Motorcyclist seriously injured in Warwick in crash with car
A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a crash which closed a road in Warwick. Emergency services were called to reports of a collision between a motorbike and a car at the junction of Gallows Hill and Warwick Technology Park shortly before 09:00 BST on Wednesday. West Midlands Ambulance Service said the man, who was riding the bike, suffered a serious injury and was treated at the scene by paramedics and air ambulance doctors before being taken to hospital. Gallows Hill was closed following the crash and remains shut as of midday on Wednesday. The ambulance service said medics provided trauma care to the patient, before he was taken to the University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for further emergency care. Motorcyclist seriously injured in Skipton crash
A motorcyclist who crashed while riding through Skipton town centre was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries, police have rider, a man in his 30s, crashed near the Bay Horse pub on Keighley Road at about 19:10 BST on Tuesday, North Yorkshire Police was believed to have been driving his blue Honda bike "at speed" through the town centre, a force spokesperson road was closed until 00:30 BST on Wednesday while investigation work was carried out.
