As the reporter attempted to outline the unfolding riots in the American city, a furious resident also appeared on screen shouting out swear words - which the camera clearly picked up.
Noel, who was clad in safety protection gear as rioters battled cops over immigration raids, then said: "I do apologise for language you are hearing, tensions are very high here."
Good Morning Britain favourite Ranvir then cut in and addressed the "profanities" broadcast before she apologised.
She said: "I'm just going to interrupt that - I think we could hear some profanities going on near Noel."
She continued: "Of course we can't really broadcast this at 8.09am but we are going to try to get back to him," before cutting the live broadcast and instead introducing a pre-recorded segment Noel had filmed on the standoff.
One fan was quick to flag the incident on social media and raged: "Nearly choked on my cornflakes! Never expected that bystander's sweary rant on @GMB."
Noel was hit by a rubber bullet yesterday while reporting on the riots.
Later in the show, he told how he was doing "much better than I was" after being pelted by the golf ball size device, which left a "huge wound."
POTUS Donald Trump has sent 700 US Marines and another 2,000 National Guard troops to LA to defend the city from immigration raid riots.
Violent protests have spread across the US over the past 24 hours with lawless demonstrators arrested in California, New York and Texas.
GMB's Richard Madeley sparks concern as he reveals mystery injury live on TV
The City of Angels has been engulfed in anarchy over the past four days as rioters have burned cars and battled with cops.
A defiant Trump has called for a quick end to the protests so he can enforce his immigration policy.
The President has claimed LA - a sanctuary city - has now been "invaded" by illegal immigrants.
He raged "If they spit, we'll hit" after reports of masked rioters spitting in the face of cops emerged.

The decision to bolster up LA's police force was widely criticized by California's leadership.
Newsom and LA Mayor Karen Bass insisted the federal troops only escalated the peaceful protests into riots on Sunday night.

On Monday, show anchor Richard Madeley arrived on-set clad in an arm cast after fracturing his wrist twice while on holiday in France.

Peter Andre's strict rules for daughter Princess revealed amid Katie Price feud
Peter Andre has been praising his daughter's hard work on the four-part series and recently said he was 'strict' about what she could include in the show Peter Andre had a string of strict rules for his daughter daughter, Princess, who he shares with Katie Price, as she filmed her documentary series. Princess currently stars in her own ITV series, titled The Princess Diaries, where she gives fans a glimpse into her life in the spotlight and her childhood in the spotlight. Katie claimed she was banned from participating in the reality series, and the former glamour model shared her complaints on her podcast. Meanwhile, Peter has been praising his daughter's hard work on the four-part series and recently said he was 'strict' about what she could include in the series. In a recent chat, Peter said it was tough for him 'to cut that umbilical cord at 18' as he discussed his daughter becoming more independent as she turned 18. It comes as Princess Andre explains why she's not called her mum amid alleged 'feud'. Princess Andre explains why she's not called her mum amid alleged 'feud' "I was very strict about what she wasn't allowed to, you know, I didn't want didn't really want her doing a lot of stuff before she got to the age that she can do it herself," he tole the MailOnline. "I'm really proud of her. I think she's a really sweet person and I really hope people see that of her and I just want her to shine and, you know, I want her to just go on and just become her own little true gem." Peter also admitted he had struggled with 'letting go of the reigns' as Princess is still his 'baby'. He added: "They still say things that they've said when they were 10 or 1, like, they might be grown up in actual age, but they're still your baby." It comes after Peter slammed Katie on Instagram in a statement that read, "For 16 years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating. That ends today. "The latest comments about my children's welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight. For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood. "In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement. I have never made this public before, out of respect for my children. Unfortunately there are many more lies and baseless accusations I have yet to address. Those will now be dealt with in the coming months." Katie subsequently responded with a post that read, 'I know I will always be seen as a sinner. That's fair. I allowed myself to fall into a reliance on drugs and alcohol. At times I was not the mother I should have been while I struggled with mental illness. 'I have been at times a poor friend, an awful sibling, and an untrustworthy partner. I've self-medicated, been unfaithful, damaged myself and those that I love.' Not long after, Katie's ex-husband, Alex Reid leaked footage of her waving a wad of cash while bankrupt. She tells her and Peter's daughter, Princess, that her younger siblings, Pete's children with his wife Emily, were "irrelevant." Katie can be seen counting cash in the video, before asking her daughter whether singer Peter "go on about" her bankruptcy and finances "a lot". Peter was 'shocked' by the contents of the video, with a source telling the Mirror: "He's so shocked that she would do this in front of their young child and saying his young children are irrelevant. It's not about the money. How could a mother do that about young children?"
