Ibiza Boss Jack Kay could earn six-figure salary this year with smart moves

Daily Record20 hours ago
Jack Kay, also known as the 'Ibiza Final Boss' went viral after footage of him dancing in Ibiza was shared online - and now he could be set to make a fortune from his newfound fame
Jack Kay, nicknamed the Ibiza Final Boss, could make a hefty six-figure sum this year - provided he plays his cards right.

The 26 year old from Newcastle became an overnight sensation after clips of him dancing on the Spanish party isle went viral on social media. However, it wasn't just his slick dance moves that caught people's eye - his unique bowl cut truly made him stand out from the crowd.

Thanks to his newfound fame, he could now be set to earn substantial sums through television appearances and sponsorship deals, the Mirror reports.

PR expert Mayah Riaz, of Miyah Media has spoken to the Mirror, stating: "The PR world loves an unexpected viral hero and Ibiza Final Boss, Jack Kay, is delivering in spades.
"He's got the holy trinity of viral success: that he's relatable, he popped up at the right time, and he's unintentionally hilarious. The internet seems to love him. And in today's fame economy that kind of organic buzz can absolutely be cashed in on, if he plays it right."

Since the clip of him went viral, Jack hasn't just gained attention he's amassed a valuable following of 27,000 followers on Instagram - and climbing. He has also gotten an agent, which will help him with serious earning potential. Mayah says: "We're already seeing brands jumping on his train by using his image, offering him guest list invites, and even offering him holidays."
"If his following keeps growing and stays engaged, there's a very real chance of him pulling in £1-2k per post, especially if he leans into party brands, travel, fashion, or those lad-culture meme pages. And he's already back in Ibiza after just one day in the UK. That's likely down to club appearances as Ibiza venues love a viral name on the flyer. These bookings can easily land him £1k-£5k per night, depending on demand."

She continues: "He has already announced he's going on tour. So he is aware he needs to cash in on this very quickly. Depending on the format of his tour, it could see him making £40k-£60k from it, as he has seen there must be a demand for it."
"Already, some quick-thinkers have begun selling wigs of his infamous haircut. "If he created his own official merchandise, - if he moves fast with it - it could make around £50k on wig sales and around £75k from additional merchandise such as t-shirts, hoodies and mugs," says Mayah.
Fans of the viral clip will be thrilled to hear Jack is likely to appear on daytime TV interviews and panel shows, earning £500–£2k a pop, in the coming days, and potentially even reality shows like Big Brother or The Traitors, which could effortlessly net him £10k–£50k for a brief appearance.

Mayah explained the world of PR is fuelled by freebies and "influencer swaps", including designer clothing, luxury hotel stays and sponsored trips, which could be worth over £10k.
With the world at his fingertips, Jack could potentially rake in a high six-figure income this year, provided he capitalises on his fame swiftly.

"Jack's rise is meme-led, and reason that it is working is because people aren't laughing at him, they're laughing with him," says Mayah.
"He's got the everyman charm nailed: a regular lad from Newcastle, enjoying his moment. That kind of relatability is gold dust in PR. If I could offer Jack one piece of advice, it's to remember that viral fame burns hot and fast. If he wants to turn this 15-second clip into a six-figure year (and he absolutely can), he needs to start thinking long-term. Build the personal brand, get a solid PR strategy behind him and bring in a manager who can say 'no' to the right things.'
Meanwhile, 23 year old Alisha Cook, a debt collector from Durham, has stepped forward claiming to be Jack's girlfriend. In a series of TikToks captioned: "POV: ya boyfriend's now known as Ibiza Final Boss," Alisha is seen getting cosy with Jack, featuring clips of him kissing her cheek and the pair partying together.
The video has since been set to private, but fans had plenty to say in the comments, with one person quipping: "At least you know he didn't cheat - he's been filmed from every angle on TikTok just having a ball."

