Alex Pereira vs Magomed Ankalaev 2 confirmed as UFC 320 ends with title double-header
Ankalaev will defend the light-heavyweight title he won against Pereira – at the same venue during UFC 313 in March – while the Brazilian will look to become champion of the division for the second time, after three previous successful defences of the title he won in late 2023.
'Alright, UFC 320, 4 October, T-Mobile [Arena], Las Vegas, the champ Magomed Ankalaev defends his belt against Alex Pereira,' said White in a video uploaded to social media.
'The co-main event for that fight will be Merab [Dvalishvili] versus Cory Sandhagen. Merab is on a 13-fight win streak, Sandhagen is ranked No 3,' added White.
That co-main event will see Dvalishvili and Sandhagen face off for the bantamweight title, with the Georgian defending the belt he won in September of last year. Sandhagen is ranked fourth in the division, though Dvalishvili has recently defended his title against both Sean O'Malley and Umar Nurmagomedov, who are ranked No 1 and 2 respectively.
'Another fight on that card is Jiri Prochazka versus Khalil Rountree. I don't need to say anything else, for those of you that know, you know,' added White at the end of his video.
That pair are ranked No 2 and 4 respectively in the light-heavyweight division, with the victor likely to face the winner of the championship bout between Ankalaev and Pereira.
In a similar video, White also announced that Tom Aspinall will be returning to the Octagon at UFC 321, where he'll defend his heavyweight title against former interim champion Cyril Gane. That event will take place in Abu Dhabi on 25 October.
The promotion's next pay-per-view event comes on 17 August, when Dricus du Plessis faces Khamzat Chimaev in his third defence of the middleweight belt.

Massachusetts youth baseball game descends into chaos as players brawl with fans on the field
A youth baseball game in Massachusetts came to a dramatic halt when shocking scenes unfolded on the field this week. Two Massachusetts youth teams, Milford Post 59 and East Springfield, faced off in the playoffs of American Legion Baseball - a variety of amateur baseball played by 13-to-19-year-olds - when the matchup descended into chaos Monday night. The two teams were tied in the bottom of the fourth when a shocking brawl between spectators and players spilled onto the field from the stands. Players from East Springfield were captured exchanging blows with fans, who had invaded the field in a tense standoff. Milford fans near the East Springfield dugout were allegedly taunting the opposing players, which led to a challenge being issued, according to Tim Caouette, Milford TV's play-by-commentator. 'It was clear that with some of the taunting that was going on with the Milford fans, it was having some sort of impact on the players on the East Springfield side,' Caouette told Boston 25 News. 'Then, eventually, it was Milford fans that came out onto the field. It was right by the East Springfield dugout. So, there were definitely members of the East Springfield team involved. The Milford players, themselves, were separated on the other side of the field.' The wild incident was caught on Milford TV's coverage of the game with the broadcast picking up expletive comments from the stands. 'You're an old ass woman, what the f*** you doing coming in the stands?', one fan could be overheard. The umpire then turned toward the stands while play stopped, while a flurry of activity could be seen over on the third base side. It was difficult to make out what was happening but 'come on this side' and a repeated 'Max' could be made out before an individual in red shorts broke out onto the field. On East Springfield player made a motion to suggest he was ready to fight before an umpire and security grabbed the fan. A player then through multiple punches, appearing to connect at least once. East Springfield coach Eduardo Colon claimed the fight broke out after a Milford fan 'shoved (a player's) mother to the side and took a swing at his father.' He also acknowledged that one of his players threw a punch. 'When the (fan) came around (the dugout), he swung at another parent that tried to stop him from coming, and he was just going swinging,' Colon told the Boston Globe. 'So the kid that had seen his parents getting pushed and swung at, you know, swung back.' Umpires and coaching staff swiftly intervened to break up the shocking dispute and attempt to diffuse the tension. Players from both sides were then ordered to leave the field and remain in their dugouts until police arrived. Officers are said to have arrived on the scene shortly before 9:10pm and it was later decided that the game would be suspended and that play would not continue Monday night. The matchup has since been rescheduled to resume 6pm Wednesday evening. Fans will be welcomed back but a heightened police presence, including the chief, will be in place. Milford police have opened an investigation into the brawl and officials have said that assault charges could be brought against certain individuals, according to NBC Boston. has contacted Milford Police Department for comment.

Tom Aspinall reacts to Ciryl Gane fight as first undisputed title defence is confirmed
Tom Aspinall has said he intends to 'get rid of' Ciryl Gane from the UFC heavyweight title picture, when he defends the belt against the Frenchman in October. Tuesday (22 July) brought the announcement that Aspinall will make his first undisputed-title defence in the main event of UFC 321, finally taking on European rival Gane. The pair have been linked numerous times in recent years, with Gane and the Briton occupying top rankings in the division. Gane, 35, won the interim belt in 2021 but failed to unify the titles with then-champion Francis Ngannou in January 2022, while Aspinall claimed the interim strap in November 2023 and never got the chance to face fellow title-holder Jon Jones. Jones's recent retirement saw Aspinall, 32, elevated to undisputed champion, almost a year after he took the rare decision to defend the interim belt – which he retained against Curtis Blaydes in Manchester. Now, the Wigan fighter prepares to defend the undisputed title for the first time, in Abu Dhabi on 25 October. 'Finally we're back, after over a year hiatus,' Aspinall said in an Instagram video on Wednesday (23 July). 'Me and Ciryl finally signed on the dotted line. 'This is the fourth time we've been matched up together. He turned the fight early on, before we were both in the rankings. 'After that, he fought Spivac [in 2023]. Meanwhile, Gane's last outing was a controversial fight with Alexander Volkov in December, when the Frenchman outpointed the Russian for the second time, though many fans and pundits disagreed with the scoring. Gane's previous two undisputed-title fights were his points loss to Ngannou, and his first-round submission loss to Jones in 2023. The latter result saw Jones, the consensus greatest light-heavyweight ever, win the vacant heavyweight title. Jones was then due to defend the belt against divisional great Stipe Miocic in November 2023, but he suffered an injury that delayed the bout by 12 months. On the night they were first due to fight, Aspinall instead faced Sergei Pavlovich, knocking him out in round one to become interim champion. Aspinall then retained the interim strap against Blaydes before Jones, 38, stopped Miocic, 42, last November. Jones never committed to fighting Aspinall in a unification bout, and ultimately the American retired last month.
