Chocolate brown is everywhere this year, from Bella Hadid's slinky top to Sydney Sweeney's super-cinched corset, Zoe Saldaña's sequined gown, and Jennifer Lopez's baggy power suit. And now the rich hue is getting the party-girl treatment, courtesy of the radically optimistic Dua Lipa.
This Monday, the pop superstar wowed in a chocolate-brown mesh dress while at the 50th Chaplin Award Gala in New York City.
The dress was pulled straight from Daniel Roseberry's Fall/Winter 2025 ready-to-wear collection for Schiaparelli. It was a semisheer, textured maxi dress with long sleeves that widen at the wrists and a plunging neckline that transforms into a row of oval cutouts held together by golden buttons. Lipa's belly-button ring peeked out from one of the openings.
Lipa wore a matching thong under the dress and upped the ante with plenty of loud gold jewelry, also from Schiaparelli. The standout piece was a massive choker-style necklace with a deconstructed face that melted all the way down to Lipa's bust. It was accented with white teardrop pearls and clear crystals.
Lipa wore dangly statement earrings to match—these featuring giant gold lips with a rainfall of white pearls.
Styled by Lorenzo Posocco, the 'Houdini' singer wore the dress with black Mary Jane heels and a black Schiaparelli clutch embellished with a metallic golden splatter.
Lipa honored her friend, the director and screenwriter Pedro Almodóvar, at the Chaplin Award Gala—a fundraising event that honors the film industry's most notable talents—which was held at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall.

Costco's NEW Backyard "Water Park" Is Cheaper Than Summer Camp—But Just as Fun

"Hearst Magazines and Yahoo may earn commission or revenue on some items through these links." When a summer heatwave rolls in, we'll do anything to stay cool, whether that's hunkering down indoors and blasting the A/C, jumping into the pool, or lounging lazily on a float in the lake. There are plenty of outdoor activities to keep you entertained and cool this summer, but if you're looking for one more idea that the whole family can enjoy, we suggest adding Costco's Fort Soakington Inflatable Mega Water Park to your cart.$288.96 at What is a "Fort Soakington," you may ask? Well, it's basically a giant inflatable playground that you can set up anywhere outdoors, near a water source. Measuring 14.86 ft. x 20.11 ft. x 8.33 ft, the mega water park is easy to assemble (no tools required!) and inflates in just two minutes. Once the bouncy playground is up and running, you'll be greeted with two look-out towers that lead into a slide, a climbing wall, and two "point n' spray" water blasters. The water park is meant for kids, but we can see the parents and even grandparents getting in on the fun. Reviews for this product are positive, with happy customers dubbing it one of the hottest finds for summer. "We've had this for a few weeks now and have hosted two or three parties, and it's been a big hit," one reviewer wrote. "Quality is high. Setup is pretty straightforward, take down is also straightforward but takes a bit more time to get it rinsed off and dried, but I think with good care, this should last a few summers. It was an impulsive purchase, but I couldn't be happier." Another reviewer said, "This was so fun, my grandkids loved it... It's professionally built and very sturdy. The ground stakes are plastic, and one of them broke,e so I'll need to replace it or upgrade to metal stakes." At $700, we know the price might sound steep, but compare this to what you would spend at your local waterpark (don't forget the money you'll shell out for snacks and beverages and possibly car fees/tolls), and you'll quickly realize the Costco inflatable is actually the cheaper alternative. That said, if you need a few more budget-friendly alternatives, we found several on Amazon. Bonus: They'll ship to you via Prime in just two days flat.$299.99 at at at at at at Follow on Instagram and TikTok. Miley Cyrus Wears Nude Mesh Schiaparelli Gown to 'Something Beautiful' Premiere

On Friday, Miley Cyrus attended the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of her new visual album, Something Beautiful, wearing a SS25 haute couture Schiaparelli gown by Daniel Roseberry. The net dress was in woven nude fabric and hung with crystal water drops that made the star shimmer as she arrived. The wide weaving revealed her nude bodysuit underneath. The gown's skirt ended in a dramatic fringe and she wore a matching fringe stole over the ensemble, allowing it to drape down from her arms. She accessorized with Schiaparelli's Anatomy Jewelry Bag and wore a pair of nude pointed-toe heels. Her hair was parted to the side and in her ears were a pair of dangling crystal drop earrings. Cyrus wore a second Schiaparelli look to the after-party from the fashion house's RTW FW25/26 collection, a bustier dress embroidered with golden and silver mirrors in an organic pattern. She was seen walking hand-in-hand with her boyfriend, Maxx Morando, carrying a black clutch and wearing gold pointed-toe heels. In a recent interview on the Every Single Album podcast, Cyrus talked about her former relationship with Liam Hemsworth, who she met in 2009. While talking about her 'Younger Now' era, Cyrus brought up Hemsworth and how she embraced 'innocence' in her image at that time as a way to reconnect with him in her personal life. 'When me and Liam split up the first time with 'Bangerz' because I was this provocateur, like, highly sexualized,' she shared. 'For 'Younger Now', the reason I kind of played into this innocence was because I think it was a way to keep—a way to stay—by being younger now and a less sexualized woman publicly, and this was a way to keep a happy home.' Cyrus and Hemsworth were off-and-on from 2010 to 2012, then got married in 2018. They filed for divorce before reaching one year of marriage. Hemsworth went on to date model Gabriella Brooks, while Cyrus connected with Morando.

Miley Cyrus drips in crystals while turning heads with risqué sheer dress

Miley Cyrus is leaving little to the imagination in her latest daring ensemble. The "Flowers" singer turned heads in a sheer dress dripping in crystals for the screening of her visual album, "Something Beautiful," at the Tribeca Film Festival. Cyrus, 32, wore a plunging naked dress embellished with crystals. A nude bodysuit was revealed underneath with ivory-colored fringes at the bottom. She completed her look with a matching fringe jacket. The red carpet ensemble was an SS25 Schiaparelli by Daniel Roseberry net dress. The pop star accessorized with a cream-colored matching clutch, designed with a unique gold face, and she wore matching pointed heels. Cyrus' hair was styled in Hollywood waves. "Seeing Something Beautiful on the big screen at @tribeca @beacontheatre surrounded by the screams of the audience, was so worth every bit of effort lovingly labored into this visual album," she wrote on Instagram. "Tonight was emotional, deep, fun & fabulous. All my favorite things, but YOU the crowd were my absolute favorite of all. I love you." Earlier this week, Cyrus stepped out in yet another bold outfit in New York City. She wore a sheer Ludovic de Saint Sernin black dress, which she accessorized with black underwear and no bra. The former Disney star also paired the look with black sunglasses and high heels and wore her blonde hair in an old-fashioned updo with curled bangs. She was photographed in the chic look as she signed vinyls for fans. The actress posted photos of her daring outfit on Instagram with the caption, "Posed with the beautiful people who showed up at 30 Rock for @roughtradenyc." Fans were quick to flood the comments section with compliments. "You're such [an] icon," one fan wrote, while another added, "Damn this dress" with a few fire emojis. A third fan wrote, "What a queen omg," while another wrote, "OKAY OKAY OKAY YOU ATE THIS LOOK UP MAAM." The visual album also includes a corresponding musical movie, which will be released in theaters everywhere June 27. When it comes to the visuals, Cyrus told Harper's Bazaar they were "inspired by Pink Floyd's 'The Wall,'" and she set out to make it with "a better wardrobe and more glamorous and filled with pop culture."