The Nuke made hard work of his first appearance Down Under this summer as he eventually knocked out New Zealander Haupai Puha 6-5 following minimal practice. Being nine hours ahead of the UK, the jetlag has been an issue since he arrived in the country and he said he needed a decent kip. Yet he has tried to make most of the popular tourist attractions, visiting Sydney's Opera House and then seeing the exotic animals at the Wollongong Zoo with girlfriend Faith. Littler said: 'How's the jetlag? Oh, it's awful. Same as last year. Not slept too much over here. 'I think for us players, I think it's good to get out of the hotel. Littler – who now plays top Aussie Damon Heta – said: 'It was a slow start but that's what happens when you don't practise from the Matchplay. Not picked up a dart. 'It wasn't the best from myself. Luke Humphries's lack of match practice showed as he came from behind to beat New Zealander Jonny Tata 6-3. When the world No.1 nailed the winning double five, he pointed to the skies but he declined to elaborate on the meaning. Asked about the significance of his actions, Cool Hand Luke said: 'Yeah, I can't talk about it right now. You'll find out. It's just bad news today that's all. 'I will enjoy these events with my dad. Humphries, 30, now plays Belgian Mike De Decker, who complained about the cold conditions in his 6-2 win over Australian Brandon Weening. The Real Deal, who averaged a pitiful 80.33, says he will wash his hands in hot water before the quarter-final clash, over the best of 11 legs, on Saturday at the WIN Entertainment Centre. No.1 seed Stephen Bunting will play Josh Rock and Gerwyn Price, who wore an Australia gold-coloured shirt, faces Chris Dobey in the other quarters as all eight PDC stars progressed.

Hannah Hampton admits throwing Spain counterpart's water bottle into crowd

England goalkeeper Hannah Hampton has revealed how she threw the water bottle of Spanish rival Cata Coll into the stands – ditching its tactical notes – as the Lionesses went on to complete a dramatic penalty shoot-out win in the European Championship final. Chelsea stopper Hampton had England's own insider information written on a piece of paper taped to her arm – which proved crucial with stops from Mariona Caldentey and Aitana Bonmati before Chloe Kelly scored the decisive kick as the Lionesses retained the trophy. The 24-year-old admitted she took the opportunity to try to negate any impact Spain's penalty research might have, with Coll still saving efforts from Beth Mead and then captain Leah Williamson during the shoot-out, which England won 3-1. 🤷‍♂️ "I chucked her bottle into the English fans so she can't have it!" 🫢 "She was so confused and I was trying to not burst out laughing!" This is a sensational story from @HannahHampton_ on how she helped @Lionesses win the Euros! 🤣👏 — talkSPORT (@talkSPORT) August 8, 2025 'The Spanish keeper had it on her bottle,' Hampton told talkSPORT. 'So I thought when she was going in goal I'll just pick it up and throw it into the English fans so she can't have it.' Hampton added: 'I never put it on a bottle because anyone can do that, so that is why I put it on my arm, and the TV caught that. 'It wasn't hard – when she has gone in the goal it (the bottle) is on its own isn't it? It is in a towel, you just pick it up. 'Mine is blank, but it has the same sponsors and stuff so I just put mine in there, chucked her one into the fans and she had an empty bottle, she was looking for where it is. 'She was walking back and I was walking the other way. She was so confused. 'I was trying so hard not to burst out laughing (because) I was like 'oh, I don't know where it has gone'…. but you have got to do something haven't you?' England had also come through a dramatic penalty shoot-out win over Sweden, where both sides failed to convert spot-kicks at crucial moments – which Hampton described as 'traumatic' and 'horrendous'. However, the Chelsea keeper, who was named in UEFA's team of the tournament, felt much more relaxed ahead of the final showdown with Spain, which had ended 1-1 after extra-time in Basel. Congratulations, Hannah! 🤩 Hannah Hampton has been nominated for the 2025 Yachine Trophy, recognising the world's best female goalkeepers #ballondor — Lionesses (@Lionesses) August 7, 2025 'I was probably more comfortable in the fact that I knew we had practised penalties since that first one, so I knew we would put a few more in the back of the net,' Hampton said. 'Before the games we as a keeper group have meetings and we analyse every penalty that each individual from the opposing team has had – I think Alexia (Putellas) had 46 penalties we had to sit there and watch. 'You will watch it and pick out little things they do, whether they go one side or the other or have little subtleties in their run up or even their arm position. 'Then pressure penalties, where they tend to put them, you see all of that and then you see their run up and adapt in the moment to it.'
