NBA Star James Harden Responds to Fan Trolling After Paris Fashion Week
James Harden embraced a variety of off-court pursuits as the NBA offseason began. Among his recent activities, the LA Clippers standout made a striking appearance at Paris Fashion Week—this time not as a celebrity guest in the audience, but as a model confidently strutting down the runway.
The 11-time NBA All-Star traded the hardwood floor for a fashion runway as he walked for Willy Chavarria's Spring/Summer 2026 show.
The Mexican-American designer not only showcased his designs but also had a special collaboration with sneaker giant Adidas, which made Clippers shooting guard the perfect headliner for the show.
In a sportswear-centric section of the fashion show, the 2018 NBA Most Valuable Player showcased his signature dapper aura in a jersey-inspired T-shirt and baggy cargo shorts.
Harden's runway look exuded a major street-style vibe, sporting the new Adidas model, mid-calf socks and a paisley bandana worn under a black cap.
Adding a touch of mystery and swagger to his confident strut, he completed the outfit with dark sunglasses.
Unfortunately, his runway appearance didn't sit well with fans, with some pointing out his stiff walk and lack of typical model poise.
'It's a Paris Fashion Week runway and James Harden is here walking like an Optimus bot,' a user shared on X.
'James Harden walking at Paris Fashion Week like his knees only have one more NBA season left in them. Is retirement near for the superstar?' another post reads.
Instead of feeling bad about the criticism, the NBA superstar joined in the fun with a playful comment responding to the reactions.
'Runway Uno. Finally got the chance to walk the runway in Paris, especially thanks to @willychavarrianewyork. Y'all been frying my walk for 24 hours straight though chill,' he captioned his Instagram post, showing that he acknowledged the feedback.NBA Star James Harden Responds to Fan Trolling After Paris Fashion Week first appeared on Parade on Jun 30, 2025

Nearly three decades later, Adam Sandler reprises his role as Happy Gilmore, the short-tempered hockey player-turned-golfer. The movie ends with Gilmore winning the Tour Championship and reclaiming his grandmother's home. In the Netflix sequel, co-written by Sandler, Happy has left golf behind following a tragic accident. Sandler told Good Morning America that his character's 'life isn't perfect right now' — at least 'at the beginning of the movie.' He continued, 'And he's a family man, and he's gettin' back into the golf game." In addition to Sandler, the 2025 film also sees the return of several familiar faces, including Julie Bowen as Happy's love interest, Virginia Venit; Christopher McDonald as Shooter McGavin, Happy's arrogant nemesis; and Ben Stiller as Hal L., the orderly from Happy's grandmother's nursing home. Unfortunately, Carl Weathers was set to reprise his role as Derick 'Chubbs' Peterson before he passed away in February 2024. Of course, no Sandler movie is complete without his family. Cardi B Channels Dolly Parton With Bird's Nest Hairdo at the Balenciaga Fall 2025 Couture Show in Paris
Cardi B took a style cue from Dolly Parton with bombshell bird's nest hair at the Balenciaga fall 2025 couture show in Paris on Wednesday morning. The artist's voluminous hairdo reached new heights with foot-long extensions that were tied and teased on top of Cardi B's head; her ends maintained the shape of the wide-barrel rollers that formed them. The inky tresses stuck out behind her, falling from the BumpIt positioned on the crown of her head. TikTok-er-turned-pop star Addison Rae just sported the same dramatic aesthetic in the music video for her new hit, 'Times Like These,' which sees her undergo a major transformation from wet to wind-blown hair. Rae's grandiose style was designed by hair artist Lucas Wilson, whose client list includes models Gabbriette and Emily Ratajkowski. Cardi B's hair was most likely designed by Tokyo Stylez, her go-to hairstylist, with whom she's worked with on cover shoots and concert looks. Her makeup, on the other hand, bore a unique resemblance to trends from a later era. Her finely plucked, angled eyebrows, a burgeoning brow theme these days, harked back to the beauty aesthetics of the late '80s and early '90s, as did her bold red lip and shimmery purple shadow. Nothing about her visage spoke to the 'clean girl,' no-makeup trend that's consumed the online mecca since 2020. In fact, her made-up countenance drew comparisons to Doja Cat's punky makeup at the 2025 Met Gala in May. There, the 'Streets' vocalist wore aquatic shadow up to her skinny brows and matte lipstick in a dark crimson hue. For her fashion at the Balenciaga presentation, Cardi B donned a delicate long-sleeve, floral gown with intricate beading woven into the mesh fabric. She paired the sultry garment with sheer stockings and pointed-toe pumps. Elsewhere at the show, Lisa Rinna sported a relaxed, toned-down ensemble, consisting of a cocooning cobalt tracksuit and a straightened black bowl-cut wig similar to Anderson .Paak's signature 'do. How Christina Aguilera's ‘Burlesque' Style Has Evolved in 15 Years: From Classic Hollywood Flair to West End Edge
Christina Aguilera first showed the world how to burlesque in 2010, while starring as Ali Rose alongside Cher in Steve Antin's 'Burlesque' film. Now, 15 years later, the singer is back on the red carpets to promote a movie-to-stage adaptation of the project, signing as co-executive producer of 'Burlesque: The Musical' in London. Attending the musical premiere on Tuesday, Aguilera drew inspiration from the burlesque universe, known for its provocative allure, and arrived in a bondage-inspired minidress featuring extensive lace-up corset detailing. More from WWD How Lindsay Lohan Reimagined the Princess Look in Miu Miu for the 'Freakier Friday' Premiere Noah Cyrus Channels Amy Winehouse While Joining the Beehive Trend Revival Margaret Qualley Makes the Case for Summertime Knits at 'Happy Gilmore 2' Premiere The ensemble had intricate crisscross lacing throughout the bodice and sleeves, creating an armor-like appearance. Her beauty complemented the bold aesthetic, with her long, blond hair styled sleek and straight, and her makeup featuring dramatic contouring and a dark lip color. Aguilera's lingerie-inspired moment marks a departure from the singer's red-carpet wardrobe of 2010. Attending the London premiere of the film that year, the singer sported a more conservative look, wearing a black midi dress with draping and lace details from Zuhair Murad's spring 2011 collection. A furry stole completed her look, which would easily fit in TikTok's mob wife style trend. During the movie's promotional tour, Aguilera also walked the red carpet in Los Angeles in a strapless green dress from Elie Saab's fall 2008 collection, paired with sky-high Louboutin heels. The singer is also revisiting her wardrobe choices while promoting 'Burlesque: The Musical.' On Monday, during the musical's photo call in the West End, Aguilera wore a green dress from Versace's fall 2003 collection, which she had previously worn in a 2003 campaign for the Italian house shot by Steven Meisel. Aguilera currently works with stylist Chris Horan, who is also responsible for Charli XCX's wardrobe. Horan has dressed Aguilera in looks from Dolce & Gabbana, Acne Studios, Diesel, Celine and Marine Serre, among others. 'Burlesque: The Musical' officially opened on Tuesday at the West End in London, following previews that began on July 10 at the Savoy Theatre. The musical features songs by Aguilera and Sia.
