
'If I ever want to listen to a podcast I don't have to find Airpods they're already in my ears and same if I ever want to listen to music it's just in my ears It's absolutely incredible.'
It comes after last month Holly showed off her figure in a snake print bikini i n Dubai following her three stone weight loss.
The TV personality has been on a mission to 'reduce her BBL naturally' after gaining weight during pregnancy.
Holly, who welcomed son Alpha-Jax in June 2023, posed for an Instagram update as she detailed her exercise journey.
Flaunting her hard work in front of the sunset, she wrote: 'Serving self indulgent with a hint of sunset.
'I've been working so hard to reduce this bbl naturally over the last few years and let's be honest the bbl is still bbling and probably always will but adding some heavy resistance sessions has helped so much!
'The fact that i can squat over my body weight, hip thrust big weights and actually feel fit and strong is amazing.'
In January, Holly showcased her incredible three stone weight loss in before and after snaps as she posed in new Instagram snaps
Holly continued: 'I'll be honest, fitness never used to be my goal, in the past my goal was always skinny. And I didn't care how I got there.
'But now being able to eat all the foods I love every day, and not having a complete meltdown about this last minute trip because I didn't have time to starve before hand has been so freeing.
'Learning to live a balanced and active life has been an absolute game changer. But it wasn't a one time thing. You can't unlearn 25 years of diet culture in a year. It takes time.
'When my clients leave and come back a few months later and feel disheartened they couldn't stick to it I want you to know it's completely normal.
'It takes time and to give yourself some grace if you are on a fat loss journey each time you restart you have learnt something from the last!'
The Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) — also known as butt augmentation with fat grafting — rose to popularity in the mid-2010s.
It is done by extracting fat from one area of the body — such as the waist or inner thigh — and implanting it into the buttocks.

The blonde bombshell — who also suffered a wild outfit malfunction in July — completed her sizzling look with a chunky gold Chanel choker and another matching chain. Her golden hair was shielded with a straw cowboy hat, and her eyes covered with sunglasses. It comes after the star suffered yet another wardrobe malfunction while attending the 2025 ESPY Awards in July. The braless star suffered a mishap as her dress pulled to the side, resulting in a nip slip. The model was pictured fixing the issue as she adjusted the neckline with both her hands. Later she was seen holding her dress in place while walking onto the stage alongside Joey Logano. The incident comes after Brooks also encountered a wardrobe malfunction at Wimbledon, when her menstrual cycle began, causing bleeding that became visible on her white skirt. Bec Judd offers to sell her luxe Melbourne mansion for a staggering $70m

Bec Judd has named the price it would take to sell her family home in Melbourne's Brighton. The AFL WAG took to social media on Sunday to share an image from the lavish property she shares with husband Chris, and their four children. In the accompanying caption, the 42-year-old revealed the eye-watering amount it would take her family to relocate from the desirable bayside property. 'No, we are not selling. But if somebody wants to pay 10 times market rates, then sure, it's all yours,' she wrote. Bec and Chris moved into the $7.3million mansion in December 2019. They have since conducted extensive renovation work on the property, increasing its value, including installing an extra bedroom and rumpus room. The power couple originally purchased the sprawling house in March 2018, and commenced a complete makeover before moving in. A gallery of photos shared to Instagram showed the backyard pool area under construction. After building was completed, the space was transformed into an entertainment oasis, with rendered rock, a magnesium pool and an outdoor kitchen. Other improvements on the lavish property include replacing the mansion's aesthetic and apricot colour palette with stylish greys and blacks, adding modern touches like gold brass fittings, marble and steel doors. The couple kept the home's defining architectural feature, its arches, and used this shape as a theme throughout the interior. Also inside the home is a gym, and a wet bar complete with a snooker table. Highlights include an ensuite bathroom featuring a giant arch-shaped mirror that reflects the Spanish colonial architecture. The influencer's fondness for gold brass fittings, black frames and marble continues in the bathrooms. 'No, we are not selling. But if somebody wants to pay 10 times market rates, then sure, it's all yours,' she wrote Bec and Chris share four children; daughter Billie, 11, son Oscar, 14, and twins Darcy and Tom, nine. It follows reports the pair sold their beautiful renovated Mornington Peninsula property, which was listed on the market for $2.85million to $3million. In May, Bec and Chris finalised the sale of the stunning property for an undisclosed sum. Marshall White Stonnington director Ben Veith oversaw the sale and told the Judds were happy with the process, labelling it a 'good result'. He added Bec had had significant input into the renovation process of the beloved property: 'This was genuinely designed by Bec, and it speaks for itself.' They first purchased the Arthur's Seat property in 2016 and spent several years turning the 1970s-built brick house into a family retreat, with the help of The Melbourne Builder & Co.
