Realme Note 70T's EU Energy Label confirms some of its specs
The phone is rated A for drop protection and B for repairability, and its battery can go 1,000 charge cycles before it goes below 80% of its initial capacity, which the label lists as 5,830 mAh rated capacity, which will translate into an advertised typical capacity of 6,000 mAh. The phone is also IP54 certified for dust and splash resistance, and will ship with a case in the box. Realme will provide security patches for the Note 70T for six years from its release.

A 'Quick Guide' for the handset has also surfaced, revealing its screen's waterdrop notch and bottom bezel that's chunkier than the rest. This also confirms its screen size as 6.74", and the aforementioned 6,000 mAh battery capacity, as well as the box contents, which will consist of the phone, a USB cable, a SIM ejector tool, and the case.
Past leaks and rumors have claimed the Note 70T is powered by the Unisoc T7250 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The handset has a 50 MP camera on the back and a 16 MP selfie snapper.

Google Pixel 10 leaked renders show all colors
Google is launching the Pixel 10 family at its upcoming event taking place on August 20, and ahead of that, today the vanilla Pixel 10 has been portrayed in some official-looking leaked renders. These show all four colors that the phone will allegedly be offered in: Obsidian, Indigo, Frost, and Limoncello. Interestingly, Porcelain (Google's name for white) is gone from the Pixel 10, if these are in fact all the colors as the source of the renders implies. Google Pixel 10 leaked renders Obsidian has long been the name used by Google to refer to a dark gray or black hue, Indigo is a royal blue, Frost is a very very slight blue tinge on a silver-ish base, and Limoncello is, unsurprisingly given the inspiration for its name, a yellow-green tone. The main upgrade in the Pixel 10 compared to its predecessor from last year is the addition of a third camera, a telephoto. That said, past rumors have claimed that this will come at the expense of the other two cameras being downgraded somewhat, presumably in order to keep the pricing unchanged - or make the Pro models more attractive to buyers. The Pixel 10's main camera will be 48 MP, the ultrawide 12 MP, and the telephoto 10.8 MP. The main sensor is reportedly identical to that of the mid-range Pixel 9a, while the telephoto is the same one used in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Like the other members of the family, the Pixel 10 will be powered by the Tensor G5 SoC. Pre-orders are expected to start on August 20, with the release date being August 28. Source

Nokia may be looking to license its brand to a new smartphone maker
Nokia and HMD Global started to part ways last year, which included de-listing Nokia-branded phones from and replacing most with corresponding HMD-branded models. But the Nokia brand may live on in the phone world if the Finnish company finds another partner. On the Nokia sub-reddit, a Nokia Community Manager posted that the company is open to collaborating with a 'large scale mobile manufacturer'. Of course, the words of a social media account manager don't carry much weight and Reddit isn't the best place to find a smartphone ODM. Nokia had licensed its brand in several different segments – Streamview made TVs, RichGo made headphones (and other smartphone accessories), OFF Global made laptops. As you can probably tell from the use of past tense, those branding deals have also come to an end. HMD is not doing so well and recently announced that it will scale back its US operations. Nokia itself had to fend off rumors of trouble – last year, reports came out that Samsung was looking at acquiring Nokia's network business. The Finns were quick to deny those rumors, however, and we haven't heard anything about it since. Nokia will publish its Q2 2025 results on Thursday. In Q1, it reported an operating profit of €156 million on net sales of €4.39 billion. Which company would you like to see pick up the Nokia brand for phones – one of the established players or another startup like HMD? Source | Via (in Romanian)

The vanilla Huawei Pura 80 pre-sales are starting on Wednesday, chipset leaks too
The vanilla Huawei Pura 80 is late to the party – the rest of the Pura 80 family launched in China in early June and even managed an international launch since then. The vanilla model is only now ready to go and will be available in China this Wednesday (July 23). Or maybe not even then, Huawei's posts on Weibo talk of a pre-sale, suggesting that actual availability will come later. The posts mention school, so Huawei seems to be positioning this as a phone for students (school in China starts in early September). The Huawei Pura 80 is coming on Wednesday (July 23) The official page for the Pura 80 on Huawei China still lacks a 'Buy' button and looking for the vanilla Pura 80 on the online store, we come up empty-handed. We will know more on Wednesday. For now, we have to turn to leakster Digital Chat Station for more details. Apparently, the Huawei Pura 80 is powered by the Kirin 9010S and not a Kirin 9020 like the Pura 80 Pro+ and Pura 80 Ultra. Unfortunately, no details on the chip are available. The original Kirin 9010 has an octa-core Taishan CPU (1+3+4) with hyper-threading and a Maleoon 910 GPU. Huawei Pura 80 in Velvet Gold, Velvet Green, Velvet White and Velvet Black Huawei didn't even say how much the Pura 80 will cost. DCS points to the CNY 5,500 ($765) launch price of the Pura 70 (12/256GB) as a benchmark. The higher-tier Pura 80 Pro (12/256GB) starts at CNY 6,500, so this sounds about right. The phone will launch with the brand new HarmonyOS 5.1 and will be available in four colors: Velvet Gold, Velvet Green, Velvet White and Velvet Black. Source 1 | Source 2 (in Chinese)
