CORONATION Street star Charlotte Jordan has revealed she has landed a brand new soap job after quitting the ITV show.
The actress - who plays Daisy Midgeley - quit Corrie after four years, exclusively telling The Sun earlier this year that she wanted to "explore new opportunities".

Speaking on today's This Morning, Charlotte revealed she has already bagged a brand new job, despite only filming her last scenes last month.
Although she admitted she "couldn't say too much", the actress revealed she was heading over to the airwaves to be part of the cast of Radio 4's, The Archers.
The radio drama - which is the world's longest running soap - follows the residents of the fictional farming community of Ambridge.
While she couldn't reveal more about her character, Charlotte admitted she was "looking forward to a fresh start".
Speaking about her last day of filming Coronation Street, she said: "I cried a lot on my last day - it was on and off sobbing for hours."
Fans will also be thrilled to hear that bosses have "left the door open" for her.
QUITTING THE COBBLES
In January, Charlotte shocked fans when she announced she was leaving Corrie.
In an emotional statement, she said: 'My time at Coronation Street is something I'll always cherish,' she said at the time.
'It's been a privilege to be part of a wonderful institution with even more wonderful colleagues who have taught me so much.
'After a brilliant four years for Daisy, it's time for me to start a new chapter and explore other opportunities.'
The Sun then revealed last month how Charlotte had filmed her final scenes for the soap.
Fans will have to wait until the summer to see how she will wave goodbye to the cobbles,
A source said: 'Charlotte wrapped her time on the cobbles and had a leaving party recently.
'It was very lowkey as she wanted. She'll be very missed.'
PLAYING DAISY
Since arriving in 2020, Charlotte's character Daisy has been part of the soap's biggest moments including her stalking ordeal and a plot which saw her take over the Rovers with stolen money.
She won the British Soap Award for Best Dramatic Performance after Daisy was the victim of a wedding day acid attack by Justin Rutherford (Andrew Still).
At Christmas, Daisy discovered she was pregnant with the baby of ex Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) or new lover Kit Green (Jacob Roberts).
After lying to Daniel that it was his baby, Daisy suffered a miscarriage and revealed that Kit was the true father.
She has reunited with Daniel since as her exit storyline kicks into gear.
A source added: 'Charlotte has loved her time on the cobbles but is young, ambitious and hungry to see what else is out there for her.
'She told bosses last April that her next contract would be her last, giving them a year to craft an exciting exit storyline.

Emmerdale and Coronation Street face major changes
Peter Fincham was the former Director of Television at ITV before Kevin Lygo took over. Fincham has suggested that, due to budget concerns at ITV, Emmerdale could move filming away from Yorkshire and merge production with Coronation Street in Manchester. The ex-ITV boss has predicted that following the recent announcement of daytime changes at the broadcaster, it's likely executives are looking at similar measures for the two soaps. Read more here: Discussing the soaps on The TV Podcast, Fincham said: "You've got Coronation Street being made in Manchester, Emmerdale in Leeds. 'Could you imagine, rather like the daytime consolidation, that ITV will decide to have them both made in the same place under one umbrella? Big savings. 'You still keep Emmerdale set in Yorkshire, but it could be made in Manchester and Salford, which is a bigger hub for ITV. 'I don't think that's inconceivable — it might be being planned as we speak." Emmerdale is currently made in north Leeds, while Coronation Street is mostly filmed in MediaCity in Salford. As the ex-ITV boss adds: "The new hub for Coronation Street in Salford, it cost many, many millions of pounds and it was better facilities for all the people who worked on it in the old place in the middle of Manchester." "Both are uniquely set in Manchester and Leeds and that production model will continue for the long term. "It's pure speculation to say otherwise." The change follows news that ITV is making major changes to its daytime scheduling in 2026. The overhaul will see Good Morning Britain (GMB) extended by half an hour from January 2026, while Lorraine Kelly's morning talk show will be reduced to 30 minutes for 30 weeks of the year.

More info Opera singer Wynne Evans struggled to hold back tears as he opened up about the Strictly Come Dancing scandal that left him feeling suicidal during an emotional interview on This Morning. The 53-year-old Welsh singer has faced a turbulent few months after being dropped by the BBC following an apology saying that he used "inappropriate language" during the launch of the Strictly Come Dancing tour. On Wednesday, Wynne emotionally revealed that the "relentless" scandal had pushed him to his lowest point. Wynne said: "I've had clinical depression since 2016, I was diagnosed. I want to talk about it today because I want other people to find strength from that. It took me to the darkest point in my life." (Image: ITV) Choking back tears, he recalled the devastating moment he told his girlfriend, to whom he recently got engaged to: "I remember saying to my girlfriend: 'I have to kill myself, I have to...'" Wynne's voice cracked as he fought to compose himself. He credited his loved ones for their unwavering support during his darkest hour, saying: "I was on the crisis team for a month, and they just looked after me the whole time", reports Wales Online. "My friends, family, and girlfriend had a rota so they could be with me 24 hours a day, sitting up with me because it was just so relentless." Wynne also shared a heart-wrenching conversation with his daughter: "I said to my daughter: 'I'm sorry I brought shame on the family' because even though I didn't do what they said I did, I still brought all these headlines. "She just said: 'Look, dad, I know you, you're just this kind person, and I just want you to know that I can see the video, I've seen it for myself, I know exactly what you said.' They've been utterly brilliant and my girlfriend's been fantastic as well." "He was also provided with direct access to a designated contact at the BBC who was available to assist him at anytime. The interview comes as the Welsh opera singer, known for the insurance advertisements, announced last month that he will no longer be a BBC Radio Wales presenter. Wynne revealed in January that he would be taking some time out from both his radio show and the Strictly tour to prioritise his wellbeing. A spokesperson for the BBC recently said: "Wynne Evans is not under contract with the BBC. He is not returning to the mid-morning show on BBC Radio Wales, and there are currently no plans to work with him." "These past few months, your love has been the light in my darkest days. Wynne thanked his fans and said he would have an online programme called The Wynne Evans Show, which he called "terrifying". "This is our next adventure. And I need you more than ever," he added. In January, he announced: "I've agreed with the BBC that I'll take some time out from my radio show and the Strictly Live tour, as well as my other public commitments, to prioritise my wellbeing. "I am deeply sorry for the pain my inappropriate actions have caused, and plan to take this time for self-reflection.
