Raver revealed that she was fascinated by how powerful Mrs Ganush was when she learned about the role, per The Hollywood Reporter. One of Raver's first acting roles was a cameo in the show Opportunity Knocks. She also starred in shows such as The Bold and the Beautiful, Reasonable Doubts, and Getting By during the 1990s.
