How to watch Las Culturistas Culture Awards: Live stream Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers' 2025 ceremony
The 2025 Las Culturistas Culture Awards are hosted by Saturday Night Live star Bowen Yang and comedian Matt Rogers, who have co-hosted the Las Culturistas pop culture podcast since 2016. In 2022, the comedy duo started an awards show dedicated to giving prizes and titles to various humorous aspects of pop culture, though this year marks the first time the event will be televised.
When watching Las Culturistas Culture Awards, don't expect an event similar to the Oscars or Emmys. The awards show essentially doubles as a comedy show, with prizes being given out for categories such as the "Creatine Award For Straight Male Excellence," "Allison Williams Cool Girl Award," "Worst Sticky Feeling Award," and "Eva Longoria Award for Tiny Woman, Huge Impact."
Below, we've provided a breakdown of everything you need to know about how to watch the televised awards show in the US or while traveling abroad. We've also included details about which celebrities attended the 2025 event and when it was filmed. Rare PDA moment between Kate Middleton and Prince William goes viral – and royal fans are delighted
Prince William and Kate Middleton aren't exactly known for their public displays of affection and flirtatious vibes, but they had a moment at the 2023 BAFTAs that is once again going viral – and by 'moment', I mean they walked the red carpet and Kate was filmed sneakily patting Prince William on the bottom. While this video is a few years old, sources say Kate and William are even closer than ever lately amid the Princess of Wales' recovery from cancer. "They really love the simple things in life," a family friend told Vanity Fair back in April. "A little cottage in the middle of nowhere is their idea of heaven." "Getting cancer changed her, it changed William, and it changed everything between them. They were both shocked to their core, but they knew they would get through it together," they said. "William stepped up. He made Catherine front and centre of everything and will continue to do so. It's made them both prioritise family and each other over everything else." Another long-time friend added that "Like all couples, the relationship has ups and downs, but I would say they are stronger than ever, they are a very tight partnership. "It's very clear that William is deeply in love with his wife, more than ever, and she is eternally grateful to him for the support he has given her this past year and how he has been with the children. He has shouldered a lot." What a pair! The exact emotional moment Prince George realised he would become King one day
Wondering if Prince George has any clue that he's destined to be king one day? Apparently very much yes—despite the fact that he's just 12-years-old and his parents have tried their best to give him a "normal life." You know, one full of public appearances to the likes of Wimbledon and the Euros. Royal expert and historian Marlene Koenig tells Us Weekly that George is "undoubtedly aware of his future role" as the country's monarch, saying, "Barring any accidents or health issues, George will not be king for some years. He is second in line — as his father is the heir apparent — and his grandfather is the king." As for when George was formally "told" about being King, Koenig says "proper awareness" came after Queen Elizabeth II's passing in September 2022. Since then, George has "taken part in numerous public events" and Prince William and Kate Middleton likely spoke about "these changes" with him. As she put it, "The Coronation provided the young prince with the knowledge that he, too, would one day be crowned in a Coronation ceremony. George may be a 12-year-old schoolboy who loves sports, but he is most certainly aware of his future." Meanwhile, royal expert Robert Jobson says Prince William's been teaching George about "responsibilities as heir to the throne" which has been a gradual processes so it doesn't "freak him out." As for his grandfather's coronation, where Prince George was a page, Jobson says "It gave him a real sense of the grandeur and all the expectation. I thought that was quite important actually for George." Lou Adler & Tim Curry to Appear at 50th Anniversary Screening of ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show'
The Rocky Horror Picture Show didn't receive a single Oscar nomination when it was released in 1975, but the film has since become a cult classic, so much so that even the Motion Picture Academy has taken notice. On Sept. 26, the Academy Museum in Los Angeles will host a '50th Anniversary of The Rocky Horror Picture Show' program. Music industry legend Lou Adler, who was one of the producers of the film; Tim Curry, who starred in the film as Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a transvestite alien scientist; and Sins O' The Flesh are scheduled to appear. 'Join us for a sing-along and shadow cast experience for this one-night-only 50th anniversary program,' the event's notes advise. 'Prop kits will be sold at the theater for maximum audience participation.' More from Billboard Let's Do the Time Warp… Again! The film was based on the 1973 musical stage production The Rocky Horror Show, with music, book and lyrics by Richard O'Brien. The cast album to that show bubbled under the Billboard 200 in November 1974. The film opened in the U.K. at the Rialto Theatre in London in August 1975 and in the U.S. the following month at the UA Westwood in Los Angeles. Initial response was mixed to negative, but it soon became a hit as a midnight movie, when audiences began participating with the film at the Waverly Theater in New York City in 1976. Adler received a Grammy nomination in 1976 for producing the cast album, which was released on his Ode Records (through A&M). The album eventually reached No. 49 on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold. The track 'Time Warp' has become a classic. In 2005, the film was selected for the Library of Congress' National Film Registry for being 'culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.' Adler, 91, is an industry legend. He founded Dunhill Records in 1964, producing hits by such artists as The Mamas & The Papas and Scott McKenzie. He helped produce the Monterey International Pop Festival in 1967. He signed Carole King to his Ode Records in 1970 and produced eight Gold, Platinum or multiplatinum albums by her. In 1972, he and King won Grammys for album of the year (Tapestry) and record of the year ('It's Too Late'). Adler was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013 (receiving the Ahmet Ertegun Award, presented by Cheech & Chong, for whom he produced four Gold albums). He received a trustees award from the Recording Academy in 2019. The Rocky Horror Picture Show has had a long afterlife. The Rocky Horror Glee Show aired on Fox in October 2010 as part of the second season of Glee. It featured cameos by Bostwick and Meat Loaf. An EP from the show, which included 'Time Warp,' 'Damn It, Janet' and 'Sweet Transvestite,' reached No. 6 on the Billboard 200. In October 2016, Fox aired a modern-day 'reimagining' of the film titled The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let's Do the Time Warp Again. Here's a link to tickets for the screening.
