Easyjet summer 2026 sale: The best limited flight deals under £50

Easyjet summer 2026 sale: The best limited flight deals under £50

Cosmopolitan6 days ago
This is not a drill, Easyjet has just launched their summer sale for 2026, with flights available from £21.99.
Earlier today [22 July] the budget airline released 'millions' of tickets for all their flights available to book up until 13 September 2026. You can also book Easyjet package holidays up until October 2026.
The way the Easyjet summer sale works is the prices are based on dynamic pricing aka when there's a lot of demand for flights the prices go up, and when there's less demand the prices are generally more affordable.
Included within the flights for this year's summer sale are trips to destinations including Marrakech, Majorca, Milan, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Venice, and many, many more including a number of UK destinations.
These are some of the best deals we've found so far for trips departing the UK next summer:
It's worth noting these prices are purely just for the flights and not any added baggage apart from the standard allowance of your small underseat bag.
Now the only question left to decide is where to go next year?

Dog on Campsite Sees Opportunity—Gets 'One Bite In' Before Air Jail

Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. A dog's intuition about a round object being near his campsite landed him in "air jail" as he took off and intruded on the neighbor's space. An English bulldog named Jerry has an obsession with round objects—tennis balls, basketballs, and so on. The dog's owner, who didn't share their details, told Newsweek via Instagram that Jerry loves anything soccer ball-sized or bigger. "He's tried to get at a watermelon a handful of times, like when we've brought one home from the store," the owner said. "He was super-intrigued, thinking it was a ball or a toy for him." The obsession doesn't stop when Jerry goes on vacation; in fact, his "sixth sense" for these round objects is always on. A recent video posted to Jerry's Instagram account, @jerrywasabulldog, shows that Jerry took his opportunity to go after a round object at a neighboring campsite in Long Beach, Washington. His eyes spots a watermelon, and the dog takes off running before his owners can stop him. Jerry manages to sneak in one bite before his owner scoops him up and places him in "air jail," carrying him back to his campsite. All four paws point to the sky. Defeated about being caught so quickly, Jerry's head hangs to the side. From left: Jerry the English bulldog gets put in "air jail" at a neighboring campsite. "'Zero 'effs given—will do again' it's written all over his face," one viewer said. "You miss 100% of the watermelons you don't chase," another posted. A third wrote: "no offense but Jerry is a round object himself." And after several comments demanded Jerry's owner get him a watermelon of his own, they obliged. A follow-up video shows the dog enjoying the first-ever watermelon that he gets to "play with." In the clip, Jerry sprints toward the round fruit. He uses his snoot to push the watermelon around the grass. Then his paws and teeth finally dig in, enjoying parts of the juicy fruit. While watermelon is safe for dogs to eat, the American Kennel Club says that the seeds inside could cause intestinal blockage, and the rind might lead to gastrointestinal upset. Otherwise, the low-calorie fruit—about 50 calories per cup—is packed with vitamins A, B6 and C, and potassium. Watermelon is an excellent source of hydration on a hot day and has no fat or cholesterol. Do you have funny and adorable videos or pictures of your pet you want to share? Lindsay Lohan Is Giving Cher (Horowitz)

She may be deep in the throes of her Freakier Friday press tour, but Lindsay Lohan is turning to another film for inspiration: Clueless. Following the film's 30th anniversary earlier this month, Lohan embraced Cher Horowitz's most iconic costume, although her look was definitely more ladies who lunch than schoolgirl chic. (There are no knee socks to speak of here!) Styled by Andrew Mukamal—the Barbie press tour impresario who transformed Margot Robbie into the famous doll—LiLo opted for a skirt suit (a cropped jacket and button-though skirt) in a yellow plaid tweed. This was no dowdy look, though. Lohan's interpretation was outfitted with a mini hemline, padded shoulders, raw hem, and body-conscious silhouette.

‘Cool guy': 80s rockstar pulled over in Kansas en route to show

KIOWA COUNTY, Kan. (KSNW) — Sheriff's deputies in Kansas made an unexpected traffic stop on Friday when they pulled over a vehicle carrying none other than 1980s pop-rock icon John Waite and his band. Sgt. Justin Rugg conducted the stop as the group was headed to Dodge City for a performance at United Wireless Arena. A longtime fan, Rugg couldn't hide his excitement. Chiefs' tight end Travis Kelce makes shirtless cameo in 'Happy Gilmore 2' 'I'm not even on cloud nine, I'm on like cloud 12,' Rugg said after meeting the English rock singer, best known for hits like 'Missing You' and 'When I See You Smile.' The Kiowa County Sheriff's Office shared the encounter in a lighthearted social media post, calling Waite a 'cool guy' and thanking him for taking a photo with the sergeant. On his official Facebook page, Waite said they were 'pulled over for speeding' and called Rugg a 'good guy cop.' Waite's band continued on their way, with deputies wishing them a 'rockin' time.' His career began in the 1970s when he became the bassist and lead vocalist for The Babys, which later disbanded after Waite was 'pulled from the stage by an overzealous fan during an encore.' According to his website, Waite 'seriously injured his knee' in the incident. Waite went on to launch a solo career through the 1980s before forming Bad English with former bandmates of The Babys, Jonathan Cain and Ricky Phillips; Journey guitarist Neal Schon; and drummer Deen Castronovo. The group would break up a few years later, relaunching Waite's solo efforts.
